I kept coming back because it's conveniently located near my gym. I asked for a manicure along with dip removal. While my nails were soaking, the technician spent much of the time scrolling on her phone, repeatedly switching between using her phone and handling my hands. It didn't feel professional or sanitary. When it was time to remove the dip, she was very rough and ended up cutting me twice while filing off the remaining product. Afterward, she had me wash my hands. When I returned to the station, she had already moved on to another client. I was confused because I had specifically requested a manicure, and I expected the service to include basic nail care like trimming or filing my nails and cleaning up my cuticles. Instead, the service seemed to end after the dip removal. At that point, I chose not to say anything because, after being cut twice, I no longer felt comfortable having her continue working on my nails. I simply left and went somewhere else to have them finished. I understand that everyone has off days, but this experience fell well below my expectations and was disappointing enough that I won't be returning.

LCS is a nice and comfortable salon with a lot of pedi stations against the walls and mani stations down the middle. As busy as they were that day, my pedi took one hour w/o interruption. After several horrendous experiences I found Valerie at this salon. She and her husband know what they are doing! They are a little pricier however ... they are up front about it AND the service is QUALITY and sanitary! They put the time and effort into the service rather than the "bar" aspect with drinks/cocktails like other nail salons in the area ... I care about my nails and can get drinks elsewhere... I'm sure they have it available if you want but it's not something that masks the quality of the work. Valerie is skilled in design and will tell you exactly what the design will take before she starts. I get dip and design on my natural nails. What I like is how the whole process is done with attention to detail. Also, my preferences with how I want my nails to look. The online booking service is so convenient and they have a loyalty program, which is what I had at my last place. I haven't gotten any other services but so happy with my dip manicures.

I went here back in May 2024 with a friend of mine who was getting acrylic nails done just to get…read moremy toe nail polish removed and redone as well as some basic nail filing and trimming. I had been super busy and unable to do my nails for a while, and when I took the old nail polish off a few weeks later to redo them, my toenails were completely black. I went to my podiatrist and she said it was a fungal nail infection. I had not been to any public pools, public showers, or anywhere where I would have gotten something like this other than the nail salon. It is almost gone now, but I am still recovering from this 9 months later and I have to wait until the whole nail completely grows out while using the topical medication every day before it will be gone completely. It has been expensive for treatment, not to mention horrible for my confidence and painful. I called to see if the salon would reimburse me for the service or pay any of the medical bills and they never called me back after saying they would speak with the owner. I also received a prank call a couple days later regarding the situation. Not sure if one of the ladies at the salon made the call or if it was someone I had told about the situation. Either way, didn't feel good. Do not go here, they do not sanitize their tools or throw files away after they've been used. I am trying to find a way to report this to TDLR. I would've hired a lawyer but I cannot afford it right now. I would've reported this sooner on here, but I was nervous about sharing the pictures. I think it will help others stay safe which is the only reason I'm sharing. Very scary stuff. Bring your own nails tools and polish every time no matter where you go is the lesson learned from this.
