The quality has been inconsistent--several times my nails have been crooked, and my last manicure before Valentine's Day lasted less than two weeks. The builder gel became dull and cracked, which is unusual for me. As my nails usually last 4 weeks at other places. On my most recent visit, I called ahead to confirm my service, but the appointment felt rushed and inconvenient to the staff. I was asked for payment before my nails were even finished and felt pushed out before they were dry. Overall, I didn't feel valued as a customer and won't be returning, but wanted to share my experience for others.

LCS is a nice and comfortable salon with a lot of pedi stations against the walls and mani stations down the middle. As busy as they were that day, my pedi took one hour w/o interruption. The staff are super friendly and ask about your comfort level or if you want something to drink. If ever back in Frisco and in need of a pedi, LCS is who I will call for an appointment.

Mind you, it was a very pale pink that faded to off white. She told me if I wanted to change the color I have to get a new set or remember the color I originally had on. I asked if she could just do a darker pink on top she said no. I found the color for her then she proceeded to use a different color anyways (a lighter pink then what was on my nails mind you) she then kept slapping the pillow each time she asked for my other hand. I did not say anything to her the entire service. She cut every single one of my fingers and it hurts to wash my hands. Then she slapped the receipt on the counter and over charged me and charged me twice for shape $60 for almond fill French tip $5 for almond shape. A fill is $27, almond shape which was the same shape I came in with is $5, and French is an addition $15. The price should have been $47. I just paid and left obviously with no tip and did not confront her because one I'm not one to do so sadly. And two she had on a floral shirt while everyone was in solid colors so I assumed she was the manager or something. Anyways the guy who did my pedicure... GREAT, amazing, so sweet and kind. I make my next appointment as I check out and never have had to wait for them to start. Lily does a beautiful job with hard sculpting gel on my nails and then a French gel polish. I always get compliments and it lasts 3 weeks. She also does nail art. She is very meticulous so be prepared for 1.5 hrs. Olive does my pedicure and is very good. She gets all the rough stuff off my heels. I get the cucumber version and am always pleased. Pedi w gel polish lasts 6 weeks in the wintertime. Several times when Olive was not available, other techs have done my pedicure and they were very good as well. Looks like all their techs are experienced and good at their jobs. Oh and I drive to JC from near Main and Preston...worth it!
