By Tuesday my nails started chipping and mind you I dont even do house work or anything like that. I had ONLY 3 gelX nails for removal, but was charged a full GelX removal. Mani pedi combo for regular polish was $55 ended up paying $75. My cuticles were not cleaned all that well either, theyre almost all still there. Over all I wouldn't go back.

They have a discount system /text coupons which always helps. They even gave their customers a small Christmas gift of hand oil. I make my next appointment as I check out and never have had to wait for them to start. Lily does a beautiful job with hard sculpting gel on my nails and then a French gel polish. I always get compliments and it lasts 3 weeks. She also does nail art. She is very meticulous so be prepared for 1.5 hrs. Olive does my pedicure and is very good. She gets all the rough stuff off my heels. I get the cucumber version and am always pleased. Pedi w gel polish lasts 6 weeks in the wintertime. Several times when Olive was not available, other techs have done my pedicure and they were very good as well. Looks like all their techs are experienced and good at their jobs.
