I had absolutely the best experience at BB Nails with Ben on my nails and Ivy on my toes! I couldn't choose between a couple of colors, but I knew I wanted something bright, beautiful, and bold. Ben helped me narrow it down to 349, Canadian Maple, and I have had nothing but compliments since! We decided last minute to add an accent nail, and even with my indecisiveness he seemed to know exactly what I wanted! I cannot wait to be back for another set as soon as time allows. Plus the service comes with your choice of beverage. The only criticism I have is that the filing was a little rough, to the point where one of my fingers bled a little tiny amount. Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I've had here--and it completely ruined my Sunday. This is the second time I've dealt with Lee, and both times she has been extremely rude and dismissive. It's clear she has no interest in making customers feel welcome or valued. My sister goes here regularly but I'm new to town so tried this salon out for the first time. The ladies were all so nice and pretty quick with the application of my nails. I got dip on my natural nails (no tips) and honestly they did a better job than my regular salon back home. The thing I was most excited about was after taking my nails off 3 weeks after getting them done my nails look way better than they did at my old salon. After being a loyal customer for 3 years now, I've decided not to return. I have been a regular with Lee the entire time. Although she seems cranky and down right rude most times, she is usually very good at what she does. So I take the bad attitude and deal with it for the sake of nice nails. Lord knows it's difficult to find a good nail tech. However, after my last visit I will NEVER go back. Per usual, this day I'd noticed she was very cranky. I always assume maybe she's annoyed because it's so busy or perhaps she's just a very unhappy person or having a bad day. It certainly shows in her appearance. I truly try not to take it personal. While I was waiting for my regular nail tech to start, I asked another nail tech if they'd gotten any new colors because I swear it seems like they never have new colors. She told me they had not gotten any new colors. After my regular nail tech started my nails I asked her rather they'd get any new nail colors coming soon. She got incredibly snappy with me and said very rudely, " we have new colors, what are you talking about¿". I then said, well I asked someone else if you had any new colors and they told me no. She became incredibly irritated and it showed. She said to me that there were no new colors out this season. I explained to her that this was not truth because I'd just left a big beauty convention where there were plenty of new seasonal colors. I believe this further annoyed and irritated her because I was calling her out. Quite frankly, she didn't know what in the world she was talking about. She didn't know she was talking to a industry insider. Once she was done with my nails, I go to checkout and I noticed I was being charged $16 more than what I've ever been charged before. It is ALWAYS the same price. I asked her why the cost was so much more and she completely fast talked me and never gave me a logical definitive reason as to why I was paying so much more than usual. On top of that my nails have never been so sloppily done in my life. They looked nothing like what I asked for, and are very lumpy and poorly done. I truly believe she was being funny and purposely did an awful job and basically robbed me of $16 for no "APPARENT" reason. It's hurtful and disappointing that I could be so loyal to a salon and person and be treated with such rudeness and nastiness, and would do me so wrong. So because of all this I would never go back to BB Nails and will leave my review on every review platform possible. Good luck!!!! read more

Came in for a dip manicure and went for a light pastel yellow I thought would be nice for end of summer. During the manicure, my tech kept the drill really high and burned me a couple of times. She also made several negative remarks about my cuticles. The cherry on top was that my light yellow came out chartreuse green. I told her it was too dark as soon as it was on one hand. She acknowledged and tried to help by adding several clear dip coats. She even called the owner over at which point the owner said the colors on display are very faded and she probably should put a disclaimer and then laughed and walked off. No one offered to change the color or offer a discount even though they both knew I was upset and agreed that the color was completely wrong. $55 for highlighter yellow nails and some insults. read more

I consistently patronized this establishment for nearly 5 years. Service had been great until: strike one - eyebrow wax before my trip to Paris was lopsided in an obvious fashion when I allowed a different person to provide the service but was told they were experienced. strike two - I always made an appointment. If running late... Usually no more than five minutes, I always called to inform them. Also, I never complained about having to wait 15 to 20 minutes if they were running behind even if I had an appointment. I I was parking in the parking lot at exactly my appointment time and they were blowing up my phone asking me if I plan to keep my appointment. Strike three- I scheduled an appointment, arrived five minutes early, no one greeted me or even said hello, I waited 15 minutes after my appointment, then got up and left. I always tipped 20% plus. Furthermore, I pass at least 20 nail shops that are closer to me. I found a new spot five minutes from my residence and will continue to go there. Service is outstanding and the quality of work backs the rating. The next gen nails always last 3+ weeks, no peeling or cracking. They have a ton of options, including ombre, sparkles and solid colors as well as patterns. They can usually knock out a mani and pedi pretty quickly or at the same time also. I have come here for almost a year now & unfortunately will not be returning due to the lack of respect for the customers time, honoring appointment times, double booking while short staffed & manager's lack of customer service. I made my appointment for 4PM for a pedicure & Nexgen with the manager via phone, WELL in advance as I was driving back from Austin. I arrived early, at 3:45PM. No one touched my nails to even start soaking them until 4:45PM. I did not check out until 1 hr after they closed at 6:20PM! No designs. No fake nails. Just a basic pedicure and Nexgen. Three clients that came AFTER me (2 pedis + 1 Nexgen) all were done before me. The manager didn't try to apologize or accommodate the 2+ hour delay. My nail tech Mike, who is new to BB nails was the ONLY person that tried to make things right and asked the manager to give a 15% discount. Now at check out, 1hr after closing the manager tells me total is $80 & with the discount it's $68.00. Pedicure=$35 Nexgen=$40. Total is $75.00 with a 15% discount of $11.25 is $63.75 that I should have paid. Feeling defeated, disrespected and plain exhausted I paid and vow to not return again. The lack of customer service is not just for customers but employees from the high turnover and conversations with nail tech. Super unfortunate. As a customer we are not able to come to our appointment 45 minutes late to over an hour and not be canceled on, or charged a late fee. You accommodate people for their time. You're paying for peoples time. That doesn't change as a customer. There are too many other salons with great customer service and management that will honor appointment times, not double book, and will treat you just as important as they would ANYONE else. In the beginning, it was a good experience. When the salon opened, they seemed eager to do well. Since then, the quality has gone down considerably. The last appointment was horrible. When I called, someone immediately hung up on me. Thinking it was a mistake, I called back. Now I'm not so sure. I had made an appointment days before for a mani/pedi. When I arrived, they took a walk in who arrived at the same time. I waited an additional 15 minutes. When I was seated, the chair was dirty. The technician, who was normally excellent, nicked me on 2 fingers causing them to bleed. The technician seemed rushed and distracted. The color of toenail polish did not match the color on my fingers. They said it was all they had. I had to go to the drugstore to buy nail polish to match. On Wednesday, January 31, I was having a difficult day at work, and decided to log off early and go treat myself to a mani-pedi. Typically, I only get a regular manicure, because my nails never grow and I type about 60 hours a week, so I don't indulge in anything more. However, my birthday is coming up, and I am going though a divorce, so I decided to treat myself. Since the last time I got a basic mani-pedi was about a month prior, and it was $100 - which I find to be insanely expensive, I did a brief google search to locate a different nail salon. I found BB Nails and decided to give it a try. Immediately I was greeted and I shared my intentions. I picked my colors and was seated in the massage chair. I was offered a beverage and chose a water. I was shown the "menu" and chose The Lavender Pedicure. I had considered American/French nails, but after a brief discussion with the Nail Technician, NailBae, I changed my mind and decided to "go big" with a full set of (much longer than usual) tips and NexGen. NailBae was so incredibly amazing - in every way. She is professional, extremely knowledgeable and helped me determine the best shape and color to complement my hands. She was gentle - no burns, knicks, or cuts. It's difficult for me to "let go" or relax enough for my hand to go limp... but I felt calm enough for her to take control and let me submit to the process. She also was extremely forthcoming with the cost of services - which I genuinely appreciate - at times checking out, other places, can be shocking. Several days have passed and my nails still look freshly done. My toes, too. I feel awful, but I do not recall the woman's name who did my pedicure, but she reminded me so much of my grandmother. The total price was about $110 (more or less, before tip...I cannot seem to locate my receipt) which is far more accurate than the previous nail salon. I will, without a shadow of a doubt, be back - but I'll be making an appointment, to ensure I see my new NAILBAE! read more
