I came in for my first Brazilian wax and easily scheduled an appointment over the phone with Chelsey. I was super nervous going into it and she made me feel super comfortable the entire time. Obviously it's not going to feel good but i genuinely believe she made it as painless as possible and normalized the entire experience for me. Mercedes and Andrea were both super welcoming and gave me tips to get through it. Helps there's a 5 below next door so you can't grab a stress ball if you need. read more

I can't say enough good things about Tae, she does an amazing job and she is so sweet and friendly. I've never had such a positive experience before coming to this location with Tae, she's the best! read more

I was waxed by tae and I am truly disgusted by what happened in that building yesterday. Not only did she have an attitude when I asked what happened to my former waxer adrianna she was constantly bashing her. It was clear to me she has 0 professional skills, she was talking down on her former coworker to a paying customer which was extremely uncomfortable. Especially when I had no problems with adrianna when I waxed with her. She gossiped about the situation and her own manager Lakoda told me they " gained up on her including Lakoda herself and made sure to leave her with bruises". The manager told me herself they aren't supposed to talk about this with customers, but did anyways. She was degrading and inhumane I am honestly appalled this came out of a managers mouth. Such an uncomfortable experience. Please I beg you to do your research before booking with these people. The management and employees are extremely out of line and unprofessional. I will never return again and I will definitely be contacting corporate soon. (This business keeps removing my honest review which is unacceptable) read more

ashley is amazinggg she is very attentive and knowledgeable while giving the service and also a great conversationalist. shes fun, bubbly, and hilarious. i really recommend her if you're nervous or want the best skin results read more

As far as my actually service it was great and she was very informative and I wasn't jumping from the table like other places.... Unfortunately I'm giving the actual business 2 stars because it is in need of a deep cleaning. The bathroom was very nasty you can tell it hasn't been cleaned in a while and a mouse trap was in the corner of the walk way very visible... for an establishment I'm sure ran by mostly women, catered to mostly women, the bathroom should be spotless. read more

Beware of signing up for the package plans. I was charged multiple times for months off and on for over a year. Everytime I called to cancel, I was told it will be cancelled and then a random month money would be taken out of my account. I had faith in them since I was a decade long customer that they would make this right but they never did. I had to finally call my bank to dispute these charges and then get a new card. I would not go back to this place and would highly recommend customers to beware of signing up for any packages. read more

Adriana is amazing! She was patient with me and explained what she was doing every step of the way, this definitely helped with my apparent anxiety. She is very knowledgeable, and helped answer all my questions. She also helped educate me on a better skin routine for better future waxes. Thank you for a better experience than I had at your competitor with purple dye in their wax. read more

The customer service is lacking! I've been coming here for a long time usually because I actually like the esthetician. Their books are literally ALWAYS out of order and then they have the nerve to charge people when they are late or put a walk-in clause on their accounts. They have never been on-time with any appointment I've ever had in my history here. It's really declined since their top esthetician Indya left. I will not be renewing. Today I had it on my calendar I had an appointment and guess what I showed up and they didn't have it in their records so they put me down as a walk-in for 9:15a. It's 9:25 am and I'm still waiting read more

Booked here just a bit a go was couple min late since I was lost the host from receptionist told me we can see you you are late I understand I was couple mins late it was the form she told me instead of trying to be nice she was just rude even rolled her eyes a bit would have came back to a later appointment she just was not very welcoming will not ever go back there pls hire people who make your business look good and make people happy to visit your company read more

Update!! PLEASE BE AWARE that this location will renew your membership without authorization. I had my last Brazilian in January 2021 and requested that my package not be renewed while I was actually in the studio. It's now April 2021 and I'm still being charged monthly fees. Depil renewed my package without my authorization!! I've called and requested that a manager return my calls but nothing. I've had to call my bank, stop the recurring charges and dispute the unauthorized transactions. I'm warning you now, be very aware of your bank statements after using their services!!! read more

My husband sent this place over to me in hopes we would have a place here in Texas to go to. This girl was absolutely uninviting. I mean from start to finish. Very unprofessional. After I was finished she said "If you feel sticky, use anything on the table" like I was a prostitute or something. So I arrive a few minutes behind 5 mins maybee I'll give her that but that was NOT and still is NOT how you treat someone. Yes I get this service was complementary and yes I understand this is not a painless experience by any means but THIS girl made it a VERY painful. She was very snarky.. NEVER ASKED if the wax was to HOT or anything! I've had this done before and my first time was royal a TRUE spa like experience compared to THIS. First off the place is disgusting as I laid on the table with the thin paper they use in doctors offices. I started looking around and there was some overgrown plant under the table with dirt coming out of it. It was very VERY dusty everywhere! I work in a professional setting as well and I would never treat someone this way. I was in SO much pain for about 3 days after. 0/10 DON'T recommend! NOT HER!! I cried in my husbands arms when I got home! Never book with Tae she is snarky and not gentle at all!! The crazy thing is I specifically didn't book her and still ended up with her they did call and tell me that the person I wanted wouldn't be available so I was stuck with Tae who I could hear over the phone saying I could just reschedule when I was right down the street and I'm a visitor to the state got a little lost on the way over! When I walked in she made me feel like shi# and said" I mean you came all this way and got lost so we can still honor the complementary wax" If it was in ANY other setting this would have gone a totally different way just know that I will always maintain a level of professionalism because that's what WOMEN do. If y'all don't get the gust yet.. she ripped me UP and then had the nerve to ask was I dehydrated after I started bleeding.. which in fact I was but she waited no time before putting MORE hot a## wax on me and holding the areas only twice after RIPPING OFF THE HAIR!! I counted! Believe me you will have a better experience just about anywhere in a back alley before stepping foot HERE! Don't go here and if you do DON'T book with Tae! -5/10 I mean y'all seriously need to know that this is who you have working for you! I am in the medical field and seriously would fire this girl on the spot if she ever treated one of my patients this way! read more

Ridiculous... I did not end up getting my service because I was four minutes late!?? Completely ridiculous considering I am from out of town and was looking for the building, finally found it happy I made it but just to find out that I cannot get my service. I was going to be getting a Brazilian wax and a under arm wax but was told I could not receive my under arm waxing because of me being four minutes late. Lol completely stupid I have my license and I know how long it takes just to wax the under arms and I have a very small patch. Also the lady at the counter was very nonchalant like oh well kind of attitude. Oh well I will just will take my money to European wax. Everything happens for reason. read more

Every waxer I've been to is amazing!! The front desk staff is awful. Every time I've come in over the last year there's someone new and their communication is terrible and no one can figure out what the right hand is doing from the left. I've had so many problems with my account and things being miscommunicated to me or not noted in their system and they talk to me like I'm stupid when I question things being different from what I was told before. Plus customer service up front suuuuucccckkkksss in general. read more

Had a free wax ,as part of a special. This was a Brazilian wax and as a male it proves to be difficult to get these done. Anywhere else will charge a fee(different from a female Brazilian waxes)or will decline service. Loved that this place catered to both genders and that the hosts and staff are so friendly. I'm deducting a star because the waxer burned a delicate spot and I felt like I was being pushed into buying products I didn't need. I look forward to be coming back before the summer starts. read more

Went here on a whim because I had to get it done. lol. this was my first visit and it was $35 for a brazilian wax!! Brandi did an excellent job! I never had "hard wax" done on me and it did the job! I'm so glad i went, they were nice, professional, and just did an awesome job overall. read more

Stephanie is literally the MVP of Brazilian waxing! She made my first Brazilian ever completely comfortable. She was thorough, detailed and informative. I came to The Colony location on my lunch break and was done in less time than expected. My pain tolerance is about mid-grade but it was not at all as severe as anticipated. I purchased the Barra and Ipanema products and will be testing them out for hyperpigmentation and ingrown hairs. Will provide a progress update after my next appointment in October! read more

Terrible customer service. I was 5 mins late today for my appt. apparently their policy is four minutes so I was turned away. This allows them to charge you for a service that was never completed. I'll also mention that I have repeatedly been made to wait 10-15 mins previously when they are running behind. So apparently it's ok for them to be late, but there is zero leeway for loyal customers. I've been a customer for years and this is how I get treated. They've lost a customer in me and I hope others heed this warning. read more

Poor customer service at this location. I had an appointment that I booked online over a month ago for 5:45. I called them at 5:42 to let them know I was lost (apparently on the other side of Hwy 121). The woman who answered inform me that she was just about to call me because I missed my 5:30 appointment. I explained to her that my appointment was not at 5:30 but actually at 5:45, which was in about 2 or 3 minutes. She went on and on about what her computer was showing, which was an error according to my screenshot attached. She was unhelpful and basically told me I was screwed until 7pm. I told her I couldn't come at 7pm becuase MY appointment was in 3mins not 1hr and 15mins. I have things to do at 7pm. I even asked if she could honor my time or at least provide another courtesy service due to their error. She wouldn't budge. I canceled the entire appointment and went to European Wax Center. read more

Still 0 stars from my end. 3 months later & NEVER received an email for my horrible experience as stated by the manager on my last review.

Awful. They lady who did my brows didn't listen to my instructions and wouldn't even look at me after the service because she knew that she did a... less than stellar job. Unfortunately, this was my first time and I got my brows done for free. Honestly, spend the money and go somewhere else. Here's to waiting two months to grow my brows out and start all over -_- read more

I don't know why the other people posted comments on bad service because every time I go it's always fabulous. I am a very picky person I am not going to lie but you gals and guys should definitely ask for indya and Brenda! They are amazing and very thorough with their services! I'm 5 months prego and let me tell you it's PAINFUL A** Heck but these ladies make it fast where I feel like I'm coming in and out! lol you won't be di read more

The staff was friendly, the shop felt clean and put together (although "half" walls for the rooms seemed weird - no noise privacy- I could hear every word a client was saying while she was in the waxing room). However, blocking an hour for a Brazilian and face wax should have given me a clue. I was very disappointed with how much hair was left along my bikini line and on my face. read more

Best place ever they are very informative and had a very good customer experience, I will be back this is now my waxing home I had been looking for so long. My first wax was amazing they got all of my hair unlike other wax places I had been to and the prices are great and so are the products. Love love this place. read more

Andee was amazing! I was a little anxious coming in because this was my first waxing experience and for some reason I took a big leap and scheduled a bikini wax, armpit wax and full leg wax, I know I know a little much for a first timer but I was going away in a few days and decided to go ahead and get it all done at once. I scheduled my appointment at 9am and was out in under an hour. Andee brought me to the room and from the time we got started to the end she made me feel at ease, she explained her whole process and I even learned about the life cycle of hair! The whole process went surprisingly well and the pain level? I must have a high pain tolerance because there was no real pain, sure some slight discomfort, especially the armpit area but I was surprised at how little pain I experienced. I'm so glad my first experience was with Andee, I would recommend her to anyone, the girl knows what's she doing and I can honestly say I may be forever done with shaving. read more

Second and last time to be there. Overcharging customers for nothing but for the sake of taking long waxing sessions and once in a while there are different stuff requires additional CS experience. Please keep your prices fixed cause we all like to tip your stuff if other clients don't , that's their pocket problem . read more

If you have sensitive skin you have to come here ... no where else! Listen to my advice .... ask for Brenda!

I got a brazilian and under arm wax here. The location was pretty good and the lady at the front desk was super friendly. It took roughly 20 minutes to do both areas and the outcome was great! I purchased a bottle of their ingrown hair preventative as well and still use it for post-shaving/waxing... worth the money! read more

I was nervous, yet looking forward to my first Brazilian wax. I live nearby this location and after reading some reviews online I decided to give Depil a try (no specials being offered). Scheduling process over the phone was smooth and I believe you can do so online as well. Arrived for my appointment and was greeted as I walked in. The lobby was small but they have a couple of seats for you while you wait. Went back to the room and was given a few minutes to get undressed and on the table. They have nice pop/r&b music playing which I tried to zone in on but couldn't help but be distracted by the echos from the other rooms and front staff because of the open airflow above the rooms. A couple of minutes later the tech knocked and asked if I was ready. We are all familiar with doing the "butterfly" but it was extremely hard because the table was flush against the wall. I was not educated on the process or coached through with breathing techniques. I was only asked a couple of questions like; When I shaved last. If I'd ever waxed before. If I'd like to leave any hair. There was no trimming before hand and my hair was well over 1/4". Wax was a good temperature and I was asked if it was okay for me. Waxing begins, it was excruciating. There did not seem to be any method to hair removal other than the common pull off in opposite direction of application. Mind you, I was visibly stressed and voiced the pain. I WISH I was told when to breath. Instead I was laughed at. Wax was applied and ripped off in sections and reapplied in the same area. I had several spots bleeding and was not informed of this or why. Ingrown hairs were removed and oil was applied. I was told I did "great" and that I could get dressed and head to the front desk. I was in complete shock at the amount of pain I was in. I could hardly walk without feeling the soreness. Mind you I was in loose sweatpants and no undies. While paying I was overwhelmed with different products that I needed to purchase and when one was turned down the other was added for a "discounted" rate. I was asked how my wax was and when I said traumatizing I was laughed at yet again. I felt pushed to leave a tip and to schedule my next wax. When next wax was scheduled I was then coaxed to check out their membership packages and deals for students. Finally I was able to get "No thank you" through to them. I was sore for about 3-4 days after. Four weeks later I received a call from Depil informing my that my tech no longer worked there and that I would need to pick a new date and time for my wax. No apologies were given nor any patience and understanding for the questions I had to help my decision. After being told, "we are all good" I politely canceled my appointment altogether. Definately would not recommend to a friend especially for their first wax. When I spoke to seasoned "waxers" I was in shock at what the normal Brazilian wax experience really was like. read more

There was a misunderstanding at my first session that I brought up to managements attention via email . They were prompt with their response and rectified the situation by the second visit. I scheduled same day appointment, so very accommodating. First wax is free. I didn't know that until I got there so that was pleasant to know. I do think that the first timers get newer aestheticians who may need more experience... the lady who waxed me seemed a little more hesitant on pulling the strips than someone whose been doing this for a while. She was good with keeping conversation and letting you know when she pulls. The place itself is attached to another store so it'll take you a second to locate it. Limited parking. It's cutely decorated and everything looks modern. They have a few products displayed and through each step of the process they remind you to buy it lol. The cashier also mentioned a plan where you'll save by buying ahead so if you want to make this your go to place & you're trying to save money that's a good idea. They all wore masks and did sanitizing after each customer. Not sure if this will be my new home but it's not a dealbreaker. The place & employees are nice & inviting...I'm just overall picky about my aestheticians... read more
