I came here because it was close to where I was at the time. I had to wait like 10 minutes but they were very nice & kept checking on me. I asked for a mani/pedi/& eyebrow wax. I wanted a specific design & Emily asked if I wanted tips. I told her no & she explained that the design I wanted really wouldn't look good without longer nails & I agreed. So I just went with gel nails (because I just can't do fake nails). She was so nice & funny. My nails came out great, as well as my pedicure. I asked for a design on my big toe but not a flower & she did great. My eyebrows looked symmetrical & great also. I will definitely be going back. What I loved is it was very comfortable & not overwhelming. They don't hand you a book with 25 different mani/pedi's to choose from they just take care of you in one go just like I would go to one of the mega nail salons. I went here a few times for pedicures for special occasions like holidays and birthdays. I decided to do a regular gel french with them. I asked for a rosy color with purple gel tip. Van gave me clear. She proceeded to talk about me in Vietnamese not knowing I have lived with a Vietnamese woman when I was 16. I know how Vietnamese aunties can be so I brushed it off. Today, I went in because my nail broke (I strictly used builder gel before this and my nails were HEALTHY AND LONG). Before, I had a small chip on my pinky and she could have fixed it by dehydrating it, adding clear coat and then filling it in. But she just filed the whole layover down and redid the nail. As she was doing my nails today, she told me "next time you do your nails go to the person you went to before me" I responded "I did my nails before you and look at how that turned out" that sure shut her the fuck up. On my way out I requested to pay because she added a tip and used dip, I know materials cost money. The other tech said she did it for you this time and I said "well I'm asking to pay because there won't be a next time". She shrugged. This salon does not care about the health of your nails. This salon is probably a front for someone's money laundering because they could give less than a fuck about holding clients. This is my go-to, local place to get my nails done. Each nail tech always does a great job, no matter who you end up getting. They are very reasonable with their prices. I usually call before I go in to see if they are busy, and they always get me in as soon as they can. You can tell they have formed good relationships with their clients, as they seem to know everyone by their name or face. The two women I've had work on my hands and feet were both very professional and skilled. My nails look great every time I've walked out. I've been here when it's been busy, but it's never so busy that I've had to wait to see a nail tech. The prices are definitely cheaper than a lot of other places I've been to, which brings me to the one "flaw" this place has. It doesn't look super fancy. The interior decor leaves a bit to be desired. It's always spotless, but the chairs and art don't quite seem to match so if that's a thing that would bother you (I don't know if people are that picky?), then head's up. I've been to this place three time to have my brows done. The first two times they treated me well and did a good job. Today I went in and was insulted and treated so badly that I cried on the way home. I usually tip eight or ten dollars for waxing my brows. I will not go there ever again. I just went this last Sunday. They have several of their services painted on the glass window. I asked about Diamond Nails and was told it was just solar powder with Diamond "like" flakes! NOT so! Diamond Nails are similar to Acrylic, but not the same, they paint the glaze on your nail (like a polish) then dip your nail into diamond powder, the powder contains actual crushed Diamonds the hardest substance on earth. The result is a very thin hard nail, there is NO ODOR and it DOES NOT DAMAGE your natural nail. I then asked about Silk Wraps and was told they do not do Silk Wraps as no one ever asks for them. This is fine and well except the painted glass window clearly says Silk Wraps. Essentially they are false advertiseing. I walked out and will never go back. I do not PAY for fake services. read more

I love this place! The price is right, they are friendly and they have a large selection of no chip polish. They make sure to show me the new colors when I come in. They never try to sell you more services. They offer, you say no and that's it! Why not 5 stars? No place is perfect. I broke my toe ( yes I still got a pedicure) I told the lady to be careful, she forgot a couple of times and a couple of the ladies can be kind of rough anyway. I don't get my eyebrows waxed there. Worst service I have EVER experienced! Do not get your nails done here! My nails were done yesterday and one broke the same day. So I came back to get it fixed today. The manager argued with me about the color when I first walked in. Eventually she blamed me for the nail breaking and told me I was lucky she isn't charging me to fix it. Phan, the manager, did a horrid job fixing the nail. It was shorter and she filed it so much there were gray streaks on my nail. When I mentioned it to her she blamed me for not saying anything while she was fixing it. She compared the nail and the nail she fix was still shorter. She refused to redo it and said I needed to come back tomorrow and make an appointment. I live 30 minutes away and I came out of my way because I was told over the phone to come right in. My girlfriend had her nails done here, when she returned to have them removed 4 of her natural nails on her right hand and 2 on her left hand had turned green. Turns out she had a pseudomonas bacterial infection, this is common at salons that are not clean and reuse files or acrylics on clients. I would not recommend this place as they did not even blink an eye when they saw what was underneath after removing her nails. It seemed completely normal to them and even after arguing that they had either done a poor job or application or reused materials, they charged in full with no apologies. Unless you want to deal with something like this, I suggest you find a place that has more than a 4 star review from a total of 5 or 6 reviews. Maybe if the staff was apologetic or concerned at all of the problem, then the situation would have been a bit different. Either way it does not seem that their tools meet any standard of cleanliness and seem to be reused on multiple clients. I would not suggest this salon by any means. read more
