This place is great. The two women I've had work on my hands and feet were both very professional and skilled. My nails look great every time I've walked out. I've been here when it's been busy, but it's never so busy that I've had to wait to see a nail tech. The prices are definitely cheaper than a lot of other places I've been to, which brings me to the one "flaw" this place has. It doesn't look super fancy. The interior decor leaves a bit to be desired. It's always spotless, but the chairs and art don't quite seem to match so if that's a thing that would bother you (I don't know if people are that picky?), then head's up. Other than that, clean salon, great prices, no wait, beautiful and soothing mani pedis. 5 stars.

I wanted a specific design & Emily asked if I wanted tips. I told her no & she explained that the design I wanted really wouldn't look good without longer nails & I agreed. So I just went with gel nails (because I just can't do fake nails). She was so nice & funny. My nails came out great, as well as my pedicure. I asked for a design on my big toe but not a flower & she did great. My eyebrows looked symmetrical & great also. I will definitely be going back. What I loved is it was very comfortable & not overwhelming. They don't hand you a book with 25 different mani/pedi's to choose from they just take care of you in one go just like I would go to one of the mega nail salons. I also liked that when I paid she told me my total was 84.00! Go check them out, making appointment is best for no waiting and you decide for yourself.

Bliss Nail Salon in Frisco is a pretty salon with nice decor, but unfortunately the service and…read moreoverall experience did not match the price. During my visit, the technician doing my nails was extremely rough with my hands, constantly yanking and pulling them around while working. It made the appointment uncomfortable instead of relaxing, which is the whole point of going to a nail salon. The one positive was the pedicure -- the technician who did that did a great job and the massage portion was excellent. Not long after my appointment, two of my nails broke. When I returned to have them fixed, I was told that because it had been more than seven days since my visit, they would charge $10 to repair them. When nails break that quickly after being done, I would expect a salon to stand behind their work rather than immediately charge the customer again. There are a lot of nail salons in the Frisco area, and unfortunately this one did not deliver the level of service you would expect for the prices they charge. The space is nice, but the customer service and value simply aren't there.

They still have the comfy massage chairs with the foot soaking tubs for pedicures, but they've also expanded their offerings for gel manicures / pedicures, and acrylics. I admit I've started doing the gel with them and I love how long it lasts on my nails. Even better, a few times I've done something dumb and chipped a nail just a couple of days after a manicure and they're always happy to fix it for me! The staff is so nice to me and my daughter, they're spacious, there's TVs and most of the chairs offer wireless charging for your phones. They've added a "head spa" in the back, and I think they do waxing too, so it's honestly a one stop shop for excellent work! Love them!

When I arrived, I was given a color book to choose from, but two of the colors I selected weren't actually available. That's understandable, but those colors shouldn't be advertised if they can't be provided. I eventually chose a different color, but when it was applied to my nail, it looked nothing like the sample I picked. I selected a red-pink shade, and what was applied was bright hot pink. When I politely pointed out the difference and asked if I could choose another color, the employee simply got up and walked away without saying a word. Another worker came over, leaving me feeling confused and extremely uncomfortable. This is a customer service business, and customers should not be made to feel like an inconvenience for asking a reasonable question. On top of that, the salon did not appear clean, and the staff seemed uninterested in providing a positive experience. The overall atmosphere was unprofessional and unwelcoming. I ultimately decided not to finish my service snd not get my fingernails done and left. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and would not recommend this salon to others.
