I've been looking for a new nail salon because the one that i frequent is hit or miss with quality. I found this place based on yelp reviews, and it's kind of out of the way from where i live, but it's kind of on the way home from work. I walked in on a Sunday afternoon to get a dip manicure and regular pedicure. There was only 1 other customer in the salon and 3 techs working. i was a fumbling idiot with the books and choosing a color, but the techs were nice and patient with me. they have a decent selection of dip powders, gels, and regular polish. 2 techs started working on me at the same time, and even when more customers came, they didn't rush or skimp on my mani pedi. they were extremely meticulous and made sure to check in with me after every step to make sure i was happy with my nails. i just got a simple 1 color mani/pedi this time. but their color book also has ombre and other designs which are interesting...may try in the future. my friend came to join me for a pedi, and even though they were closing soon, they gave her to full treatment as well. as she was finishing up, the other techs got ready to close and went through and cleaned and wiped down EVERYTHING. all the chairs, all the surfaces, floors, etc. seriously every nook and cranny. when others mentioned this place is clean, they're serious. also the salon has nice and soothing classical music playing and smells really nice - not like chemicals at all. They do have 2 TV's. they had one playing football and the other on HGTV (lol...i only watch HGTV when getting my nails done) finally, the pricing is pretty fair. i got a dip manicure, and a classic pedicure, and the total was $61. for the amount of detail and care that went into my mani/pedi, i was seriously impressed with this place and love my nails. It's under new management and the ladies were all friendly and wonderful. She's had eyelash extensions as well as manicures and pedicures done here. She's pretty picky about her eyelashes and has been known to drive over an hour just to make sure she had a great and quality experience. She can't be more excited that she doesn't have to do that anymore. Hannah and Leanne are incredibly talented with lashes. So natural! They really do look great on her and she loves them. This nail salon is a super find! My nail techs Celine and Nailbae are the BEST! The salon is clean and on the upscale side - smaller than some making it mor intimate. Pedicure chairs with massage options are comfortable and relaxing and I love that they offer you something to drink while being worked on. All of the services are reasonably priced and while I don't get my eyelashes done, there were so many customers coming in for them and walking out looking awesome. read more

My wife went for a deluxe Mani and Pedi and ended with chipped nails in 2 days. The color on the toes is very different from the color on the fingers. The Mani lady was in a rush and left her with irregular shaped nails. The color on the nails was not consistent, one's lighter and the other's darker. Anyways, it's very hard to me to find someone who can give me exactly what I want but this place get it right every time. I can't speak for the other techs there as I only go to Richie. Was very disappointed. Came in to get a mani/pedi and was so upset leaving. The first time I came, it was amazing. This time, my toe was cut, my fingers were scratched and the manicure was overall terrible. The lady doing my nails rushed causing uneven finger nails. They were all different shapes. The nail polish did not cover my entire nails causing spots missing. The clear coat on top looked like a blob on top of my nail. The manicure and pedicure were meticulously done. They have a nice color selection for gel and dip. The only downside is that it's easy for them to get busy with walk-ins which slows them down, but they also try very hard to accommodate everyone. I'm a little torn about this place, but I will update on my next visit. Pros: My nail technician was VERY attentive and worked very diligently on my nails. She did exactly what I asked and my nails came out PERRRFECT. My nails were trashed from having tips, but she took care of them and now they're soft and colored and gorgeous. I often times come here to get my nails done and I'm really never disappointed. When you walk in you're in a very clean and nicely decorated area. They have a very wide selection when it comes to nail polishes, SNS nails, and gel nails. Walk-ins are acceptable, but they do prefer appointments so they can accommodate you better to a manicurist. When ever you come you are always offered a complimentary drink during your mani/pedi. I decided to get the SNS nails and I absolutely loved how they turned out. The only issue I really saw was that the staff was not very pleasant and I felt a bit rushed while having my nails done. They would ask a lot of questions about what I wanted, but since I don't really get my nails done regularly and I'm not 100% positive on what the different types of manicures are and I would have to ask further questions to clarify what they meant and they would look at me stupid. It was actually pretty intimidating, but I do keep coming back because they do a good job and they make it exactly how you like it. The SNS nails are a pretty penny. I've been here, twice.. the first time was for pink/white fill, with one of the ladies (which I found out is Nikki's mom). I remembered coming in very late, and made them stay 5 after they closed, but everyone was really nice about it. Nikki's mom was very patient and seemed like she wasn't bothered at all. Nonetheless, my nails were perfect for my friend's wedding, which was a week after. My nails did not lift at all. Actually, I kept them on for about a month without any issues. This past week, I went in and opted for the gel manicure. My cuticles were horrible and shamed that it was bad.. but nikki was wonderful! Chose something natural because if she did a "bad" job, it wouldn't be that noticeable.. nope! Nikki exceeded my expectations. First time I've ever had a gel manicure, and will definitely be back. I came here to get my nails done with my friend and we were both wowed by the quality and friendliness. I gave them a pretty tough design to work with (2 points on the ring finger and a gradation on the pointer finger). It took them a little less than 3 hours to finish the whole thing. I got the sns gel nails + designs, which came out to a total of $56! That's a pretty hefty price for me as a student but they looked so good at the end, I didn't mind paying that much. read more
