This isn't the first time I've come to get my nails done here. The staff has gone down hill. The last time I came in, I got a pedicure and the whole time the lady was watching TV or answering her phone calls. When I asked her to apply more pressure during the foot massage, it didn't make a difference. She was basically just putting lotion on me. That's not why I go to the salon. This time that I went, I asked for cuticle care and this lady was super eager to get to the next customer. First things first, she used an already used nail kit, not a new one. She didn't get the dirt out from under my nails, didn't get all of the hang nails and when she used the buffer on my nails, she just scratched up my nails without doing anything to smooth it out. I was not taken care of and was practically pushed aside for the next customer. Really disappointed.

I LOVED this place so much! Everyone is so sweet and friendly. I got the organic NexGen manicure, and it was the BEST I've ever had. I won't ever go to another nail salon, because they are seriously the best. My nails are so perfect, and I keep getting so many compliments on them. Don't forget to ask for Snow, because she is the sweetest and did such a great job on my nails. I have sent three people to see her, and they all loved her, too!

I've been here three times. The first time I had a decent experience. I got a gel pedi and dip mani. They lasted long and I had no issues. The other two times I came 3-4 hours before closing and told they are closing early because business is slow. I can understand why business would be close early due to this, but maybe they should think about changing their hours. It's a disadvantage driving there expecting service and being turned away hours before they close. I won't try again. read more

You will not be disappointed! Been here 4 times and every time it's great if not better than the last! I am a very loyal person when it comes to my "nail lady" and after 6 years with my other place I switched to Cosmos for the following....The staff is super friendly, very welcoming and makes you feel right at home! All the polishes they have are fresh & new! No old janky stuff with half filled bottles and crusted up like many other places. You know what I mean! Lol! And the salon is really clean and pretty inside! The work they do is impeccable! I haven't had one complaint yet! Cosmo also offers all of the refreshments that you can think of as well...including champagne and my favorite sparkling water Lacroix. They even went out their way one time to make me some coffee one rainy morning! So sweet! Another bonus is that everyone speaks really great English so there's no issue with the language barrier! Really great prices and I believe while they are in grand opening phase they are offering 20% still! I LOVED this place so much! Everyone is so sweet and friendly. I got the organic NexGen manicure, and it was the BEST I've ever had. I won't ever go to another nail salon, because they are seriously the best. My nails are so perfect, and I keep getting so many compliments on them. Complete up-charge for the service provided. I had tried out this place as I normally go another place, but will never come back here. It was $50 for a simple almond shape nail with tip. At the other place I pay $35 AND they offer a student discount on top of that. My sister got the deluxe pedicure and her massage only lasted maybe 5-10 minutes. For the 3rd price level selection we expected much, much more. The massage was only on the calves also! Do not come here. Rich and Famous Nail Salon is only 3 minutes from here and were so sweet and through. Do not come here. read more

I recently moved to the Frisco area and I have been on a search for a nail salon this way and luckily I stumbled upon this gem. The staff is so nice, they have a vast variety of gel nail colors, they were very attentive to my needs. I got a gel manicure and reg polish pedicure. I will definitely be going back!! read more

Best nail salon in Frisco!! A friend suggested that I go here. She said that her nails have never looked better. I made an appointment with Tracy. She was so sweet and funny. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I will never go anywhere else. Tracy is my girl. I have been there three times and each time is an amazing experience.. My nails look beautiful every time ... It was a nice facility, clean, quiet, not too much chatter. The nail tech did a great job, not too talkative. And there was a long wait time, but she apologized several times. The only reason I came here versus my normal place , is because Yelp checkin showed 20% off, well the previous customer before me was at the register, and as i watched her show her phone, I figured she was checking in on Yelp, but said something about expired, so I go to actually go to checkin on my phone and realized same issue, expired November 2018; its March now. They honored hers. I've never even seen an expired check in on Yelp. I get done w mine, show the same thing, and my tech lady says ya its expired, so instead of 20%, she says I give u 10%. Whatever i wasn't going to argue, but come on u know it's an issue, fix it already!!! Other than that bad experience, the service was good. read more

She started going up my nail bed with the paint in which I asked her if that was the final product or was she going to do a clean up. She told me that if I wanted "classic" French tips I should've said that because she assumed I wanted curvy (?). I had to show her a picture of what French tips were because she claimed to have no idea what I was talking about. As someone that has gotten my nails done for over 10 years, I've only ever had to ask for French tips. I've actually never heard of curvy French tips and idk why someone would assume otherwise. James did a great job on my feet which is the only reason i would give even a single star!

I was a little hesitate to try out new place since there are so many nail salons around. I was surprised of how well my nails turned out. My nail girl, Iris is awesome and sweet.
