Updates- a day later- bubbles and chipping polish. 3 days later: the white of the French manicure is chipping. 5 days later: it looks so ugly - I try to remove it all together but an acetone wouldn't do. I walked in to the salon and was told that I would not be serviced due to the fact that the salon was "busy busy", there was one other patron in the salon, and what appeared to be 3 or 4 technicians... I recommend calling before hand and verifying they aren't "busy busy" before wasting your time with this place. read more

I've been here twice. The service was good the first time, but the second time....oh my god. I went in for a pedi + mani, and the lady who was doing my manicure couldn't stop chatting with her coworkers. I can deal with it if she was doing my nails at the same time when she's talking, but no, she had to stop everytime in the middle. on top of that, she was also coughing up a storm - ON MY HAND. I saw her co-worker came by and gave her some cold medicine. the lady who did my pedicure was okay, but she also paused at times whenever my manicurist talked to her. A quality pedicure that lasted three weeks. I did find this place a little pricier compared to other salons. No one showed me how to turn on the massage chair so I missed out on that part of the experience. They do have a very impressive array of colors to choose from. I liked it but I wasn't wowed. The lady asked me if I wanted callus remover because there was an extra $5 charge. What? Isn't that the whole point of a pedicure is to have the crud taken off your feet? I paid the extra five but felt like that should definitely have been included as it is at any other nail salon I have been to. I was not asked if I wanted a toe flower. Not asking me for a toe flower and not showing me how to use massage chair = minus two stars. Tips must be in cash only. Would I go back? probably not. read more

I love this place! I come here just about everytime I'm home visiting to get pedis with my mom, and they never disappoint. Spa pedis are around $25 and manis are around $15. My feet always look great after, plus they have a great variety of colors to choose from and water/soda/wine as well. read more

I am giving this place 5* basically because for the price they do an awesome job. $40 for a mani/pedi and my mani typically lasts a little over a week. Aaron does the BEST pedicure I have ever had and Snow does an excellent Mani. I have only had one bad experience and they more than covered for it. So very upsetting!!! The owner that my mom and I loved is no longer there and it SHOWS when calling to make an appointment I was on hold for ten minutes and forgotten about, when finally getting an appointment in it was made for the WRONG day, she called to tell me I missed my apt, and when saying I have it down for tomorrow she had the nerve to tell me no.... I am a customer of over a year and pay a lot of money and I am In there every two to three weeks..... We chose to reschedule and she didn't even bother to write down one of the two appointments. You should always take care of your customers. I went in the day after I have my nails and my daughters and asked if they could fix the chipping nails and they basically refused and said that happens. After an eyebrow waxing, there was a scratch on my eyebrow and they said it was due to sensitive skin. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I would not return! read more

NEVER COMING BACK HERE. Unfortunately, We had been clients for YEARS. But after our last experience, this was the last straw. About a week and a half ago, my mom, sister, and I went to get our nails done before a trip to Europe. First off it took them 2 HOURS to see us when they first told us we'd have to wait 20 minutes. They tried to blame it on us by saying we had only asked for 2 pedicures, when we had said we were having 3 and nails from the get go. After they finally saw us, we'd been there for a grand total of 3 HOURS. And they didn't even give us anything for our troubles. I have NEVER been in a nail salon for that long ever, even with getting deluxe pedicures! Then after all of that, my Nexgen nails ($40 because I'd gotten them done with tips) started to fall off about 3 days into my trip. I tried to glue them back on (yup, had to pay $5 for nail glue out of my own pocket) but they just kept falling off so I gave up on them. I get back after my trip overseas, and went to talk to them about it because to pay over $40 for nails that are supposed to last 3 weeks and fall off after 3 days is unacceptable. The manager kept blaming it on me for my nails falling off, and tried to negate my story about how we waited 3 hours. She said the best she could do for me was 50% off at this point, because it'd been over a week. (Of course if had I been home I would've went over immediately, but I was in Europe!!). Still with 50% it'd be costing me over $20. Unacceptable considering we've been clients for years and they would not think as much to make sure we were satisfied. I absolutely LOVE it here! I always feel like so much more than a customer. Every person there takes the time to get to know you. They even remember my name each time I come in! I am always greeted with a smile, and it is always sincere. The salon is comfortable and clean, and the atmosphere is amazing. So many smiles!!! Best pedi I have had in a long time. This place is a great find. Everything from callous removal, scrub, massage, and polish were just right. They use the plastic liners in their pedi chairs and also gave me a 16oz bottle of cold water - so many places offer a Dixie cup/shot or those kid sizes. Was so nice on a hot day. wouldn't even rate 1 star! absolutely appalling. 17 year old apprentice did my nails (very unprofessional) all uneven, messy, not straight, different lengths, chunky, wrong size. General mess. not happy at all and after got out with her to get the top of my ear pieced she could not do fit the gun on my ear, claims she's qualified but was absolutely horrendous experience!
