TERRIBLE!! I went in as a walk in because I was in the area along with my daughter and daughter in law and we only needed pedicures. I walked in and there were spots available so we were promptly greeted and were able to go straight to a chair. I maybe waited about 10 mins and someone started on my feet. She started but I noticed she didn't clean under my toenails. I did not say anything at the time because I thought she would do it after. She did not paint my whole toenail nor did she remove the calluses and I was charged extra for that. Then while trimming the cuticle she cut the edge of my toenail bed, but quickly covered it with the towel. The lady performing my service was having a discussion about me, my daughter, and her wife with a few others working in the salon in their native language. What they did not know is that my daughter in law speaks fluent Vietnamese so we knew exactly what they were saying which included several derogatory terms. After we were done my daughter in law went to pay and showed the guy at the front the Yelp coupon for checking in and he immediately and repeatedly said we don't take those and he doesn't know why people try to use it. Well it's YOUR business and YOU approved it on Yelp so what do you mean. I wasn't going to go back and forth with him about it but it pissed me off and I'm sure they don't care about reviews but if I were you I wouldn't visit this place. Overall the pedicure meh. my friend took me here while I was visiting her in Dallas and the salon was really nice. they had a lot of great nail colors and even offered us free drinks! I'm Vietnamese so it was nice not to hear any of the manicurist standing around talking shit about me, my friend and/or other patrons!!! the manicurist I had scrubbed my heals really well and I have bad cracked heels! it's been a week and they are still pretty smooth. I desperately needed a pedi! I did a walk in and they got me in right away for a beach pedi and basic mani. Both ladies were nice and did a great job. My nails were already short and the manicurist shaped them well. The prices are reasonable and it was clean. I will be back for sure! read more

I am wrapping up a Mani and pedi here now and here is my take: Environment - The salon is great! Well maintained, clean. The door was open and it's almost 80 out but they closed it and turned the air on pretty quickly. Fox 4 is on subtitles on the TV and weird spa music playing in the background. Price - not bad for happy hour with 20% off. Drinks - I had to ask for a water and wasn't offered anything. Chair - this is what will keep me from coming back here. I love the massage chairs but this one has limited settings. It hurts when these chairs hit my lower back so I always concentrate it on my neck and shoulders. No choice with this one. I'm stuck with a full back massage moving up and down.....it hurts so I turned it off. Manicure - I chose their signature Mani that said $55 with gel. I think he got the color wrong at first. Insisted the pink was what I picked out and so I picked another red. He finished with some lotion on my arms. No scrubs or much massage, so I'm pretty sure that was just a basic Mani. It looks great though! Just wasn't what I ordered. Pedicure - the girl doing my pedicure has done a fantastic job. Scrubs, massage, trim, all great! Polish looks perfect. She said I can sit in this chair and dry as long as I want so that's a plus....I'm not getting kicked out of my chair! read more

BAIT AND SWITCH. I asked for a manicure with dip powder and a tip. She tells it's going to be $60. Then, after we are almost done with my nails, she says, "cuticles cut $5 more". Are you kidding me? Like we were already almost done... i had already told her about one of my cuticles that was giving me issues. There was no design, no lotion, nothing but tips and dip for $60. Go somewhere else where they don't tell you one price and then continue to add onto it throughout the process leaving you with less than you expected, but costing more than you were told. We reserved a time for the 7 girls in the bridal party to get nails done and the service was fabulous! We got manicures and pedicures, and the whole group was in and out in less than an hour and a half! They were so friendly and kind. Would definitely go back and bring a group! read more

She was the only person understand English plus the owner but no one else understand English!!!which is frustrating bc I explained what I want and lady named Trish dis whatever she wants. Trish used an expired top coat so all of the shine on my nails are gone after only 4 days!!!! Not recommend this place at all or if u have to visit just as for Joan. Worst manicure experience! First they had me sit down in 3 different seats and changed me to 2 different technician. The technician I ended up with very rough with my hands/nails. I left with 2 different spots bleeding and my nail shape not consistent AT ALL. I will never go back to this "business". I came to get a gel manicure and gel pedicure and eye brow wax. I also got my male friend a manicure and pedicure. Service was great but my gel on my manicure started to peel literally the next day and a couple of days later I had to peel the rest of the gel off my fingers. I was shocked that I was able to just peel it off like that but I had to because my nails was so ugly with two nails on each hand only having gel on them. Soon after that my pedicure did the same thing! I couldn't go back for them to fix it because I was out of town. Got my nails done on a Monday afternoon for my birthday. The woman cut some skin and I proceeded to bleed. It stopped, but she used a lot if the drops to stop it burned. Now, a few days later, the finger still is raw. On top of that, my shellac nails have already started peeling. In addition, the polish isn't clean, it's on my skin. There were pieces of cotton balls that were stuck to my nail and she never cleaned it off and just painted right on top. I'm super bummed because I paid about $60 for a Shellac mani and pedi. My pedicure was amazing. She did a great job. My manicure was not the best, though. Most manicures include some sort of cuticle treatment or moisturizing but I didn't get either. Wasn't impressed with the manicure at all. No one talked to me at all during either treatment which is odd. Will probably try another place next time. read more

manager chubby man rude, yelling at me because one of the nail techs named tony broke my phone screen. they're ignoring me via email, calls so i filed a formal complaint and refusal for damaging property over $150. texas department of licensing and regulation with the texas board of cosmetology paying this salon unexpected visit. would have been cheaper to pay for my screen replacement verses this outcome. they don't clean with what the texas licensing and regulation mandatory for all salons to clean after every single client or handwashing! be ware this is the worst salon and will be investigated by the proper authority my complaint has been heard and they are coming to do a through investigation of the dirty and unsanitary salon read more
