When my five teenagers and I showed up across the street at Villa nails for scheduled appointments for their prom, we found it closed for fire damage. No one called to let us know, and it was 4pm! I quickly went to Luxe Nails across the street, and we were cheerfully welcomed and all five manis and pedis were done. What a fabulous experience! Instead of having just one or two mail artist, everyone at Luxe is a super talented nail artist. The gurls each had a photo of what they wanted, and that is exactly what they got - from five different nail techs. The Girls were thrilled and I am so impressed, I am changing salons to Luxe! The Luxe salon visibly exhibits that they are fashion forward and have all the latest techniques, colors and services. And everyone speaks English well, and is super friendly. I probably won't be returning here. I came in for a gel removal and a simple manicure, but the experience was disappointing from the start. The nail technician didn't seem confident with the process, and at one point she placed my hands in the soaking bowl while there was still gel left on my nails. I asked if that was intentional, but I didn't receive a response and another staff member had to step in and take over. I also clearly stated multiple times that I only wanted a basic manicure, but I was still being charged for a deluxe service. Overall, the service felt disorganized and not what I expected. Some of the technicians may need additional training before working independently with clients, especially when customers are coming in with clear expectations of what they are paying for. read more

Fugus! I had my nails done at this salon in October 2025, and about two to three weeks later a fungus developed. I notified the manager, who apologized and said she would provide medication to treat it, but I never heard back from her again. It has now been more than three to four weeks since I reported the issue, and I had to go to my doctor to get the proper treatment. The fungus affected three of my fingers. This raises serious concerns about either the sanitation of their equipment or the technique being used by the staff. Either way, the lack of proper hygiene or inadequate training caused this issue, and the follow-up from management was extremely poor and inconsiderate. i will be taking my matter further to protect customers since the owner /manager never took the complaint seriously and should have responded immediately and expressed concerns for my health. This is the type of place that will do whatever they want, not what you ask, just to charge you extra money. My daughter didn't ask for tips just dip powder and Sophia put them on anyway. Then said she can't take them off because she already glued them. And then I said fine, but round the shape and make them really really short. Well, she kept saying she will do it later and shaped them squared. My daughter was really upset and totally ruined her birthday nails experience. She got nothing of what she wanted. Ashley did an amazing job on my Next Gen nails. She took her time and even though the salon became busy, I didn't feel rushed at all. I love how clam the salon was and the mix of music playing in the background. I took a while deciding my nail color, with all the great choices. Super disappointed in my experience here. I've never in my life had a dip done in less than 20 minutes. No time was spent on cleaning, filing, etc. It was not a relaxing experience. The worst part is that the tech wasn't very friendly AND none of the tools are sanitized. I saw every tech take out tools from their own kit and put it back with a plastic cap on. If i can give this place zero stars i absolutely would. I got to Luxe and waited for about 20 minutes which is no big deal. I needed my dip removed & got a gel mani. My nail tech Sophia was rude from start to finish. My nails have been really sensitive since I've been pregnant. I pulled my hand away a few times cause the drill was a bit rough, but she didn't say sorry/ and just rolled her eyes. After all my dip powder was removed she started on my gel mani. They didn't have the color i wanted, and the tech failed to tell me. She came back with a random color i didn't like. When i showed her what i wanted she continued to roll her eyes. As she started to cut and file my nails i could tell they were all uneven. But at that point i just wanted to leave so i didn't say much. When she was done, she just said was "okay done." I didn't even know how to respond to that. The entire experience was so unpleasant. I don't usually go here, but i thought I'd try a new place. I definitely do not recommend. read more

Hate writing a bad review, but I cannot honestly endorse this place. I stopped here instead of going to my usual location because I was nearby. My dip change experience was terrible. The tech struggled with the application, then as soon as I walked out and got into the sunlight I noticed two of the nails she struggled with had marks where the top coat clearly had been marred. I went right back in to have it fixed. She buffed off the top coat and proceeded to apply about 3 more layers successively. A few hours later (as expected) the top coat completely cracked. I went back the next day to have them fixed. Another lady there couldn't believe it and was very kind to fix it right away, but sure enough a few days later it started cracking again. Today, one week later, two of my nails have completely cracked off. I've never had this happen at my regular salon. I hope they can fix whatever the issue is with their application process. read more

No proper hygiene practices. A single buffing tool for the entire salon after asking for a new one. I went in two weeks ago and wanted a regular pedicure with buff for my toenails. They sat me down and everything was perfectly fine, the young lady soaked my feet, clipped my toes and filed them. After all that, THEN she looked at what service I was going to get and informed me they were out of the buffing tool. She convinced me to get the clear polish, which I never do but I reluctantly went with it. In doing so she informed me that when I come back they would remove the clear and do the buffing for free. I arive 3 weeks later and after explaining to three different people that I am back to get this taken care of, I sit and they again begin to start the process without ensuring they have what they need first. HERE IS WHERE I CAUTION YOU: They went searching for a buffing tool and find one.. it was already open and used prior. I asked for a new one, as you always should... They explain they didn't have any others. I confirmed for clarity, "You're telling me you have one buffing tool for this entire salon?" They Replied "Yes." Will not be going back. Customer for 2 years and every time I go in it just get worse. Went in on Friday for powder dip and pedicure. Picked my color and was told they had nails polish color to match my for my toes. Ha ha not even close and I even mentioned that before they started I did not think it would match. They said it's fine and would not look for a different color. Ps I normally do not speak up but it was very clear it would not match. Then when they where almost done with my nails putting clear coat on I noticed some glitter had fall off the nail tech shirt on to my nail I pointed it out and she said oh well and put the clear coat on. Did not try to fix or anything. I paid over 100 bucks for mismatched nails and glitter pieces on my thumb. They made no effort to fix it or anything won't go back looking for a new salon read more

Some of the nail techs do not understand English, but some are easy to talk to. I had THE BEST Nexgen manicure there in 5 years since moving to the area. I highly recommend you try them. I had an excellent gel mani by Lily and an amazing pedi (and foot massage!) by David this week. The staff is friendly - everything was organized and all clients were quickly helped. I just got my nail color changed from there... really disappointed.... the guy who did my nails got up and went about 5-6 times in between doing my nails and every time he came back he forgot what nail he was on... i did not want my nails short he filed first nail perfect and I said this is hoe I wanted and when he said ent and come back he started on other hand and filed all so short so now I had one hand with the size I wanted and other with short nails so I had no other option but to ask him to match the size ( that was shorter then what I wanted) he did mail paint that is so uneven that looks like I did it myself.... the corners of the nails are not filed right and he did not even did any nail paint on the ends that is making nail color look so ugly and it's starting to come out already as it wasn't sealed from the ends.... so dis...
