Although I texted in English, I was greeted in Mandarin--as a Chinese-American, this made the whole encounter feel like I was being reprimanded in Chinese school or something. Dip removal and extension application was done systematically and skillfully. This design must have been difficult and too frustrating, because I was given excuses--I was told it was winter style and not fitting for a summer wedding. Absolutely shocking since everyone else treats brides nicely. I was also told this was completely out of style and that I should download xiaohongshu for more recent Chinese styles. (My parents worked way too hard to leave China, and I'm definitely not about to download xiaohongshu.) I stated that I don't like recent Chinese styles, and this was the style I wanted for my floral-themed wedding. Only then was I told this design was too difficult and we were running short on time, but I asked them to try their best anyway. Sometimes speaking Mandarin helps to build rapport, but on the other hand, I don't think I would have had such an awkward exchange if we had only spoken in English. Although it was allegedly out of style in China and although it doesn't look like the inspo photo, I like how it turned out. I received many compliments for my wedding as well. I might go back for another special occasion, but next time I might try someone else.

I'll be honest .. It was my first and I think the last visit here .. The lady who did my nails was so nice and not very young so I gave her the respect she deserve , But first , she was with a long natural nails and it was painful! Each time she was holding one of my toe fingers she was holding it with her nails and I felt so uncomfortable with it ! So please make sure your employees keeping being hygienic with a nice short trimmed nails. Second of all, she was about the take off my dead skin with this hard sponge r that removes all the dead skin from the heal but it was used! So disgusting!! Of corse I didn't let her touch my feet with this thing but just the way it was looked like there is no chance they replaced it in the last couple of weeks . They should give their employees a smaller ones and trash it after each client ! It's a cross contamination!! Hope this review will make them start working with a one time sponges , is was really dirty and gross. Overall, the last did my pedicure nice (I asked to not remove the dead skin because of the used sponge) and the nails polish looked pretty this why I gave this salon 3 stars , but not recommended from my experience. I called around 5:00 PM to ask about walk-in availability and was told to come in at 6:00 PM for a dip manicure and gel pedicure. Although I waited about 40 minutes before my services began--which I understood given the short notice--the experience went downhill from there. The pedicure was fine; I opted for the upgraded Signature pedicure and had no issues. Unfortunately, the manicure was extremely disappointing (see photos). The technician rushed through the service, cutting my fingers multiple times with their tools. My fingers bled during and after the manicure, and the pain persisted afterward. It was very clear the salon was closing at 7:00 PM, as the staff seemed eager to finish quickly. At one point, two technicians were working on my hands simultaneously, which only added to the rushed and careless outcome. The nails are uneven, crooked, poorly shaped, and noticeably different lengths. Because my cuticles and fingers are so sore, I'm unable to have them corrected elsewhere. I was especially disappointed given that I paid over $130 for both services. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable for the price and level of care expected.
