Recommended to come here by a friend for my bridal nails. I made an appointment online and sent a text with my inspo design. Because I also had to remove dip and apply extensions, we started half an hour earlier so there would be enough time. Although I texted in English, I was greeted in Mandarin--as a Chinese-American, this made the whole encounter feel like I was being reprimanded in Chinese school or something. Dip removal and extension application was done systematically and skillfully. This design must have been difficult and too frustrating, because I was given excuses--I was told it was winter style and not fitting for a summer wedding. Absolutely shocking since everyone else treats brides nicely. I was also told this was completely out of style and that I should download xiaohongshu for more recent Chinese styles. (My parents worked way too hard to leave China, and I'm definitely not about to download xiaohongshu.) I stated that I don't like recent Chinese styles, and this was the style I wanted for my floral-themed wedding. Only then was I told this design was too difficult and we were running short on time, but I asked them to try their best anyway. Sometimes speaking Mandarin helps to build rapport, but on the other hand, I don't think I would have had such an awkward exchange if we had only spoken in English. Although it was allegedly out of style in China and although it doesn't look like the inspo photo, I like how it turned out. I received many compliments for my wedding as well. I might go back for another special occasion, but next time I might try someone else. read more

overall they were very nice... they upgraded me to some fast drying meal thing that was supposed to last two weeks like gel. It started peeling the next day and by the third day it was to the point I had to take it off. And it had an up charge. It took over two hours to get a Mani Pedi and they were not busy. They just did not have the staff to accommodate and it was a low traffic time. The nail technician was super sweet, but I'm not sure how experienced they were . I had these absolutely darling 3D strawberry/cherry nails done by Lin for my birthday and her attention to detail went above my expectations. My nails look EXACTLY like the photo I had brought in and her techniques to layer each nail to make it look perfect were just amazing. I have been coming to this salon for the past 4 or so years and each time I visit Lin, she does a SUPERB job! I like nail art and often save posts I see on IG, which I then show to Lin and she nails the designs every single time. Lin is a talented nail tech (an artist actually) and is kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. She will help you choose the right color combos and will let you know what looks good and what doesn't. Ok, so I had been this nail salon twice only and in every Christmas time because I am not really a "nail" person. My nails are very small and short, so it takes time, patience and skills to do it. #SheNails is awesome! Even though it takes me 50 driving to Plano but it is super worth it!!!! If you want to do some special nail design, here is definitely GREAT place to go. Not just simple manicure. I show them the picture that I want and they can do the exactly same for me. Sooooo..... I attempted a second time to patronize this place (NOT today) but this time I brought my boyfriend for a pedicure. Time we walked in we were greeted with.."we're booked for the day"! There were only TWO people getting service. This was the second time I was greeted this way and the second time I walked in and there were no more than 2 people present. I am sad to write this review because I really wanted to love She Nail. I went for the first time on June 1 and got a hard gel manicure with no extensions. Within days, the edges of the nail polish started to lift and chip. I ended up removing the nails after 9 days because they were so cracked and chipped towards the outer end of the nails. I was super bummed, because I expected the manicure to last a regular 3 to 4 weeks like any hard gel manicure. I blamed this on a faulty color and returned again on June 19 for another manicure. This time I chose a completely different color from a different but still the nail polish was lifting from my nail within a few days. Both times I got my manicure, I was with the artist Xinxin. I am not sure if it's her technique or what, but I'm super disappointed in the quality of my hard gel manicure. I am used to going to a Russian nail tech for hard gel nails, but their work is $80 or above so I decided to give this place a try. But now I know that I should've stayed loyal! Today is exactly 1 week after my manicure and I had to remove the nails today due to unsightly and excessive lifting and chipping of the polish. On top of this, I contacted the owner of the salon in a good faith effort to ask why this happened twice and if there is any solution, but I never heard back. I wish I didn't have to say this but I am so unsatisfied with this salon. I will say the nails looked beautiful for 3-4 days after leaving the salon but that's far too short of a lifetime read more

I'm an addict of japanese/korean nail styles and yet found this place through a friend. I was hesitated because by the time I visited, they didn't really have a business sign but from an old nail salon. I still came in because I drove an hour so.. why not. After the service I must say I was overthinking because I LOVE IT! Cynthia was my tech and she was amazingg. She was so patient with me - a very indecisive person lol. She pulled up so many nail designs on her ipad and let me choose, I took almost an hour to choose while she was removing my nail (cuz too many cute designs ^^) We ended up mix and match the designs because myself wanted everything haha. My usual home-based nail artist took maternity leave, so I was scrambling to find a place that provided Japanese gel nails. Luckily, I found She Nail! I am so impressed with attention to detail and cleanliness of this salon. The nail art I requested looks almost exactly like the reference photo. I'd definitely recommend if you like this style of nail! Personally, I prefer it since it is less harsh than usual nail enhancements and looks more thin/natural. Just to note, you have to text the salon number to request an appointment and pay a deposit (make sure you find the most recently updated number). As of right now, they only have one appointment at a time and you must wear a mask. I also was a little confused on arrival since the store name on the building was different, but it's pretty clear which store it is since there's only one salon in the little strip mall.
