Avoid this salon. I confirmed before booking that my gift card would be accepted. After my appointment, I was told they wouldn't honor it. If you're no longer accepting a gift card program, update your listings and train your staff accordingly. What made the experience even worse was the manager's response. When I said I would be sharing my experience on social media, he became rude and unprofessional instead of attempting to resolve the issue. Came in because I had an important meeting I needed to look good for. I had previously been growing my hair for a year and had shoulder length. I asked to get cleaned up around the neck and trim the ends. I brought a selfie of myself to show what I was going for. They are completely incompetent with curly hair, started cutting way too much without understanding the basic mechanics of how curly hair works. I stopped the stylist 3 different times when I saw she was going to far, and ultimately had to bail the haircut. I expressed my displeasure, and they set up a "recovery appointment" for the next morning. When I arrive, it's the exact same problem of giving me another stylist who doesn't know curly hair. They then told me I'd have to come back a third time. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone, truly terrible. I've had better hair cuts from bargain chains read more

BERNADETTE is an awful person. Don't ever go to her for service. She has ZERO Customer Service Skills; she made me feel awful the whole time I was sitting in her chair. I once again got a great cut by Bernadette! I was a little disappointed that she wasn't the one washing my hair because she gives an amazing scalp massage. She had an apprentice that was working with her. She was friendly and still did a good job with washing my hair and giving some curl hair product advice. I had selected Bernadette, so I was expecting her to do all the steps. But I love my new haircut! My hair is soft and shiny too! read more

I see Jaclyn and get a cut and a few highlights (very minimal color). I've been going to her for over a year now and I absolutely adore her, the salon and the service she provides. She makes me feel so comfortable and always makes sure that I leave loving my hair. I've never had color in my hair until she put in a few highlights (mainly to camouflage some of my grays) about a year ago. I get a trim up about every 3 months and color every 9ish months.
