I will never go back. Im not normally a negative review person but I am wildly unsatisfied with my experience here. My mom goes here and goes to the nail tech Nina every time and her nails turn out great. I wanted to give the salon a shot so I called and made an appointment with Nina. Unfortunately I never got to experience her services. I walk in and was asked "how can I help you" by one of the workers, not the owner. I responded with "I have an appointment with Nina" I was told to go pick a color so that's what I did. The owner told me to sit while he worked on removing my previous nail set. I assumed Nina would do my application process so I didn't question this part. After removing my set this other nail tech comes, not Nina. I didn't know what Nina looked like since it was my first time there so for my whole appointment I thought Nina was working on my nails. The nail tech working on me seemed very rushed and didn't do a great job, see in photo, (I didn't get navy glitter, that is dust and powder on my nails and sealed with top coat) When I went to pay I asked the owner "Who did my nails" and he responded with said nail techs name. I asked "was Nina not available?" which he replied with "no she was available." I responded saying "oh I made an appointment with her and told someone I was here to see her" He then said "oh you didn't tell me" I didn't think I needed to. When asked "how can I help you" and the customer replies with they have an appointment, you tell the nail tech your appointment is here. I shouldn't have to tell multiple people. This place is so far away from work and home but I would gladly come here just to get my nails done again! I was invited to come to this nail bar for my friends pre wedding mani-pedi. My friend and I got French tips with gel pedi. When I say my hands and feet look amazing, it's an understatement. My nail techs were so kind, gentle and professional. They talked to me the whole time which I really appreciated. Because I got gel nail polish, nail extensions on my finger nails and nexgen for the pink and white it cost me $110. Not only that I did get a very nice massage along with my treatments. Overall you will not be disappointed! Book your appointment quickly! One thing about parking is it can be challenging. The nail bar is in a small shopping plaza however there aren't a lot of parking spots. This is where you go when you want to gamble on your nails, drink and hope you're drunk enough to not notice your nails aren't what you asked for. I stopped coming to this salon because every other time I went, the nail tech I got has an attitude problem, talks shit (because they don't know I understand them), and charges extra for filing a certain shape even if it's not that shape i.e. "coffin" so be wary of that. Nexgen is $30 and they get you in and out in about an hour unless they mess up, charge you extra, and you're sober enough to catch it. Decided to come try it out again because they do have a large selection of dipping powder (except the book doesn't necessary match what you get), Steve is cool, they do have a nice complimentary bar/drink selection, and it happens to fit my schedule and location. BUT again, my nails were not even close to the color I chose in the book, asked them to fix it, my nail tech talked shit the entire time because I wasn't happy, she cut me, charged me for "coffin" but my nails are not coffin, and the appointment took over 2 hours. My boyfriend's Mom took me here for my first nail appointment since moving from Houston a month ago. We had a 10am appointment and we were seen immediately. I could tell they weren't done setting up for the morning, but that's okay as we arrived just as they were opening. She had Kim and I had Nina. Although not the type of atmosphere I am used to, it was an alright type of place. There was nothing special about the atmosphere, and they had a lot of pedicure chairs. I noticed that there were clear plastic curtains around each chair and on the manicure tables there were partitions and well spaced from one another. The music was too loud, and it got really busy inside. I got a full dip set with coffin shaped tips. I am overall satisfied with the amount of dip colors they had to choose from, and I am satisfied with the work Nina put in. They're just so sparkly and pretty! I came here on a weekend morning and had a great experience!!!! I had Crystal who was super friendly and detailed with my nails. The whole process for Nexgen nails + extensions took about an hour (not bad!) and didn't feel rushed at all. They have a lot of color options and I took forever deciding but she was super patient with me. I ended up choosing 089 and and loved it! My only (minor) complaint was that she was a little rough with the filing at times. Even so, I love the nails and they have held up really well so far. I went pretty much as soon as the place opened in the morning and the salon filled up pretty quickly. I didn't have to wait at all-- I was greeted as soon as I got in. The salon is also pretty clean and comfortable overall. 10/10 recommend! read more

Not sure if it was just my technician, but these are some of the ugliest nails I've ever had on my fingers. I did Nextgen with tips, and the entire process took maybe 30 minutes. the lady buffed my nails so fast and harshly that it hurt. When she glued the tip on some of them were crooked and she didn't manage to fix them. She forgot that I wanted a different color for my ring finger. She laid on the powder pretty thick, and left them that way instead of buffing them down a little. She didn't clean up under my nails, so I can see how thick it was, and there was still glue residue left over. It seemed like she just wanted to get me out there quickly. They also only lasted for about 7 days before starting to fall off, which honestly wasn't too bad of a thing since they were so terrible. Should have taken a picture though. Would have given 1 star, but the owner was nice. Still, probably never coming back to this place. read more
