One was for fills and her daughter acrylic with tips. There was no 10 percent discount anymore. There was an extra fee for every little thing. Why a fee for filing nails one way? They have to be filed. A fee was added for different color nails. These fees were not disclosed before, just when the bill was handed to her. In addition, the person who did their nails went outside checking the weather, was on her phone constantly, totally rude service. I felt so bad taking them for this expensive venture. They came to stay with me because their electricity from storms in Tulsa was out at home and the hair salon where she works. It was severe sticker shock to say the least. I will never go back because I called the owner to speak about this and she truly couldn't care less.
