Unfortunately, May gouged my finger while trimming a cuticle, drawing blood (see photo). She did not tend to it & shortly after left without a word to work with another client. Because my nails still had a lot of gel residue, Belle finished up my mani, applying a medical cream to the wounded finger. Total to remove gel on all nails and basic mani/pedi (buff shine on fingers, regular polish on toes) was $75. It's good pricing and seems on a par with other salons, if not less expensive. I didn't think to request a discount for the damage to my cuticle, and it wasn't offered. A mixed experience overall.

We waxed your chin so bad you left in pain, we're bleeding which we saw, and then we added Vaseline to try and help with healing, let's refund you. But yall are terrible. I bled and my chin was waxed in such a rush barely waiting 3 seconds between another application and rip off that it burned for 2 days. I asked if they had appointments and instead of saying they have one in 30 minutes they said I can come in now and get it done now. 2 people left because their services were half done and paused, and they rushed me leaving hair and then blaming needing to rush on why my chin was now raw. I want a full refund for this service and will contact the business. I now have scars on my chin and bumps. Terrible experience.
