I finally said I was done before the timer stopped. When you pay $200 for nails & toes, and extra for massages, you should get what you asked for. Because my nails still had a lot of gel residue, Belle finished up my mani, applying a medical cream to the wounded finger. Total to remove gel on all nails and basic mani/pedi (buff shine on fingers, regular polish on toes) was $75. It's good pricing and seems on a par with other salons, if not less expensive. I didn't think to request a discount for the damage to my cuticle, and it wasn't offered. A mixed experience overall.
