After Sadaf examined my naturally short eyelashes, she told me that I wasn't going to be happy with the results and to not waste my money. She suggested to use a lash serum for a month and return to her. Sooo happy I didn't spend the money on a lash lift that wasn't going to truly curl or lift my lashes!! The brow wax and meticulous tweezing was painless and she shaped my brows naturally. The brow lamination took 10 min and I was told not to wet them for 24 hours. The woman there greeted me and immediately began working on my brows. About 12 minutes into the appointment, I received a call from The Lash Lounge and realized I was at the wrong place. I answered and explained the honest mix-up. I even offered to reschedule and apply the $34 fee to a future appointment. I was polite and very apologetic, fully aware that their brow tech was left waiting. Unfortunately, I was met with zero empathy and told I'd be charged the full amount, no exceptions. Brow Threading told me this kind of confusion has happened before. If that's the case, maybe a little flexibility would go a long way--especially for new clients. Bottom line: mistakes happen. But how a business handles them says everything. The Lash Lounge chose to charge me for a service I didn't receive instead of offering any kind of understanding. I won't be going back. If you're in the area, I highly recommend Brow Threading Beauty Salon instead--16+ years of experience and truly kind service.
