How does this spa expect customers to pay a cancellation fee, then reschedule, and still want to go back for service? This is a terrible business practice, especially in Dallas where there are so many other spa options. It's unfortunate that they think they can run a service business with such unfriendly policies. I would not be returning and have found more customer friendly environment. I found a better spa on Preston Rd and they definitely allow RESCHEDULES FOC within 24hrs.
