Quynh is one of the best lash artists in Plano. She does beautiful work and uses quality products. Love the fact that she not only uses a sealer, but also oil resistant glue so that you do not have to wait 24 hours to get the lashes wet. My lashes remained healthy and the extensions were beautiful and natural. The only downside, and the 1-star deduction, is the difficulty in getting an appointment with Quynh. There has been times that I needed an appointment within the next day or so, and unfortunately, there is not much flexibility. However, I am asked many times to be flexible to postpone or change my set appointments. Really wished that the ease of getting an appointment is as stressful as the lashes themselves. read more

I recently moved here from out of state and contacted Quyhn based upon her amazing reviews. She was able to get me in promptly and made the scheduling process very easy. When I arrived at my appointment she thoroughly assessed my lashes and did something I expect most lash artists would not do. She was honest with me. She told me that my lashes really needed a break from extensions and that if I could give them some time to grow out they would be much better off. She took some photos and spent quite a lot of time showing me what she was talking about and educating me on what was necessary to make my lashes healthy again. I was truly impressed. She could have easily just glued some more lashes on me covering the gaps from previous lash work I had done elsewhere but she knew that was not in my best interests long term. Instead she told me the truth (which I truly needed to hear), educated me and didn't even charge me for her time or advice. I gratefully took her advice and am giving my lashes time to regrow and get healthy again. She assessed my eyelashes and let me know I didn't need the tinting so we just did the lift and honestly... my only regret was not taking a before and after picture. They looked AMAZING! I'm so happy I decided to have Quynh help me with my lashes. I had WONKY eyelashes from a lash lift gone wrong at another place. One eye's lashes were over curled, the other hung straight down. Everything was great and Quynh was very informative about the process and how long to expect the results to last. I have long lashes that are a lighter color, so the tint and lift really made them pop! I applied one coat of mascara (carefully but made a mess since my lashes are so long and curled) instead of curling/priming/applying mascara. Aside from the learning curve, I definitely saved time in my routine this morning.
