I went to this place as a first time guest and I was constantly asked if I was sure with what I was asking for. The lady didn't want to do what I ask so she sent a man over to get me the price and he then added that it was too much and I didn't want to spend that much. As if he know what was in my pocket. Granted it was an hour and ten minutes from their closing time. Instead of telling me what could be done with the time restraints they figured they would discourage me with the price. Tammy and Kim were me and my grandmas nails tech. We had come in for a pedicure and they both treated us with care and respect with every request we asked for. My grandma especially really enjoyed having Tammy, she was gentle, kind, and patient with my grandmothers feet. I would recommend her for anyone with a special needs for their feet/toes. read more

I originally left a review explaining that I am not a difficult customer at all, that I specifically mentioned I have sensitive nails and did not want my natural nails damaged, and that the builder gel removal process was extremely painful. I explained that my skin had become raw, my fingers were swollen afterward, and that I was genuinely worried about infection. What made this experience even worse was the response I received afterward. The salon replied claiming that the technician repeatedly asked me if I was okay during the process, which is simply not true. Hearing that after already dealing with pain and damage is honestly incredibly upsetting. It is a horrible feeling to already be injured and then feel like your experience is being dismissed or rewritten. The truth is that the pain and damage became even more severe over the following days. I later showed my nails to my regular experienced nail technician, and she immediately told me that my natural nails had been over-filed, thinned out, and damaged. I clearly stated beforehand that my nails are sensitive. Because of that, I truly do not think someone inexperienced should have been assigned to perform such an aggressive removal service. One person asked for French tip and it was painted halfway up her nail - so the tech redid them and they looked like a grade schooler did it. My own nails didn't last more than two weeks. I've been going here for the past five years and they would always do my nails perfectly. Recently they got new management and my nails have been looking terrible and chunky. Also they had a great point system and they got rid of it. I still get text messages about getting 20% off if I spent $55 and when I asked the front lady can I use it she says no and that they don't have a point system anymore so basically they're lying to reel you in. I've been going here since they opened 8 yrs ago. On Feb 7, 2026, I got a pedicure...and then checkout happened... I got a French pedicure. The menu clearly says it's $5 extra. I was charged $8. I politely asked about it, pointed at the menu, and the girl at the front hit me with "it changed in the system" and absolutely would not budge. No "sorry," no attempt to honor what's posted, nothing. The way she dug in made it feel like this is exactly what she's been trained to do, up charge their customers even if the menu in your face says otherwise, and based on the last few reviews, it's confirmed. Heads up / WARNING: Make sure you confirm what you are being charged for before you run your credit card. If you don't catch it, you'll pay more than the posted pricing, and they won't fix it even when you point it out. I actually didn't post immediately because I called to talk to the manager first. What reminded me was driving by on a Thursday (Valentine's weekend) around 6 PM (they close at 7) and seeing the place basically empty, no cars out front. For a nail salon at that time? Yikes. I've been going here for almost three years and had great experiences. I recommend this business to many people yet I'm disappointed in the last six months in their quality. It's severely declined whether it be cutting my skin while filing, discoloration after only a few days, listening to requests and following through, or today when I had nail polish smeared all over my foot only to barely be cleaned up and sent on my way not realizing the top coat had been messed up so I now have matte nail polish. I've never left a bad review for any business before but I feel I need to. I've given them 6 months worth of second chances and that's finished. That's not how freedom of speech works in America. I showed the nail tech a picture and she said no problem, then commenced to doing my nails all wrong. The atmosphere and environment were great and the owner was very nice! However the nail tech I had was a bit unprofessional.... The service was definitely rushed and sloppy. I asked for a nail removal, and a short full set of acrylics with all white, and at checkout I was charged for the smallest things (for example my cuticles being cut, she also ended up making me bleed pretty bad and still had a lot of excess cuticles) The final price of these were 90$, I had to ask the owner to file the sides of my nails because there was polish all over the skin of my nails which I think only made it worse but it was nice of her to try. She also explained that with what I wanted I should've tried the dip powder instead and proceeded to give me a 10$ off coupon.. The nail tech I had was also racist towards black people, she stated that she didn't want her children to date black people, which is her personal preference... fine... but I, as a client don't need to hear that lol. I'm not sure about the other workers there but I'm now seeing a few other reviews about racism at this establishment. read more
