A lovely aroma was in the air from candles, the space was dimmly lit to procure a relaxing environment. Isabella warmly greet me like a longtime friend I hadn't seen in years! She was informed of who I was and why I was there! She was prepared! As we made our way to the back space, she explained the lash lift procedure and even gave her expert recommendation on a personalized look for me! I had no idea there was a range of ways to tackle a lash lift and I've had this done plenty of times before and no one ever asked! Isabella walked me through what to expect but to be honest, her instructions provided upon booking gave me that insight so even ahead of your appointment you are aware of what to expect as well as provided aftercare instructions! I love this as sometimes people verbally provide and I just forget immediately lol! At a beauty care spot, I always look for clean! Isabella's space was immaculate. I appreciate that the space was ready for me upon arrival! My lash lift and tint are the BEST I've ever had done. I am now 4 days post appointment and followed the aftercare instructions; they still look amazing! Booking is incredibly easy and I love how you can receive the paperwork ahead of the appointment so you don't have to complete there. I came in for highlights and left with significant hair breakage and a salon that refused to take…read moreaccountability. My biggest concern wasn't that the highlights weren't what I asked for. It was the processing. While half of my head was sitting in bleach, Maria stopped my service to wash, blow dry, style, and check out another client before returning to finish my hair. As a result, one side of my hair was exposed to bleach substantially longer than the other. I initially noticed breakage while my hair was being brushed and blow-dried at the salon. After washing my hair at home twice, the damage became even more obvious, with the bleached sections continuing to break off. I contacted Celia after seeing the extent of the damage. Rather than investigating my concerns, I was repeatedly told my hair was only in bleach for 30 minutes. I asked her to review the salon's camera footage to verify the timeline, but she refused and continued insisting my hair was fine despite the ongoing breakage and photographs I provided. I was offered a treatment even though management already knew I live out of state. When I requested a refund instead, I was given multiple conflicting reasons why one could not be issued, including being told that "the bank does not allow refunds." The damage to my hair is upsetting, but the complete lack of accountability, refusal to investigate, and dismissal of my concerns were even worse. If something goes wrong with your service, don't expect management to take your concerns seriously.
