The Major Issues: Safety & Injury: My pedicurist used a hard pumice stone on the soft skin behind my heel with extreme force. Because of a significant language barrier, I couldn't get her to stop until the damage was done. My heels were left with bleeding abrasions. She applied a brown powder to stop the bleeding, but the wounds are significant and I am concerned about permanent scarring. Lack of Communication: It was nearly impossible to communicate preferences or pain levels. When I pointed out an area that needed cleaning, I was told it "wasn't covered," followed by the aggressive scrubbing that caused my injuries. Subpar Quality: Once we got home, the extent of the poor workmanship became clear. My wife's polish was uneven and poorly applied. My daughter's manicure was lopsided, with one hand's nails significantly longer than the other. Final Verdict: Do not let the 4.9-star rating fool you. This was not just a "bad paint job"--it was a painful, unprofessional experience that left me wounded. Please look elsewhere for your nail services. During my visit, the technician doing my nails was extremely rough with my hands, constantly yanking and pulling them around while working. It made the appointment uncomfortable instead of relaxing, which is the whole point of going to a nail salon. The one positive was the pedicure -- the technician who did that did a great job and the massage portion was excellent. Not long after my appointment, two of my nails broke. When I returned to have them fixed, I was told that because it had been more than seven days since my visit, they would charge $10 to repair them. When nails break that quickly after being done, I would expect a salon to stand behind their work rather than immediately charge the customer again. There are a lot of nail salons in the Frisco area, and unfortunately this one did not deliver the level of service you would expect for the prices they charge. The space is nice, but the customer service and value simply aren't there.
