Up until a few years ago, I did not realize that people without actual medical training are allowed to inject you with botulinumtoxin and other aesthetics. That's kinda scary if you think about it. I had called another place at the lake that was very evasive about who did their injections and whether there is any medical supervision on premises at all times, which is really sketchy and gave me red flags. I called c3 to ask if their injectors are medical professionals, and the woman who answered the phone happened to be one of their nurse injectors (can't remember her name now, sorry!) She was very friendly and understood my concerns and answered me openly and truthfully about their services and which people do certain procedures. She and Christal are both RNs with medical office experience and have been to master injector classes and do continuing ed for botulinum and fillers. Christal ended up doing my Botox a few days later. She's very friendly and was open about letting me see her fill the syringes. While she did the procedure, we had a short chat about some of the sketchy things people will do to cut corners and make profits at the expense of their clients. That's not happening at c3! I will be back when it's time for a touch up and am happy to find a reputable, honest med spa out here at the lake instead of having to drive all the way to the metroplex.

I was so kindly greeted and checked in by Courtney at the front desk. She was able to answer all of my questions; while waiting to be called back. Which didn't take long at all. I was then greeted and taken back by Martin, (MA) to finish the in taking process; before seeing the physician. He was very kind, very easy to talk with and was able to answer all of my questions. I then met with April Morris (NP); who was very kind, concerned and knowledgeable. The entire experience was an awesome one for me from the beginning to the end. It was also confirmation for me that I had found the right primary care group to take care of medical needs. I had very high expectations for this place…read moreespecially with Lindsey because I was hoping to find a good place I could trust long-term for skincare and anti-aging treatments. To start cautiously, I decided to try Botox injections first. My first Botox treatment was decent, which gave me the confidence to return. Unfortunately, my later experiences were very disappointing. After my second Botox treatment, my eyes were swollen for over a month. I also had tear trough filler done here by Lindsey, and the result was extremely disappointing. Before the procedure, she mentioned that she frequently performs tear trough filler and is very experienced with it, which is why I chose to trust her. My original concern was under-eye hollowness, but after the treatment, my left under-eye looked worse than before. In addition to the hollow area, a very noticeable crease/line developed after the treatment. When I asked her to correct it, I was told the result looked "great," which was both frustrating and misleading. Only after multiple requests did she agree to dissolve a small amount, and the crease slightly improved. suggesting the issue was related to the filler placement. Given this improvement, I felt further dissolving was necessary, but she refused to continue treatment and continued to insist that everything looked fine and ultimately told me they would no longer see me as a patient. I find this extremely unprofessional. The problem was caused by the procedure, yet no proper solution was offered and no refund was provided. If you are unable to correct your own work, the least you can do is take responsibility. Based on my experience, this place appears to prioritize completing services over ensuring satisfactory outcomes.I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Pricing is average its not cheap nor expensive. Customer service is good until you complain about their service. Going into complaining about injection that I got. I normally get my botox on my masseter every 6-7months so i know how it works and where the injector normally targets. I want to get into how the injector was performing my masseter botox. I dont remember her name but when we got into the procedure room her fingers had some kind of sticky residue but i just waited for her to wash her hands and she didnt. Still didnt say anything there. As we was marking my jaws for the injection it was normal routine but when she was about to do the injection she didnt ask me to bite down so i said, "Arn't you going to ask me to bite down to locate the muscle?" She said, " Yes, can you bite.". At this point, i was kind of skeptical but i just let it happen (completely my mistake to let it happen. I should have just gotten up and left) still at this point I am not aware that the injection is done on the wrong muscle. I came home and a 6 days later my husband told me my lip line is different when i smile. I said why would it be different i just got my jaw botox like i normally do. He said i smile only with one side (creepy). I looked at the mirror and like he said i was only able to move one side of my lip. Realized she probably did the injection on the wrong muscle. I immediately contacted the office and at first they (Natalie) said they would look into it (that was march 17) i sent a picture and told them what was going on. No response was given to me after the pictures were sent. I messaged them again 2 weeks later asking for an update and Nate messaged me back saying they are not responsible/liable and allergan also denied liability. That was his response and would need to get it reviewed with the injector and himself present in the same room. I said why would i want to get it reviewed by the same injector when that injector made the mistake from the start? No resolution at this point other than the clinic of course denying responsibility. I hope everyone does their research before going to any office especially to get anything injected on them. I personally would highly not recommend going to this office.

Headache gone, was able to eat, stopped , it was amazing. I feel like I got my moneys worth. Everyone was super nice and made me feel welcomed and comfortable. The energy in the room was very peaceful and the chairs are so comfy, I'm buying one for my house lol. Lauren was so sweet and funny, she really helped me not feel like I was about to die. I was also kinda using this as a trial to see if I wanted to regularly do iv therapy and I am 100% doing it now.
