I wish i could give no stars but thats not an option. In the beginning, the office seemed very timely and confident about their service but in the end that was not the case. Pricing is average its not cheap nor expensive. Customer service is good until you complain about their service. Going into complaining about injection that I got. I normally get my botox on my masseter every 6-7months so i know how it works and where the injector normally targets. I want to get into how the injector was performing my masseter botox. I dont remember her name but when we got into the procedure room her fingers had some kind of sticky residue but i just waited for her to wash her hands and she didnt. Still didnt say anything there. As we was marking my jaws for the injection it was normal routine but when she was about to do the injection she didnt ask me to bite down so i said, "Arn't you going to ask me to bite down to locate the muscle?" She said, " Yes, can you bite.". At this point, i was kind of skeptical but i just let it happen (completely my mistake to let it happen. I should have just gotten up and left) still at this point I am not aware that the injection is done on the wrong muscle. I came home and a 6 days later my husband told me my lip line is different when i smile. I said why would it be different i just got my jaw botox like i normally do. He said i smile only with one side (creepy). I looked at the mirror and like he said i was only able to move one side of my lip. Realized she probably did the injection on the wrong muscle. I immediately contacted the office and at first they (Natalie) said they would look into it (that was march 17) i sent a picture and told them what was going on. No response was given to me after the pictures were sent. I messaged them again 2 weeks later asking for an update and Nate messaged me back saying they are not responsible/liable and allergan also denied liability. That was his response and would need to get it reviewed with the injector and himself present in the same room. I said why would i want to get it reviewed by the same injector when that injector made the mistake from the start? No resolution at this point other than the clinic of course denying responsibility. I hope everyone does their research before going to any office especially to get anything injected on them. I personally would highly not recommend going to this office. read more

I see the owner responded. But, I even sent an email prior to me coming. No one wore a mask. And the nurse barely had hers on in the room. Owner also having posts removed from local groups about poor service. Highly shady service. Will never go back or recommend. Go to McGuiness nearby. read more

Shame of you Nathan (Nat) Mayberry! I have a ton of items "banked" with Prosper Med Spa and now their doors are closed. You should at least do the right thing and refund me what I purchased and was never able to use! read more

I went in for the introductory hydrafacial and I was completely blown away!! I booked my appointment after following them on IG and was kind of nervous after reading the yelp reviews! I had the best experience! She was so nice and she listened to everything I said and asked me a lot of questions. Seemed genuinely interested in my skincare and learning how she should "create/customize" my treatment. I scheduled my next visit and I'm probably going to be a member soon . Nathan (Nat) Mayberry, the owner of Prosper Laser Med Spa, created a ponzi scheme called SpaLiveMD. He created a level 1 & 2 class on training for injectables then released us to go inject. When we would process our payments, Nat Mayberry would take the majority of our earnings leaving us with little to nothing to profit from or enough the purchase more product. When anyone would question him, he would block them to silence them. I have been blocked on all platforms for asking questions and expressing concern. He even deactivated my SpaLiveMD account so I couldn't practice even after spending thousands of dollars on training courses and even more on product. This is why I'm going to his other businesses to leave reviews to inform everyone how Nat Mayberry operates. Once other paying injectors, as well as his own staff, learned of his scheme, Nat Mayberry had to forfeit SpaLiveMD after burning many bridges. If I could give zero stars I would. I usually go to Collin County Cryo for Botox, but decided to give this place a go because it's closer to home and I will NEVER go back! Immediately after they finished injecting the Botox I noticed the sides of my face looked uneven and I was weary (because I get botox rather frequently), but they assured me it was just swelling and would go down. Woke up the next day and one of my eyelids was droopy and it stayed like for the next four months. Literally looked like I was winking at all times. I reached out to the owners and they were completely unprofessional and made no effort to rectify the issue. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! NOT WORTH IT! read more

The service here is nice but the equipment is subpar. They do not have up to date lasers or equipment. The employees are nice but are trained to sell monthly memberships. Unfortunately they do not have current or up to date equipment or lasers to be real players. I payed for a year membership and was asked to renew at 8 months. read more

This place is THE best!! I started getting laser hair removal done at a different business and it did not work. I found Prosper Laser Med Spa during COVID and won't look back. Natalie has been so welcoming and knowledgeable from day one and the staff really take care of you!
