I waited until around 5 days post facial to write this review…read more --First, I got very lucky with my timing b/c I asked for a facial literally right after she had a cancellation so I got in next day. But otherwise, expect to book 4-6 weeks out. --Follow her easy to understand email instructions to confirm your appointment by text, and also show up 10 mins early to appointment. That's not too much to ask. --I am 40 and have never had a facial before so I don't have anything to compare this to. --I was surprised by how fun this experience was. Really pleasant and entertaining conversation. I felt like I made a real friend. --Viktoria asks some prelim questions about products you use and medicines you take. You change into a towel robe and the facial begins. I arrived at 3:50 and walked out at 5:30. --The extractions weren't that bad but the whole time I kept thinking how blotchy and red my face was going to look. But guess what? It was not blotchy or red at all! No redness whatsoever. She must be magic. --She did steam, extractions, a mask, infrared light, some other electric thing, moisturizer, massaged my head and shoulders, it was all really nice. Cost with tip was less than $100. --It doesn't matter if you go in wearing makeup or not. --Don't plan any workouts post facial- nothing where you'll sweat afterwards. --I have had no breakouts, no peeling, no negative after effects from the facial. My skin looks great. Even my husband said I looked younger. --There was no pressure to come back at any given interval, but I will plan to go every 6 weeks or so. I already booked my return appointment. --I can't think of anything negative to say. Viktoria is really wonderful. The only possible downside I can think of is that due to location, you're not getting the nice spa atmosphere, but it would cost twice the amount at a fancy spa and you'd likely not get anyone as well trained and experienced as Viktoria, so I really recommend Viktoria for a high quality facial at reasonable price.

Not all Botox is the same...you must have a qualified injector that knows what they are doing...that person is Linda Z. The cutest modern spa with all the latest technology for procedures. I met the team for the first time and they are all the sweetest most welcoming group! Not an intimidating place that makes you feel uncomfortable. I get my Botox and fillers all from Linda. She is a master at knowing how to 'fine tune' and knows exactly where to inject to give you the best lasting results...and not look 'over done'! I hate having to write a bad review but I am writing this review because after 3K in lip filler…read moreservices, my lips do not reflect that. I'm consulting other injectors who agree with my assessment, and this is now going to cost me more. There is a word count- so I will need to try to be brief. *Jan 2025- I consulted on my wants with old lip filler pics and model inspo pics. I stated when I had fillers in the past, juvederm ultra/XC was what worked best on me. I did mention many years ago I had one event of mild migration due to overfilling by the injector who put 2.4mLs in my virgin lips. I had not migrated since then. I said my sweet spot on fillers is a total of 1.5mL but would need to go slow. The injector said essentially it would not be a problem and we would probably do two sessions. I was fine with that. The injector stated she wanted to use RHA since it was a new better product. I trusted her. she started injecting. I heard them ask for RHA 4 in the middle of my session after noting switching syringes. Afterwards, my lips looked a little huge, lumpy, but they did have some height/shape but not like my russian lips filled in the past. I was told it was just swelling and bleeding. At check out-- I was told she had injected 1.5mLs into my lips. I booked my follow up. *my follow up-i told her that I can feel bumps in my lips. She said as long as it is not visible outside, to not dissolve it. She said to wait a little longer for the filler to settle and come back.*I returned for part 2 where she said this would be the session to complete our first, since the shape did not settle as well as hoped. (my thought was that it was RHA2 that was used more of and the last little bit of RHA4 that was used is where it held the shape--per the research I did). Round 2, I find out she used RHA2 and RHA1. At check out I also found out she put another 1mL into my lips. (notice I am now at 2.5mLs in filler). These lips did not look good. they were flatter and wider. I started to migrate.*my follow I was put in a room and left for one full hour after my appointment time without anyone talking to me. An hour later she came in and we discussed everything. I said the issues and concerns with the lips and how much i spent and we needed a resolution. and they migrated. I am not happy after about $2K. She ended up putting the dissolver only around the periorbital area where I showed her some of the migration circles were formed, and asked if my lips were completely ruined. She said she couldn't lift my lips the second visit and had to put it deep in the muscle. Notice the pics in April isn't the shape I wanted at all. I asked why did you continue to use RHA2 then RHA1 on a second visit if that is thinner per my research? How is that going to lift? It's thinner too (migration concern) She said let's see how this settles and return.*I returned in June with a friend this time.The migration was still present, and lumpy. I discussed I am at over $2K now and paid for the dissolver, I am not happy. My friend was also shocked. we did discuss how great the injector was at facial balancing so I was still hopeful she could fix my lips. She said she could lift my cupid's bow next time, this visit she dissolved a few selected focal spots so she could try to fix my lips next visit. *I returned in July to finally have juvederm placed in my lips. The shape was improved a little bit with lift that day, but I still had lumps from the earlier migration noted on that visit. Again, 1mL placed and I was charged. *It is now July and my lips still has old migrations outside, and bumps inside. None of it was fully removed. My borders are not sharp, they are fat and weird projected. the height, and the shape isnt there. I have so many pictures, but overall, this is not acceptable. I am more than happy to discuss a refund or other means of resolution. You are still one of the most beautiful women I have ever met. :) And I know you are talented.
