As we made our way to the back space, she explained the lash lift procedure and even gave her expert recommendation on a personalized look for me! I had no idea there was a range of ways to tackle a lash lift and I've had this done plenty of times before and no one ever asked! Isabella walked me through what to expect but to be honest, her instructions provided upon booking gave me that insight so even ahead of your appointment you are aware of what to expect as well as provided aftercare instructions! I love this as sometimes people verbally provide and I just forget immediately lol! At a beauty care spot, I always look for clean! Isabella's space was immaculate. I appreciate that the space was ready for me upon arrival! My lash lift and tint are the BEST I've ever had done. I am now 4 days post appointment and followed the aftercare instructions; they still look amazing! Booking is incredibly easy and I love how you can receive the paperwork ahead of the appointment so you don't have to complete there. The main reason why I'm leaving this review is because I've never been to a location where I felt like the waxer was genuinely trying to hurt you. I got a Brazilian done with Jessie, the way she spread the wax felt like she was pulling the hairs slowly and painfully off my body. She applied so many strips one after the other on the same spots that it had a later effect of me having ingrown hairs all over and irritated skin. Not to mention I would think since she did so many takes over each spot that ALL of the hairs would be gone. To my disbelief hair is still there. Not to mention I am seeing growth just two weeks after my appointment. In my opinion it was a waste of my money since my previous waxer usually would do such a good job I wouldn't have to see her for 6 weeks at a time. Very disappointed and I will not be coming back. The front desk representative asked me what services I wanted and showed me a laminated menu that explained in detail the various manicure and pedicure services offered along with the price. After I made my selection, I was directed to the wall of nail polish bottles and asked to choose one for my fingers and toes. The colors were varied. I went with a shimmery light purple for both fingers and toes; although you could choose two different colors. The representative lead me back to my chair. On the way, we passed a fully stocked bar. He offered me a drink, but I declined. I had two technicians working on me at the same time - a lady did my fingernails while a man worked on my feet and toenails. While I appreciate the efficiency of this, it makes it harder to relax when you are being pulled and pushed around by two different people. The good news is that they were in sync for the massage part of the show. I was given the opportunity to pay in advance of the nail polish being applied so that I wouldn't mess up my polish. I gave her my card, but really, I should have waited longer after the service was done because I ended up messing up my nails when I reached in to get my keys. I guess if you have the new bluetooth key, this won't affect you at all. Since I tend to mess up my polish pretty quickly, I usually do a clear or nude polish. I should have done it this time too, but it was fun to try a color. They had lots of empty chairs, so I could have sat there for longer. Plus, the chair has a built in massage device which I could have continued to enjoy. Overall, this was a positive experience and I really appreciated the massage of my hands, arms, lower legs, and feet. My feet and hands were so much softer and felt silky upon leaving there. It's a bit of a drive for me, but I would do it again even if I didn't have another appointment to go to in the area.
