The business model of this company is garbage. I've never known another company on this planet to make it so incredibly difficult to get pricing and make an appointment. This leads me to believe that the location doesn't have set pricing they go by but arbitrary pricing they throw out to take advantage of the customer. I've been in the business for 15 years and I could never imagine making it so difficult for your customer. In addition, the website is incredibly misleading. You click on "services" to get their list of services and it starts by immediately asking what color your hair is, your name & email and phone number. It doesn't tell you WHY you're submitting your information. You assume you're creating yourself an account so you can see pricing and book an actual appointment for an in-person consult then and there. Until the next day when your phone starts blowing up at 8:00 AM from DEBRA. Who calls herself a "PATIENT SPECIALIST" and quite frankly is the rudest and has the worst customer care I've ever encountered. Year after year, I click on a Laser Away ad, and I cross my fingers that they have changed their process. Any other company you give your information to will allow you to book an appointment. They don't tell you that what you're doing is signing up to have 15 texts and phone calls the next morning to answer a bunch of questions that you've already answered on the site. It's BAIT & SWITCH. They don't ever text you pricing - they don't allow you to create an appointment without this phone call and quite frankly it is a complete disregard for the customers time. Customers NEED convenience. I already know I'm a great candidate for Laser with dark hair and light skin. I do not need to to through a grueling virtual consult first - I don't need the hassle or time wasted and I don't appreciate the lack of transparency when it comes to pricing on the services you offer. There should be a range listed in your website so it doesn't look like the company is trying to take advantage. In addition, you should never make it so difficult to do business with you. Debra then stated that I've "no-showed" 3x over the past 5 years and proceeded to reprimand me. I would NEVER no-show. Again, the website is lacking SO much transparency that you have NO idea that when you're clicking to simply get a service list and book an appointment, what you're actually doing is setting up your number to be spam called and texted over and over. I tried to explain this to Debra and instead of apologizing and booking me an in-person appointment and giving me some type of pricing (instead of making it easy) she proceeded to tell me to not go on their website anymore or contact them for pricing again. I think this business model is absolutely terrible and I wouldn't be surprised if the entire brand went under in another few years. You have to do better Laser Away. You have to make it transparent and simple for your clients to do business with you. Your ethics must come before anything else and if you are going to have "patient specialists" reach out to the patients who give their information on the website, you HAVE to make it clear on the website at the time they enter in their information that they will be called over and over and not given any information until they setup a virtual consult. You have to train staff like Debra better - she needs to accommodate the customer and win them over. Her response instead made me decide the entire brand really is just garbage once and for all. HIGHLY recommend ITS A SECRET MED SPA & SKIN SPIRIT instead of Laser Away for ALL things Laser Hair removal, laser facials, injectables etc. Their business model is efficient, simple, transparent and their customer service staff is top notch. Spend your money with a company who makes it easy and has staff trained to make sure the money you spend is appreciated. Not a company who baits you in, won't give you pricing and makes it impossible to get an in person appointment and who also sells your number to be spammed called on a Saturday morning. read more

I just went to the one on Preston Road. People are friendly. They did a good job with my Xeomin it's like Botox . Happy with the people there. I recommend it . They do many other things there. Look up their website. I will go back for more treatments. read more

i payed $600 to get my lips done. only uses half a syringe & no one told me it only lasted a month for my other half of syringe. they scheduled me on mother's day & when i couldn't make it, rather than letting me know it only lasts a month, they just let it go bad without saying ANYTHING. no emails, no voicemails, no acknowledgment of saying it only lasts 30 days. NO ONE TOLD ME!! so i basically lost $300 and this place is a scam. i spent thousands of dollars getting laser only for the hair to go back. this place is a pyramid scheme, do not get their services. read more

I've been going to LaserAway in Frisco for about 5-6 yrs and have pretty much bought almost every service they provide as well as their facial products. The staff is always knowledgeable and super friendly. Lauren the manager is fantastic and always knows exactly what services and products I use and let's me know when promotions are going on. DO NOT ! I repeat DO NOT sign up with laser away ! They will flirt their way into putting you on a contract and if for any reason hardship comes your way where you can no longer receive treatment they will threaten you to not dispute and they will force you to stay on the contract. I am without a job in the summer of 2025 and explained to them my situation all I got was constant hang up's on the phone especially with the frisco location and told that there is nothing I can do. If I would have known I would sign my life away just to treat my PCOS skin I would have just stuck with the illness. They sound sweet on the phone and on front desk but as soon as you need help or have issues with the contract and seek to remove it they come at you like raving dogs scaring you into remaining on the contract. I'm telling you this is not exaggeration do not sign up go somewhere else and make sure to read the terms because my agent who signed me up read so fast I didint even know what I was really signing myself for. also on top of that I see no results and it's been months !! This location was super clean. The staff was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. This was my first time doing hair laser removal with this company. I had gone to another place that could not compare. Tiffany, my nurse was amazing. She was able to answer all of my questions and knew what to do. She explained everything that she was doing which made me feel comfortable. The only thing I would say that needs a bit improvement was the scheduling. I had arrived early which is on me but they were running a bit behind. I came across LaserAway on a Snapchat ad. I inquired info a year ago, but didn't go through with it. Last week, I decided to finally give it a go. I've been dealing with some unwanted facial hair growth for a while and LaserAway is just 5 minutes from my apartment and the promotions caught my eye. I spoke to a representative who was very informative and patient with me. I hate that I can't remember her name, but she was so sweet and got me booked in no time. When I arrived at LaserAway, the front staff was very welcoming and got me checked in right away. When I made it back Amber was so sweet and answered all of my many questions. Went over side effects and what is to get expected by the end of my 10 sessions. The 1st session was great. I was in and out within 15-20 minutes. Laseraway gets 5 stars from me! My first time at this location and the staff was so helpful and friendly! Amber at the front desk took the time out to inform me of other options I could get done here and even took the time to calculate which plans and payments would work best with me, especially being a student and having loans from school. If you're like me and are sick of body hair and spending so much on waxing I encourage to just get laser, it will be cheaper in the long run and totally worth it! They even offered to email me about sales that would come up so I could get the best deal. Everyone was so sweet! They answer all your questions and are happy to do so. It works! As someone who would normally have to shave twice a day to stay completely hairless, I am now only having to shave once a week if even that sometimes. Totally worth it. The only downfall is trying to get in for an appointment. They are always booked so far out. If you can't make your appointment it's best to let them know sooner than later but sometimes things come up last minute. If you have to reschedule it's usually another 5-6 weeks out. I am enjoying my smooth bare skin though. I've been more confident than ever. read more

I originally called to inquire about underarms, but the sales person really talked up the service so I upgraded to a much more expensive package. The staff and even nurse to do my first service talked so highly about the hair removal, and gave all indications that my hair would be completely gone. They say you need to come in every 6 weeks for treatment, but if for any reason you have to reschedule it will put you out much further than that due to how busy they are. Although I had to reschedule a few times, I was assured the later treatment would not affect the outcome of my results. Completed all sessions of hair removal for underarms, legs and Brazilian. Minimal difference in hair on underarms and legs. No difference at all in Brazilian. I paid 3500 for services that did not do much for me. Absolutely frustrating.
