I waited until around 5 days post facial to write this review…read more --First, I got very lucky with my timing b/c I asked for a facial literally right after she had a cancellation so I got in next day. But otherwise, expect to book 4-6 weeks out. --Follow her easy to understand email instructions to confirm your appointment by text, and also show up 10 mins early to appointment. That's not too much to ask. --I am 40 and have never had a facial before so I don't have anything to compare this to. --I was surprised by how fun this experience was. Really pleasant and entertaining conversation. I felt like I made a real friend. --Viktoria asks some prelim questions about products you use and medicines you take. You change into a towel robe and the facial begins. I arrived at 3:50 and walked out at 5:30. --The extractions weren't that bad but the whole time I kept thinking how blotchy and red my face was going to look. But guess what? It was not blotchy or red at all! No redness whatsoever. She must be magic. --She did steam, extractions, a mask, infrared light, some other electric thing, moisturizer, massaged my head and shoulders, it was all really nice. Cost with tip was less than $100. --It doesn't matter if you go in wearing makeup or not. --Don't plan any workouts post facial- nothing where you'll sweat afterwards. --I have had no breakouts, no peeling, no negative after effects from the facial. My skin looks great. Even my husband said I looked younger. --There was no pressure to come back at any given interval, but I will plan to go every 6 weeks or so. I already booked my return appointment. --I can't think of anything negative to say. Viktoria is really wonderful. The only possible downside I can think of is that due to location, you're not getting the nice spa atmosphere, but it would cost twice the amount at a fancy spa and you'd likely not get anyone as well trained and experienced as Viktoria, so I really recommend Viktoria for a high quality facial at reasonable price.

I wouldn't even bother trying to book an appointment online if you're a first time guest - just call! Per other Yelpers, I booked with John because I enjoy deep tissue and apparently he is great (spoiler alert: HE IS THE BEST!!). Heads up though that he is booked weeks in advance, and yes, he is worth the wait! Upon arrival you are greeted with a warm neck pillow while you fill out a simple new guest form. Standard questions like "where is your pain generally located" etc. As an avid massage receiver, I've never been asked "what music do you prefer during your massage" or "what scent would you like?" The customization they offer is top notch and I appreciated the options. Once your form has been completed, you're taken back to the immaculate locker room and provided with a robe and sandals. This robe...WOW. It was probably the most lush piece of clothing I've ever placed upon my body. I wish they sold them at the spa because I would've purchased immediately with zero buyers remorse. You are shown a locker to place your belongings in with a lock, so you don't have to worry about leaving your purse/jewelry while you enjoy your chosen service(s). There is also a restroom and shower. Once changed, you migrate to the waiting area where water and tea is provided if you'd like. Okay, now to the best part, the massage... FIVE STARS. John was extremely professional, listened to my areas of concern and the 60 minutes felt like two hours. He was very meticulous and the pressure was exactly what I wanted, firm and deep. If you like firm, book with John. I can't rave enough about him!! Overall experience exceeded my expectations and upon check out I booked another massage with John and a facial. I typically get the Puracne oxygen specialty facial and she always spends over an hour cleansing, exfoliating, applying masks, steaming, extracting, and disinfecting my face.. ya know, the works (how do I know all this? Because she's thorough, and I ask a lot of questions.. heh.) The process is super relaxing start to finish.. except the extractions, which are a necessary evil since I'm prone to lots of blackheads haha. Never had any issues with scarring on any of the extractions done on my face, and by the end of the facial, my skin SO DANG SOFT. Love that she is open on Saturdays, but just make sure to call/text her to make an appointment as she does not do walk in's. I don't even live in Dallas anymore, but I don't trust anyone else with my face and continue to schedule appointments with her whenever I'm in town for the holidays/vacation. She has a room in the back of Evelyn Kershaw salon so you can enter through the hair salon's front entrance, where the front desk can help guide you, or there's also a back entrance and parking lot you can enter from. Her room is well kept, clean, and comfortable. Facials can be a little pricey but it's a luxury I think is well worth the investment and something I look forward to each time.

Dr. Rachel Quinby-Graves and her assistant making fun of me for telling her that I was putting tea tree oil on the spot I was concerned about...it's only worked for thousands of years but yaaaaa SCIENCE (eye roll) 3. HORRIBLE BEDSIDE MANNER!!! Rude is an understatement. 4. I have her remove a small mole above my eyebrow. When I take the bandage off the very next day, THE MOLE IS STILL THERE!!!!!!! I'm hit with a bill for hundreds of dollars for something that is still very much there. Hmmm...curious who's mole she sent to get biopsied? 5. I call billing...explain I'm not paying for the mole removal or biopsy, but happy to pay for the visit. The lady is very kind and says she needs to speak with the office about how they want to proceed. They call me back WEEKS later and basically tell me to F off and that the bill needs to be paid in full. So ya...maybe go to ANY other doctor and practice. It's tucked back from the road in a strip of offices, so use your GPS to find it. There's a roadside sign, but it's not super obvious and there are several business names on it. They remodeled the front lobby / waiting area in the last year, and it looks snazzy. The front desk folks are nice enough, as are the checkout folks. I may not be the mole guy from Austin Powers, but I inherited a lot of moles from both Mom and Dad. They've both had several removed, and I started having moles lopped off in high school. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone and everyone visit a dermatologist and have their moles and freckles checked out. Skin cancer is the #1 cancer, and it's easy to be proactive about. North Texas Dermatology has done a good job at helping me keep up with this proactive care, and I appreciate that! I've almost always seen Pam Murray. She's excellent, and she does a good job at making a dude not feel too self conscious about stripping down almost naked to having every square inch of skin checked out. Any mole removal she's performed has been completely painless. All in all, no complaints. Good place. Easy 5 stars.

My son needs a treatment plan for his acne and they wouldn't help. The plan they gave him already tried it got worse and no other options - horrible experience put us down twisted words and made up lies. I am reporting to TDI and BBB my son had bars in his chest and couldn't finish acutane and they would t prescribe it the first time or this time.. if you need an acne treatment I would highly recommend elsewhere cause you will get no where and never see results after years.

Love that she is always *smiling*, friendly, and down to earth. There is mutual trust, respect, and open communication, between Lauren and patients. Lauren prescribed an oral medication, as well as over the counter cleanser and moisturizer. 2 photos display what my faced looked like when I had my appointment with Lauren. A couple of weeks later my EOB stated I should have only paid $60 for the appointment and I was due a refund for the overpayment. I have called 3 different times since December 2025 only to be told my refund would be processed in 3-4 weeks. Quick to take my money but not quick to give it back. Today I asked to speak with a supervisor who was in a meeting and I should call back. I said no, he (John) can call me back on Monday. We will see if he calls. He has no direct line for me to call him. I am calling my insurance company right now to let them know how poorly Signature has handled my refund and my next call will be to my credit card company. Not sure if I will go back after this incident and if I do, I will only pay my co-pay.

Felt borderline illegal to have your card run without any notification or phone call or anything.. very strange and suspect. Be careful. I would delete all card numbers on your account!!
