I've been going to OVME for over a year now. The staff is beyond welcoming and friendly. You feel right at home the minute you step in. I've had facials, filler, peels, you name it. I've never felt pressured or uncomfortable. I've been happy with each treatment (or else I wouldn't be returning.) The staff is helpful to figure out best pricing to maximize the result. When I have skin issues I pop in for their professional advice. I think this is one of those cases when as a culture we are more likely to leave a negative review than to take time to say something nice. Shame on me because I love how I am treated here, the results of the procedures, and the value. This is a great reminder to share some love! Thank you OVME.

Not only did she rush through the procedure (I had to get the rest of the blackheads out once I got home), she had very bad breath. The manager (name unknown) called me and apologized, but basically my bad experience wasn't their problem, nor was it their problem that I wasted $250 on this hydrafacial (I had a $100 credit, so between the balance and the tip, I paid a little over $250). The manager said she wasn't approved to offer a refund, nor any type of credit. I find this appalling as it seems that their management don't care about customer experiences; perhaps they need the $250 more than I do?!?! I did have another hydrafacial at the Plano location in March with Paulina and she was fantastic!!!! Too bad she's no longer there! A person whose English wasn't the best (I couldn't understand what that person was saying), called me right after I spoke with the manager, but as I couldn't understand what they was saying, I told them that I wasn't interested. When I go to med spas, the first thing I look at is the staff, and if they all look overdone, it is a red flag for me. The staff is friendly. After meeting Dr.A, my husband and I liked him. He is like talking to an old friend and is very personable. I could tell he is a cerebral thinker. He didn't overpromise and explained possible outcomes with my unique case. I appreciate the honesty. He was very informative and took his time with me. On the day of surgery, I felt comfortable, and again, his staff is so friendly. The anesthesiologist was so kind, and she even put nutrients in my PIC line. I woke up and felt very alert and had minimal discomfort. My recovery time was short, and I believe the nutrients helped. When I saw my after photo, in surgery, before the swelling kicked in, I couldn't believe it was my body. Dr A is a Michelangelo, A renaissance man! I am so impressed by his skill and artistic eye. I am looking forward to seeing the results as I heal. I am using infrared light to aid in discomfort, swelling, and inflammation, along with supplements and a high-protein chicken bone broth soup, so my discomfort level is minimal. I highly recommend an infrared light. Dr A should be on your list of doctors to consult with.

I showed up early for my appointment, only to see multiple "specialists" standing around doing nothing. Despite that, I was still seen late. This shows a complete lack of respect for my time and professionalism. Then, I was told by two different people 3x that the price for my treatment had gone up and would it be okay... Why was there a need for that to be asked to me when in the fact the price did not change and as if I had a financial issue. To make things worse, they demanded I pay before receiving my treatment, which has never been the case in my entire history there. I have a friend who also gets services at Ideal Image and was never asked to prepay, which makes me feel like I was being singled out. I strongly believe this treatment stems from notes left in my file during COVID--notes from an incident that was their fault, not mine. That issue was already resolved by a previous manager, yet staff today seemed to use it as an excuse to treat me unfairly. This is discriminatory and unacceptable. I walked out without receiving my treatment, and I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB. Ideal Image has completely lost my trust and my business.

But otherwise, expect to book 4-6 weeks out. --Follow her easy to understand email instructions to confirm your appointment by text, and also show up 10 mins early to appointment. That's not too much to ask. --I am 40 and have never had a facial before so I don't have anything to compare this to. --I was surprised by how fun this experience was. Really pleasant and entertaining conversation. I felt like I made a real friend. --Viktoria asks some prelim questions about products you use and medicines you take. You change into a towel robe and the facial begins. I arrived at 3:50 and walked out at 5:30. --The extractions weren't that bad but the whole time I kept thinking how blotchy and red my face was going to look. But guess what? It was not blotchy or red at all! No redness whatsoever. She must be magic. --She did steam, extractions, a mask, infrared light, some other electric thing, moisturizer, massaged my head and shoulders, it was all really nice. Cost with tip was less than $100. --It doesn't matter if you go in wearing makeup or not. --Don't plan any workouts post facial- nothing where you'll sweat afterwards. --I have had no breakouts, no peeling, no negative after effects from the facial. My skin looks great. Even my husband said I looked younger. --There was no pressure to come back at any given interval, but I will plan to go every 6 weeks or so. I already booked my return appointment. --I can't think of anything negative to say. Viktoria is really wonderful. The only possible downside I can think of is that due to location, you're not getting the nice spa atmosphere, but it would cost twice the amount at a fancy spa and you'd likely not get anyone as well trained and experienced as Viktoria, so I really recommend Viktoria for a high quality facial at reasonable price.
