Do not go here!! There are over 20 false statements in my medical record! Humana denied me insurance based on one of the false statements. I sent a certified letter asking them to correct my medical records. They only removed one false statement. They took no accountability and were rude and hateful to me even though they are at fault. I sent a certified letter to Dr. Achtman to make sure he would see my complaint but the return verification was never sent back. A nurse in the front desk area YELLED at me through the window that she would never change the note in my medical record. When I reported that they acknowledged that they know she is mean and yells at people. Seriously? And you let her continue? Go somewhere else where you know your medical records are accurate and where you are treated with respect. read more

I went for my dysport injection and asked only to raise my eyebrows (I don't have wrinkles on my forehead or around my eyes). Omg !10 days later my eyelids dropped and I look like a bloodhound! I can't apply any eyeshadow or mascara. So I called the office and they very nicely offered me a follow up appointment the next day. I arrived for my appointment 5 minutes early an, and I waited for 40-45 minutes and none of the receptionists came up to me to alert me or notify me anything. I went up to the front desk three times and asked them if they just wanted to reschedule, they kept saying the injector (Sonja, the one who messed up), will see me as soon as possible and she's almost done. I scheduled a consultation last year. My daughter also scheduled an appointment with me. We were both so excited! That didn't last long..... The staff at the front desk were too busy viewing Social Media on their phones to greet us properly. That made it instantly awkward. The first thing the injector said was, " you have too many wrinkles in your forehead, you should have started injections years ago" Really? Not a real flattering comment. Obviously, I have wrinkles in my forehead, that's why I came in. I realized they wouldn't disappear. My goal was to soften the wrinkles. There was NO consultation or recommendations, nothing..... no suggestions on what would give me the best results for my money. I mentioned Botox and that's what I got. No other advice or suggestions. I spent $750. for Botox that lasted maybe two months. I find the staff to be pretentious, young and immature! They cater to the customers they believe have money. If you're over 50, good luck getting professional treatment and courteous, respectful service. If you want to run a professional business, maybe you should spend some time training your staff how to speak to their customers. I came in for my scheduled laser treatment. The aesthetician I had the first time was new to Total Med solutions. Said I could get my second treatment in 2 weeks so I scheduled it. Came in and Aria Zaruba told me I have to wait 90 days per the Groupon promotion. After several treatments here I feel it's hit or miss. Each visit I am seen by a different person. This makes the results less predictable and increases chances of a poor experience. The last employee was a nightmare. My Botox was administered incorrectly because it never took. Money wasted!! All of my precious Botox results were as expected. Also little care was taken to ensure the fillers were even. Lastly the B12 was extremely painful when injected. Almost a week later a small but painful bump formed under my skin. The prices are great here but it's a gamble. Unfortunately there was one accident after another and after driving two hours on the road this people could not take the time to see me because I was a half an hour late. I initially reached out to Total Med Solutions (TMS) Plano to consider both weight loss and hormone therapy. After having a consultation with Sonja Shannon (RN), I chose to do both the weight loss and hormone therapy. I paid for 2 rounds of hormone therapy and 1 session of weight loss. After starting the first round of weight loss and hormone therapy I began to experience pain in my lower back, kidney function issues and sexual arousal issues. I immediately contacted Sonja and she told me that the 2 packages of medicines she put in my body are fighting against each other therefore it caused me. As a responsible medical practitioner, she should have warned me any possible side effects but she failed to do so. Then, Sonja decided to prescribe something else. At that time, I needed to travel abroad and I asked her that with the pain I needed the new medicine before travelling, she committed to delivering it to me the next day or two. A day before my travel, I still haven't received the medicine. I contacted the office and they told me that the medicine just came in and they will deliver it later in the day. To ensure I would get the drugs, I messaged her the picture of my house and mail box along with the address, Sonja still delivered to the wrong address. When I contacted them again, they kept saying it's been delivered to me and if I want a replacement I must pay for that. Sonja wanted to charge me an additional $300 for a prescription through TMS that was readily available through Kroger for $32. At that moment, I am more certain this establishment only cares about the money, not my health. I later posted on our neighborhood NextDoor app and a lady responded to me said she had the drugs, but the prescription bottle had the patience name removed by cutting part of the label away. At this point I knew Sonja had removed someone's else's name and gave me another patients drug. I was very disappointed that they didn't even get in touch with me again to see if I located the medicine or not or how I was doing with the pain. To my opinion, the nurse practitioner is extremely lack of medical knowledge and neglecting patient's health. The drugs they prescribed to me caused me more trouble than better health. This drug had no effect on weight loss at all. It has done nothing that Sonja claimed it would. After 3 months putting the pellets in, I went in for the 2nd round of hormone therapy. The former pellets were still in and active. Sonja said it would be ok to put the 2nd round in. I went ahead, and this was my huge mistake. The pellets she injected into my body hadn't fully dissolved yet; she realized that, but Sonja decided to ignore that fact and continue to put more pellets into my body; after all, it's more revenue. My testosterone arose to over 1600 which in my personal doctors' advice was putting me at high risk for a heart attack (keep in mind Sonja knows my medial history and that heart issues are a big factor). I was a few weeks in and continually had irritation on the implant area, with substantial redness and drainage. Some ~3 weeks in one of the hormone pellets actually came out of my body along with a piece of tiny paper. The paper appeared to be part of the pellet packaging. I sent the pictures to Sonja and she denied any wrong doing. I went to my personal doctor and his statement to me is "this is why you have an infection". He prescribed a round of antibiotics and within a week, the infection had dissipated. I sent Sonja the medical report from my doctor, she completely denied responsibility. It is my plan to publish an associated document that Rajnish Mittal, President/CEO of TMS requested me to sign off on if I would give full release of liability for exchange of the refund the service. He did not want to remain responsible for any negative medical conditions, expenses etc as it relates to the treatment received by TMS therefor I declined his offer. read more

I had yet another great experience with SONJA, who inserted my hormone replacement pellets for the third time (I go every 4 months). I prefer the pellets rather than the oral hormone pills -- so much easier than having to keep testosterone "tabs" chilled while traveling! SONJA is always very knowledgeable and congenial. She has a warm and caring "bed side" manner and shows true concern for my physical health. SONJA always takes the time to go over my weight loss report -- I am happy to say that my lean muscle mass is increasing, my body fat is decreasing, my BMI is decreasing, and all other indicators were positive! The day before, MARK did my Juvederm Ultra Plus injections, to get rid of my marionette lines around my mouth, etc. He is very precise and explains what he is doing every step of the way. I have had Juvederm injected before at Rejuve Med Spa and it was very painful! Hence, I waited several years before I got up my courage to try it again.This is the first time I have had Juvederm injections where it was far less painful. Obviously, MARK is an expert at this! I had made an appointment to see Howard McKay for my aesthetic treatments and when I met with him, I told him what my budget was, and what things bothered me most, knowing that of course you can never fix everything that you'd like to. Howard took the time with me to talk about several options, and what each would do for me. A few months back, I had a terrible fall in which I had several lacerations on the left side of my face, around my left eye, and all the way up my forehead to my hairline. Howard also spent time with me talking through some possible treatments that would help with the scarring. He is professional and compassionate, and offers pragmatic advice for both the here-and-now, as well as long term. I signed up for Zerona following some big promises. "You'll lose probably 2-3 inches" and "You'll see results after your 3rd treatment" and "You'll be buying new pants soon". Bottom Line: I saw no results and the whole process seems a little fraudulent. I've never believed in any method of losing weight besides diet and workout and I still don't. I'm not disgruntled but I feel a responsibility to share my experience so others can avoid a similar one. I paid the GroupOn price of around $600. I also bought the suggested Diet Pills ($40) and a body brush ($25). Roughly my investment was $675. I already workout and eat healthy. To confirm that I was following the directions, I did as follows: 1. No alcohol for one week prior, through treatment and one week after 2. Limited caffeine to two cups a day (they told me to up my water intake to cover for this) 3. I drank at least 100 oz of water a day (much more that the suggested amount) 4. I worked out 4 days a week (as usual) - 30 minutes of hard cardio two days, 45 minutes of circuit weights two days. (much more than the suggested amount) 5. I took two capsules of the pill a day and did the body brushing as shown each night While I'm in good shape, I have excess belly fat. Two years ago, I wore size 32 pants. Today, its size 34. I was told I'm a perfect candidate. During treatment I began asking questions about results after session three. I heard: - You'll see results between 4 and 5. Then - You'll see results between 5 and 6. Then - Some people need more sessions, we'll give you three more for free. After nine sessions and an investment of 13.5 hours (drive time plus session time) of time I lost no weight and lost no inches. Now, Deanne is a manager and she was very helpful. She gave me free sessions, talked to Zerona people, offered alternative treatments (testosterone) and talked to her owners. But I didn't get what was promised or paid for I asked for a partial (more than half) or full refund. My reasoning: 1. I bought a product 2. It doesn't work after more than enough attempts 3. I didn't get what I paid for The owners I'm told would prefer to give me more treatments. But shooting the pretty laser at me doesn't work so that makes no sense. Staff told me that other patients (at least three) also weren't getting results. My advice: Take your $650, hire a trainer, work out, eat right and above all: AVOID GIMMICKY WEIGHT LOSS PROMISES read more

I bought a groupon for Restylene at Total Med Spa and booked an appointment to freshen up for the holidays. Fioria injected my nasolabial folds. I have before and after photos that will shock you. I cannot figure out how to post photos but if I do I will post them. She injected the Restylene so close to my mouth that I now have weird parentheses around the upper and lower corners of my mouth. There are big clumps of product in the folds of my mouth that look like sausage rolls and cause my smile to be distorted. I look like I have been in an accident or have some sort of paralysis. The corners of my mouth will not turn up because my face is weighted down with product too close to my lips. I went to see her the next day as soon as the office opened and I was told she would be there by 9 so I waited until 9:30 and had to leave. She called me back and told me to come in after lunch and let her look at it. She said it looked fine when I was not smiling. She offered to inject more and I told her no. I called the Dallas location and asked if I could come in and see someone with more experience. They said they were very busy that day but she would work me in and call me back. The receptionist seemed to be sympathetic but she never called me back. That was on a Friday. I called again on Monday and I was told that I needed to follow up with Floria.
