Since that interaction, I have received no further communication from the dietitian. I have also noticed numerous online reviews that reflect similar concerns about communication, professionalism, and follow-through. There appear to be multiple comments that may be AI-generated or promotional in nature, which further calls into question the authenticity of some of the positive feedback.
