Ultimate Image is a-m-a-z-i-n-g. I've had laser hair removal to 3 areas and so far I've been pretty pleased. You see results almost instantly. After one treatment I already noticed that my hair growth was slower and thinner. The estheticians are all skilled and know their trade well. Yeah, laser hurts. It's like constantly being hit with rubber bands but the results are worth it. The treatment rooms are always clean and stocked with Hydrocortisone cream and Aloe Vera. I always look like I have the measles after a treatment but it goes away within a few hours. The areas I get treated always look red and blotchy like a bad rash after I'm exposed to the laser but it doesn't itch or burn - it just looks bad. Ultimate Image has gotten so popular because of their good reputation for delivering results. I'm conflicted about writing this review...because of selfish reasons. The more clients Ultimate Image garners, the harder it will be for me to make appointments in the future. It's hard enough switching appointments as it is because they are always so booked. You almost never have to pay for anything full price because they have monthly deals that are on par with their groupon deal! I had a really bad experience with Avanti and got 2 areas laser-ed there with ZERO results. It was such a waste of money and I was discouraged because I thought laser would not work on me. But then I found a groupon for Ultimate Image years ago and I have been going back ever since. read more

I loved going to this place until recently. Many of their specials they will not honor. I called to purchase one of their specials online that said buy 2 laser tightening treatments and get the third free. The woman told me that special wasn't available till April. I told her it's online and it says it's a current special with no mention of a specific month. She said "I'll honor it just this one time." Gee thanks lady for honoring your special you're advertising to everyone. When I asked the total cost she told me it would be $200. She said it was $100 per treatment (of 2) plus one free. The website said it was $150 so I figured she was giving me a discount. Awesome. I had her repeat the total to make sure I didn't hear her wrong. "$100 each so your total is $200." Awesome! I gave her my credit card number and went on my way. I checked my balance the next day and I was charged $300. I called this location to have them explain why I was told one price and then charged another. The lady refused to give me answers and told me "I don't know why someone would tell you that price." I don't either that's why I called to ask. She was very unfriendly and not helpful. Make sure not to let them charge you over the phone. They will overcharge you then play dumb about it. I think I read hundreds of reviews for different laser hair removal places in North Dallas before I finally (fortunately) stumbled across this one. All of the positive reviews are well-earned, and I did NOT come here by Groupon. That being said, the prices were incredibly reasonable. I caught their June summer sale and was able to get the services I wanted at 75% of normal cost. WOO! Kellye was my girl and I appreciated that she took the time to talk me through everything, discussed how it felt, discussed aftercare and other tips and tricks to make it work the best as possible. The actual experience was like many people have described, like getting popped with a rubber band over and over. My biggest suggestion to deal with it is just breathe throughout, bite your lip, and let them finish, because a moment or two after they're done it feels fine. Use the wipes and aloe on it, don't take a hot shower or work out that day, and you'll be good. We joked that when we're all done I will proclaim from the rooftops that "KELLYE CHANGED MY LIFE" and based on my first experience here, I believe that to be true (and I'll update my review with results!). Honestly, the only thing I wish was that I had found them and started this journey sooner! read more

I could not have asked for a better experience! Update: I've had two treatments now and see an obvious reduction. Yesterday I went in for my last full face session and came home surprised at what the technician failed to tell me. The technician that had done my previous sessions was Courtney, unfortunately, she is no longer working there so for my two sessions I had someone different. I cannot recall her name, I do remember she used what she called a "stick" to keep the laser away from my eyebrows as she was working in the forehead area. I did feel a stronger sting but didn't think anything of it as I usually tolerate it pretty well. Little did I know she had burned me, and did not disclose that to me at all. I understand everyone is prone to mistakes, but for her to not let me know or apologize is unprofessional. After the session was over she rushed me out the door (probably realizing she did wrong). I am now hoping it does not leave a scar behind. Thankfully it was my last session and I will NOT be returning to this place. I'm writing this review with the sole purpose of warning others. Had she accepted her mistake and apologized maybe I would have felt different, however it was not address and, unfortunately, I didn't know until I was home. read more

I am very confused why this business wouldn't remove their account from class pass if they don't accept credits... but I have reported the business to class pass and I'm hoping that other people avoid the mistake I made by booking on there. Honey was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to educate me about my nails and explain the different services they offer, which I genuinely appreciated. My technician, Tia, started my appointment right on time. She was quiet but checked in with me to make sure she understood what I wanted. While the service itself wasn't bad, there wasn't anything that stood out. At other salons I've visited, the experience typically ends with small finishing touches--like applying lotion or a brief hand massage--but this service felt very basic. I still tipped Tia 20% because Honey worked me into the schedule during what would have been Tia's break, and I appreciated that accommodation. Unfortunately, once I got home and removed my contacts so I could see my nails more clearly, I noticed several details that became more apparent over the next few days. It appeared the polish wasn't properly sealed, and one nail had missing polish along the side before I ever left the salon. Since my nails were completely dry when I departed, I believe those issues should have been caught before the service was finished. For me, the overall experience wasn't worth the drive or the price I paid. The video of my nails tells the story better than this caption ever could. That said, based on my interaction with Honey, I genuinely believe booking with her could result in a different experience. She made a great first impression, and if I were to return, I would specifically request an appointment with her.
