So I booked my first appointment with Maggie and walked in to the appointment slightly nervous. I've had a bunch of Brazilian waxes over the last couple years but for some reason still was feeling nervous! The first impression of the place was a smallish hole in the wall place but it opened up to a much larger set of rooms with many waxers. The front desk girl greeted me and I was seen quickly by Maggie. Maggie is an absolute gem! Very very nice and welcoming lady who truly seems to enjoy her work. I called them today (12/12/24) to check on the machine's status and reschedule my appointment, but they couldn't accommodate my preferred times since all evening slots were taken. Given that the cancellations were due to their issue, they should have contacted me first to reschedule. To make matters worse, when I tried to book a new appointment, I was rudely asked, "Do you want me to book your appointment during Christmas week or not?" They were unable to accommodate me this week or the week of 12/16, causing further delays in my treatment. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told the manager quit two weeks ago. I then requested to be added to a cancellation list and was met with a dismissive response: "I am telling you I will not call you, but okay." This was a truly horrible experience!

Not sure if it's them not lasering everything or me for having fine hair. Each session was quick at about 10-15 minutes. Most of the staff members were sweet and engaging. The only bad thing is the wait time. The first time I was there, I waited 55 minutes before being seen. From there, it was anywhere between 10 to 35 minutes. Note that I have appointments every time. It didn't matter if I went on a weekday or Saturday, the wait was usually long.
