I've been coming for about a year now getting different treatments and i have to admit that of all of the appointments I've had there was only one that i was really dissatisfied with and it was because i had a different tech, she was pretty rude at the front desk and i think that when you are coming to a place like this where you will be feeling pretty vulnerable the way they treat you matters a lot. I got familiar with this place by purchasing a Groupon and before you say "oh God, not another Groupon-er"... I LOVE THIS PLACE! This was my first time doing laser but WOW Courtney was amazing! It was almost painless and Courtney went with a pace that was not too fast nor too slow. They will of course advertise and offer to do other regions, but never did I feel pressured when declining. She told me about the process and did most of my treatments. If I didn't move out of state, I would continue going to her for other body parts. I now have very reduced hair just after 5 sessions (as a Middle-eastern...how is this even possible?!?). Prices are also very reasonable and they regularly do specials. The place may looked packed, but I never had any trouble scheduling an appointment time I wanted. They're on the second floor once you enter the building and go to the back of the hallway. The door is closed but you can walk right in. I got a little lost my first time, but they do have signs just in case. FYI, if you have never done laser before do not wax for 4-6 weeks prior and shave right before coming in. Don't make the same rookie mistake :) read more

I did quite a bit of research before I chose Ultimate. I went to Ideal Image and Sona Med Spa, both were very pricey. I chose Ultimate based on reviews and a personal recommendation from a friend. I have coarse, thick hair and so far the treatments have worked well with the YAG laser. For my legs, I started noticing significant results after the second treatment. I only have to shave once every 2 weeks (and even then it is minimal). I usually book my appointments with Courtney, she is friendly and always makes sure I am comfortable. After reading through countless Yelp reviews, I decided to make an appointment with Courtney. I could not have been more comfortable! I did the hair removal with them. Everything was fine, the fifth treatment on my arm, I got burned, with all the marks from the lasser! I went with a dermatologist and told me that she was not sure if my pigment will come back! That it was the result of not going with a professional! They didn't do anything, they gave me a cream and when I arrived home I saw that the cream was expired! They gave me my money back, only from that area! They never call me back! read more

I am so glad I found Ultimate Image. Krysta at the Dallas location is a wonderful technician not only because of her personality that instantly makes you feel comfortable and at ease, but also because of her professionalism and thoroughness when performing laser hair removal. I have purchased several packages because of her. I had laser hair done at a place that up charges just because of their brand using local celebrities as spokespeople. It was not worth it. The technicians were kind and personable, however they did not use the correct setting on my skin and were using very old machines which matters ALOT since technology changes so quickly. It was way more expensive than Ultimate Image and not worth the price. I encourage anyone to do their research on the machines and ask questions. After all you are paying a lot of money for it! I recommend Ultimate Image to all my family and friends. They are a great company. Update: I gave it two stars because of the good customer service I experienced from Krysta here who made me feel super comfortable and was so kind and that is so important in a spa/hair removal place where women have to become vulnerable to a stranger who is about to remove hair from private areas. However, recently I found an electrolysis place (everlasting hair removal) where I have realized how much money I WASTED on laser. My money goes a long way doing electrolysis and it is actually not growing back as fast and each time I go the growth is slower and less so eventually I know it'll end up being permanent. Do your research on laser and electrolysis. Laser is not permanent and you end up spending so much for no guarantee of hair removal. Electrolysis is actually permanent and so worth it. Also, another plus is you don't have to stay on a certain area for all the sessions like at laser, you pay for the time (at least at the place I go) and so can do whatever you want removed or is growing at the time. You will want to ask about this bc not sure if every place is like this. read more

I really enjoy coming here for my laser hair removal, I found them on Groupon and thought I'd give it a try and I don't regret it at all!! Love be able to go in and be there less than 5 minutes and be out. They don't make you wait too long. These ladies know what they are doing, I don't have go to person because I like them all! I would like to get more sessions but they don't have payment plans or anything which kind of sucks, cause I'll just have to wait forever to save up for a larger area(that's why I gave 4 Stars).
