This is the place to go for laser hair removal! I've had a few different aestheticians since I started treatments, but recently have been seeing Courtney, who is fantastic. I'm happy for the people whose treatments have been pain-free, but mine have been fairly painful. (I have very thick, dark hair and sensitive skin.) I love Olga! She is great at what she does. I have been going here for over a year...started with upper leg, then lower leg, then arms, then armpit etc. The one thing that does bother me though is that even though I have gotten upper and lower leg done, they will not do my knees. Apparently that's separate! Just feels like nickle and diming....I was disappointed with the owners response when I pointed this out to her. Treatment is fast and actually quite painless. It's like a tiny little momentary zap. I got a Groupon for 6 sessions & as my 1st time getting laser hair removal, they've made the experience comfortable & stress-free! Any questions I had, they answered & they ask you how you're doing during the laser treatment to see if they should turn it lower or higher. I wish they would keep you with 1 technician during all the sessions instead of changing them every time. It's hard to build a relationship with anyone that way. So, to get this out of the way: I looked up laser hair removal on Groupon. I had a previous groupon I'd used the year before for a different business -- I made it through two of the six treatments before leaving; the staff at that place was very unprofessional. If I'm going to have someone zap the crap out of my naughty bits I'd prefer not to hear techs speaking poorly of other clients. I decided to try my luck again. I'm really glad I did. For pricing, this location had one of the best on Groupon. It just slightly beat out competitors. And for once, when I got there, the sale prices on non-groupon packages were even better than what was listed. As for scheduling, it was really easy to do online and schedule a follow-up appointment in person. Parking is easy and the location is easy to find. The owner herself ended up doing my Brazilian. She made it totally not awkward at all. She was so nice and professional I decided to take advantage of the upsell offer and get my lower legs done, too. I am nearly paper-white and still came out only with mild irritation that lasted a couple of days on my more sensitive parts (this is optimal -- you don't want to walk out of there crispy, but you also don't get much benefit if you feel nothing at all). I felt taken care of as a client. I didn't feel rushed. Furthermore, the whole place was very, very clean. The techs were all very polite. After care was explained to me (pre- and post-care are also very clearly explained on their website), and I was given pretty thorough expectations for the future. This place is awesome! I started going here for underarm laser hair removal earlier this year. I've had 6 sessions and pretty much all the underarm hair is gone (98% I would say is gone). I did purchase an additional 3 sessions just to make sure the few remaining hairs are zapped. I had originally started underarm laser hair removal at Avanti in Plano. After 6 sessions, I did not see any difference so I decided to try a groupon for Ultimate Image. After a couple of sessions at Ultimate Image, the results on my underarms were great! Since the 2nd session, I've only had to shave once between sessions (approx 6 weeks). I have fair skin and med-dark hair and their laser works really well. I've also started bikini hair removal (with amazing results after 2 sessions) and just purchased lower leg hair removal as well. If you can, ask for Courtney! All the technicians I've had are great, but I like her the best and only schedule appts with her. read more
