One word: Extraordinary!…read more Dr. Giraldo and his team portray an extraordinary amount of professionalism, knowledge, service, methods, level of comfort, advice, recommendation, compassion and understanding. I have been so extraordinary impressed! In December 2019, I went for an evaluation of my breast implants (placed @ 13 years ago) because I had a concern of the shape. Upon Dr. Giraldo's evaluation, he explained that the 'Tear Drop' shape implants turned causing my shape and size to change. It made perfect sense! Dr. Giraldo further explained all of the types of breast implants and the implants he would recommend for me. I mentioned to Dr. Giraldo that I work out and he advised me on some movements to customize and sport bras to consider. Talk about a plethora of information?!? I left his office with more information than I had questions! Needless to say, I couldn't wait to schedule my surgery! I'm about 3 weeks out now and really haven't missed a beat! While I am being super careful with my upper body movements, I'm back at the gym. Actually, I went back on the 15th day after surgery and back to work on day 7! My recovery has been unbelievably quick and my follow up appointments have all been good. Scaring? No worries here because, Dr. Giraldo has some good ointments to help! Yes. I would refer to my friends, family and anyone else. Yes. I will continue to follow up with Dr. Giraldo for years to come as I will always need a little cosmetic help. Yes. I do love my results, placement and size. Yes. Extraordinary location for me and love the small office atmosphere. Yes. 5 stars!

Nancy validated all of my concerns and actively listened when I told her about my struggles with acne. She doesn't just give you a skincare plan (anyone can do that). She gives you diet and lifestyle changes to consider and also gives you lists of ingredients to avoid in your hair, skin, and home products and in your food! I thought I was very conscious about my products and my diet, and then she politely steered me in a better direction. If you're looking for alternatives to anything, she can help you find them AND they will all be acne safe! In addition, if you have sensitive skin, she's your best bet. My skin is VERY sensitive and I have reactions to nearly everything! TARA LEWIS - PUBLIC NARRATIVE Frisco, TX - Kenneth Smart, MD…read more| Frisco Plastic Surgery & MedSpa This is not a review. It's a record. I'm a Christian pastor, mother of three, and former TLC reality TV personality. I trusted Dr. Kenneth Smart not once--but twice. And both times, he failed me. I wanted to restore my 2009 breast results with ultra-high-profile cohesive implants and a full anchor lift to correct sagging. My husband and I outlined our goals in writing and confirmed them in person. We held the implants. We reviewed the plan. It was acknowledged. Agreed to. But Dr. Smart substituted different implants, skipped the lift--twice--and never reviewed prior surgical records. He reversed post-op photos to suggest "improvement" and omitted implant details from billing records. When we raised concern, he canceled our follow-up. Staff involved: * Rachel Schindler - Office Manager * Brook Anderson - Medical Assistant * Jaelea Lacey - RN None spoke up. None intervened. I now face a third surgery. My breasts are lower, deformed, and emotionally traumatizing. Dr. Smart's attorney offered $10,300 in exchange for a full release, gag clause, and non-disparagement agreement. We declined. Then published the truth. Patient reviews say the same: * Healthgrades (2022): "DO NOT TRUST HIM. Paid $20k. No lipo. Sagging skin untouched. Dismissed and refused revision." * RealSelf (2015): "Half-naked while he avoided eye contact. Cold. Arrogant. Didn't check for muscle separation." * Healthgrades (2020): "Five surgeons agreed I need revision. He ignored me. Left me in tears." This isn't isolated. It's a pattern. And it's now archived and public. Formal complaints filed. Media referrals begin Monday. I am Tara Lewis. A mother. A pastor. A woman who will not be silenced.

I was a loyal client of this med spa for nearly five years, hoping to see meaningful results with my skin. Unfortunately, that never happened. From the beginning, I noticed that recommendations felt more focused on selling the newest treatments or expensive products rather than truly understanding what my skin needed. I followed their advice consistently, investing thousands of dollars in treatments and high-end creams -- all used exactly as directed. The results were always temporary. My skin would feel nice for a few days after a treatment, but there was never any lasting improvement. Every time I expressed concern about the lack of results, I was told it could be due to hormones or some other issue, and then they'd suggest yet another cream or a different treatment -- repeating the same cycle. I trusted their expertise for years, assuming maybe they were right. I decided to try another med spa -- and the difference was night and day. The new place actually assessed my skin type thoroughly, suggested AFFORDABLE products that suit my skin from amazon and I started seeing real, consistent improvement. This made me realize that what I needed all along was a more personalized, thoughtful approach -- not a sales pitch. Looking back, I feel incredibly disappointed knowing how much time, money, and hope I invested for very little return. I share this not out of anger, but in the hope that others can make more informed decisions. Your skin deserves care, not just a sales strategy.
