I initially purchased a microneedling package with exosomes. On January 30, 2025, I was then sold a Skin Brightening package for $804. Two days later, when I came in for Botox, I was also sold a membership for $299 per month. That same Sunday, I called to ask if I could cancel the Skin Brightening package I had just purchased two days earlier since I had enrolled in the membership. The front desk told me they would check with the manager. I called again on Monday and left a voicemail, and again on Tuesday and left another voicemail. No one answered the phone at the Plano location during these calls. I don't know if the front desk intentionally not picking up the call. On my third attempt, I called from a different phone number and someone finally answered. I was transferred to the manager and placed on hold for about 10 minutes. When I did speak with the Plano manager her, she said she would let me know whether the package could be canceled. I also asked that, if cancellation was not possible, perhaps the amount could be applied as a credit toward another service. It has now been four business days (not including the weekend), and I have not received any call back. I left another voicemail on Monday and also sent a text to the location, but I have received no response. I have continued calling, and no one answers. I am very disappointed with this experience, especially given how much I have spent over the years and the fact that I have referred several clients to the Frisco location. At this point, I truly regret signing up for the $299/month membership due to the lack of response and follow-up from the Plano location. I am asking for someone from corporate or management to please contact me. I should not be treated like this. I also owned a business never will or my staff will I treat my client like this. The room is 270 but the name is not on the door so it made it skeptical for me but in the confirmation email it had it. When I arrived I had a short wait until the tech took me. The process is easy it's the red light therapy so you basically lay there for 30 mins with the infrared lighting it's relaxing. I also had a B12 shot because my energy level has been low. The tech was friendly and my treatment was enjoyable she measured my body before and after so you know your results. I will be back now that I know what to expect.
