I waited until around 5 days post facial to write this review…read more --First, I got very lucky with my timing b/c I asked for a facial literally right after she had a cancellation so I got in next day. But otherwise, expect to book 4-6 weeks out. --Follow her easy to understand email instructions to confirm your appointment by text, and also show up 10 mins early to appointment. That's not too much to ask. --I am 40 and have never had a facial before so I don't have anything to compare this to. --I was surprised by how fun this experience was. Really pleasant and entertaining conversation. I felt like I made a real friend. --Viktoria asks some prelim questions about products you use and medicines you take. You change into a towel robe and the facial begins. I arrived at 3:50 and walked out at 5:30. --The extractions weren't that bad but the whole time I kept thinking how blotchy and red my face was going to look. But guess what? It was not blotchy or red at all! No redness whatsoever. She must be magic. --She did steam, extractions, a mask, infrared light, some other electric thing, moisturizer, massaged my head and shoulders, it was all really nice. Cost with tip was less than $100. --It doesn't matter if you go in wearing makeup or not. --Don't plan any workouts post facial- nothing where you'll sweat afterwards. --I have had no breakouts, no peeling, no negative after effects from the facial. My skin looks great. Even my husband said I looked younger. --There was no pressure to come back at any given interval, but I will plan to go every 6 weeks or so. I already booked my return appointment. --I can't think of anything negative to say. Viktoria is really wonderful. The only possible downside I can think of is that due to location, you're not getting the nice spa atmosphere, but it would cost twice the amount at a fancy spa and you'd likely not get anyone as well trained and experienced as Viktoria, so I really recommend Viktoria for a high quality facial at reasonable price.

I had very high expectations for this place…read moreespecially with Lindsey because I was hoping to find a good place I could trust long-term for skincare and anti-aging treatments. To start cautiously, I decided to try Botox injections first. My first Botox treatment was decent, which gave me the confidence to return. Unfortunately, my later experiences were very disappointing. After my second Botox treatment, my eyes were swollen for over a month. I also had tear trough filler done here by Lindsey, and the result was extremely disappointing. Before the procedure, she mentioned that she frequently performs tear trough filler and is very experienced with it, which is why I chose to trust her. My original concern was under-eye hollowness, but after the treatment, my left under-eye looked worse than before. In addition to the hollow area, a very noticeable crease/line developed after the treatment. When I asked her to correct it, I was told the result looked "great," which was both frustrating and misleading. Only after multiple requests did she agree to dissolve a small amount, and the crease slightly improved. suggesting the issue was related to the filler placement. Given this improvement, I felt further dissolving was necessary, but she refused to continue treatment and continued to insist that everything looked fine and ultimately told me they would no longer see me as a patient. I find this extremely unprofessional. The problem was caused by the procedure, yet no proper solution was offered and no refund was provided. If you are unable to correct your own work, the least you can do is take responsibility. Based on my experience, this place appears to prioritize completing services over ensuring satisfactory outcomes.I would not recommend this place to anyone!

I was a loyal client of this med spa for nearly five years, hoping to see meaningful results with my skin. Unfortunately, that never happened. From the beginning, I noticed that recommendations felt more focused on selling the newest treatments or expensive products rather than truly understanding what my skin needed. I followed their advice consistently, investing thousands of dollars in treatments and high-end creams -- all used exactly as directed. The results were always temporary. My skin would feel nice for a few days after a treatment, but there was never any lasting improvement. Every time I expressed concern about the lack of results, I was told it could be due to hormones or some other issue, and then they'd suggest yet another cream or a different treatment -- repeating the same cycle. I trusted their expertise for years, assuming maybe they were right. I decided to try another med spa -- and the difference was night and day. The new place actually assessed my skin type thoroughly, suggested AFFORDABLE products that suit my skin from amazon and I started seeing real, consistent improvement. This made me realize that what I needed all along was a more personalized, thoughtful approach -- not a sales pitch.
