After Sadaf examined my naturally short eyelashes, she told me that I wasn't going to be happy with the results and to not waste my money. She suggested to use a lash serum for a month and return to her. Sooo happy I didn't spend the money on a lash lift that wasn't going to truly curl or lift my lashes!! The brow wax and meticulous tweezing was painless and she shaped my brows naturally. The brow lamination took 10 min and I was told not to wet them for 24 hours. I'm so happy I trusted her and I will see her again in 5-6weeks for another brow lamination and wax! Overall I paid $99 for both.

DO NOT GO TO ROSE IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR REAL LASHES DAMAGED. Also, don't go to Rose if you don't want to be stood up several times. I've have seen Rose several times for my lashes and 3 times she was a NO SHOW. I drive far to her office (over 40 minute drive) so this was a huge inconvenience for me. No apology or anything. I am appalled by her lack of customer service, professionalism, and care. Not only is she unprofessional, but she is flat out RUDE. I only stayed with her as long as I did because I "thought" she did a good job (found out later that she wasn't doing a good job at all). She is so incredibly unorganized that she double books herself all the time and has to turn away clients when they show up because she already has another client in her studio. After her 3rd NO SHOW, I opted to never return to Rose and saw a new technician yesterday who was fabulous. She looked at my lashes and said that Rose has been sticking the extensions to my skin which is extremely unethical as this stunts the growth of your real lashes. My lashes have been thinning over time and I couldn't figure out why. Now I know. The new technician was not able to remove all the extensions that Rose put on my eyelid (skin) because it was caked on with so much glue. PEOPLE, THE LASH EXTENSIONS ARE TO BE GLUED TO YOUR REAL LASH, NOT YOUR SKIN. Be extremely cautious if you are already seeing Rose, over time she will ruin your real lashes. She doesn't even deserve ONE STAR, but since I have to give at least 1 star, so be it. Find a new lash technician. There are plenty GOOD and professional ones out there. You don't have to settle for Rose. read more

I had went through four different people who charge reasonable price to literally astronomical price... After fluke accident I tried yelp. I called Rose. Not only did she accommodate me getting in right away but she said she would make sure I was happy with them. Happy I was. Rose not only is such a delight personally she is a fast and does the job right. I get asked all the time either are my eyelashes mine or where did you get them done they are gorgeous. My eye lashes are thick and growing beautifully. I love mink lashes on because they look natural and feel light and natural. Depends on my travel I sometimes have had to go three - four weeks. I booked appointment with Rose 4 times. She was a no show once. She was 30 minutes late twice. The ONE time she actually showed up on time, she rushed my appointment and did my lash fill in 30 minutes. I knew this was not good service as it should take at least an hour to do a decent fill. Within 3 days my lashes started falling out significantly. When I asked her if I could come back in to correct the issue, she told me NO. She proceeded to be extremely rude and unprofessional and told me to go somewhere else. I was shocked that this is how she treats a new client. The last time I was there, I briefly spoke to the client waiting after my appointment while Rose ran to the bathroom. Apparently she treats her long-term, loyal customers just as poorly. Rose clearly needs a lesson in customer service. read more

I went to try them just for an occasion and it was so life changing I just couldn't stop!! I love getting so many compliments on my lashes wherever I go, people tell me that they give me a sexy look and what girl doesn't wanna look sexy!? It's such an amazing feeling waking up on your lazy days and not having to worry about makeup I just throw some eye liner on and I still look fierce. STAY AWAY - it's just not worth the stress! Rose does an okay job applying the lashes but she has a complete lack of professionalism. She constantly double books and even no-shows her appointments. In addition, she has a terrible attitude, very rude and judgmental. There are so many excellent lash technicians who are kind, polite and service-oriented. My new technician makes me feel excited to come in and relax for an hour while she carefully applies my lashes. With Rose, every appointment was so stressful and in the back of my mind I always worried what rude or critical things she might say. It's not worth it - if you're contemplating, I recommend finding someone else! read more

I came in for a consult a week before my initial micro blading appointment and she walked me through the entire process and discussed my brow shape expectations. I just completed the initial treatment and the process went quickly and smoothly. I already have my follow up appointment booked and look forward to coming here again! Perfectionist! That is how I would describe Rose. She is a professional, and expert in her field of lash extensions. My lashes were thin and sparse, but after following her recommendations, I now have fuller, longer, younger looking lashes. She is so friendly and creates such a relaxing environment, that I have fallen asleep on more than one occasion.
