The owner was there and also extremely dismissive of any questions I had on pricing & tipping. If fact overheard remarks being made the moment I walked in (not sure if they wanted to leave early or what). Tried to shrug it off but made me feel like I ruined someone's day. Second advice - make sure you explain EXACTLY what you want and expect a wait time as I don't think they have that quite figured out yet. Or at least for me I waited 20 minutes after arriving 15 min early. I gave 2 stars b/c the receptionist was super nice. Manager or maybe owner I could hear talking about how much she didn't want my appointment (idk if was matter of getting out earlier or b/c of my race but extremely awkward). There's other places that will do same services cheaper, same quality and much nicer. Let's just say I left in tears.
