I appreciate the customer service and I'm looking forward to my next appointment Soooooo I was a little disappointed. I loved my lashes when I left. The young lady that did mine did a fantastic job! However, my lashes barely lasted a week! Literally I went home and the next day they started shedding like crazy. For context, I got it done on Sunday morning and by the end of the week, 70% of my lashes were gone. I'm so bummed because they literally were fantastic initially. I don't know if it's the glue they're using because the other place I did my lashes before, they lasted over 2.5 weeks

When the service was completed I left feeling okay, but returned 5 minutes later to ask the tech to remove a few lashes from my in my inner corners as I could not see and the feeling was causing my eyes to water. She removed a few and it felt better but still very heavy. I've had hybrid and classic sets before and this set was super dense. I showed her inspiration picture from the flirty girl website. But I don't feel I got what I asked for and now I'm having the lashes fall out incredibly fast. That night and the next day I had over 15 of the lashes fall out. I haven't had lash extensions fall out so quickly before. I felt very underwhelmed and disappointed by the service. When I reached out to manager they offered to apply more lashes the next day I asked for them to be removed. I went in on 6/6 for the removal and now the manager Lana will not respond to my emails or issue me a refund. I had the lashes on for less than 48 hours. After 2 weeks of trying to get ahold of the manager at the Irving location she finally got back to me and issued refund after other franchise managers reached out to her.

She helped me identify some sunspots I was not aware of and gave solid advice on how to treat it. The facial was very relaxing and efficient - my skin cleared right up the following day. I had never had eye lash extensions before mostly out of fear of what it would do to my natural lashes. After reading the rave reviews, I decided to give it a try. Yourim consulted me now only on the difference in her method, but expectations. She was very diligent in the entire process. I'm overall satisfied with the investment. I highly recommend her!

This was my first time working with Yourim at My Amazing Looks…read more Staff & environment: Yourim was friendly and her studio was clean. She wore a mask and gloves during the appointment, which I greatly appreciated. I was confused on the booking website and booked the wrong service type, but we were able to correct this the day of the appointment after she texted me with no issues. Service: The appointment was for a microdermabrasion facial - $130 for 45 mins. For what it costs, I was a bit disappointed that the appointment, aside from the actual microdermabrasion (~5 mins), consisted more of a 4-5 step skincare routine - applying cleanser, applying mask, applying lotion. Application of the mask and sitting in the mask took up most of the appointment time. Extractions, hot facial steam, face/neck massages were not included. Overall: Reading some of the reviews now, it seems that Yourim is more commonly booked for eyelash extensions, rather than skin facials. If I'm ever in the market for an eyelash tech, I'd be happy to check her out again. For facials, I may have to check elsewhere.

Worst Experience at Bombay Salon on MacArthur Blvd - Avoid This Place!…read more Review: I had an awful experience at Bombay Salon on MacArthur Blvd. I went in expecting a proper haircut, but the entire service was rushed and finished in less than 2 minutes. There was no care, no professionalism, and absolutely no effort put into the haircut. Yet, they charged me the full price as if I received a premium service. What makes it worse is that my friends had similar bad experiences at the same location. It seems like this salon is more focused on rushing through customers and making money than actually providing quality service. Trust me ,I do not recommend this place at all. If you care about how you look and want to be treated with respect, avoid Bombay Salon on MacArthur Blvd.
