One of my favorite place to get my eyebrows threaded. Today I arrived at 4:00 open sign was on doors locked. called +1 (469) 652-7697 that someone should be there and for me to return shortly. I returned and someone was she with someone I tried to open the door and still was locked she didn't say wait or attempt to open the door. DO NOT GO HERE they completely ruined my lashes. After getting a completely botched lash lift I asked for a refund but they refused and asked me to come in for a correction.... worst mistake of my life. 1. What were they correcting. The lash lift didn't have any lift on my right eye. And my bottom lashes had permed inward toward my eye so I was constantly being poked by my own lashes. Yes it was painful and irritating. 2. Went in and they still didn't fix the issue. They tried leaving the perming solution in longer which ended up frying and damaging my lashes causing them to fall of and break. I'll attach a picture of everything. 3. Even when they did my brows they didn't get any hair and the lady's string kept breaking on my face. 4. They completely ruined my lashes, they're all breaking off and they're all strangely curled and it makes them tangle and lay on my lash line. I went to my amazing lash tech and she said that they won't be able to put extensions in bc they ruined my lashes and made them tangle and break. Worst place ever and I've had 30 dollar perms better than this. It makes me so sad that they ruined my lashes twice. DO NOT GO HERE. read more
