The lash experience was ok. But oh my! My lashes were falling off at day 4. I've had lashes for yearssss. I've been so busy that I cant call to complain. I'll try a different lash tech. Beware corporate lashes! I had to have multiple eye surgeries this spring/summer, and I cancelled my lash appointments before the first surgery. I also asked to cancel the withdrawals from my checking account and was told I had to do that in person, which I wasn't able to do at that time. What I wasn't told is Amazing Lash does not return those monies, and once withdrawn from my checking account, it is no longer my money, it's a credit I have to use within a defined period of time. Amazing Lash has just under $500 of my money and will not refund it despite the fact that I was unable to continue as a client due to medical reasons. This is not a boutique salon--Amazing Lash is a large corporation, which as so many corporations do, protects its interests at the expense of the very people who make them profitable. Their (NO) refund policy is unconscionable. I'll continue to pursue this with management and will post updates. read more

The pricing here is such a scam. I am trying to use up some remaining credits after canceling and just got a full set even after using a full month of credits I had to pay over $100 for a set of lashes. I am so annoyed with how little clarification there is before services. Also was told I would have 6 months to use credits when cancelling received a call after saying I only had 90 days. Highly recommend going elsewhere as they do not seem to have the staying power I have gotten at other providers. read more

I had someone walk into the treatment room from the front desk, she started to ask my technician questions. It felt very unprofessional and intrusive. This was today around 2.45 PM. The lash artist was great, but the front desk charged me double for my hybrid fill. It should be 12.50 additional and she charged me 25.00. Lashes, Well, I requested Lauren but she was all booked up. My lashes look okay. Initially, the right side was fuller than the left, but so far it's evened out. I'm a bit uneasy about the "experience". Where the heck did Customer Service go??? I checked in (early) and they asked me to complete consultation paperwork, which was never completed or regarded because I was called back by the tech. She just asked me to pick a style on the wall-board!!!! I explained to her that this was my first time, that I was getting my lashes done for my friends party and that I was nervous. She NEVER aided me through this process of explaining the different types of looks and what might work best for me...absolutely NO real consultation. On the surface, she was kind but really said nothing else the entire time. She didn't even ASK me to look in the mirror to take a look...Never asked me if I liked them...WOW! I may try Lauren as initially intended, but this treatment gave me no real reason to return. Sad since the lash category is becoming competitive and growing! read more

I have experienced way better than this place. I was recommended to this place by a friend, but she recommended Johanna. Unfortunately, Johanna is only available on Monday and Wednesday. So I had to choose another "master" class person that was available on the weekends which ended up to be Eneida. I wanted natural lashes that weren't too too obvious so I chose the natural option. When I was done.. I looked in the mirror and she asked how it was. My response... "this is way more glam, way more lush than I expected." You could hear the uneasiness in my voice and I'm surprised she didn't come back and say "could i fix anything or do anything to make you feel better about it" Instead she just left it as is. And I still tipped her. I thought, maybe it's just me, maybe that's the American style. I thought her application was alright. Boy was I wrong, within 24 hours 5-6 lashes fell off. 36 hours go by and 5-6 more lashes fall off. This continues for 5 days. By the time it's my wedding day, half of them were gone. I've done this before and hell, only one fell off the next day. Aren't they supposed to fall off with your natural lashes? Another issue is that I can see the eyelashes and it blocks some of my vision. I don't remember experiencing this with my last eyelash extensions. Lastly, these eye lashes are going ALLLLLL over the place, it has been bothering me. Some of the lashes are super sideways, or have turned upside down and I have to fix it. Sometimes it pokes me in the eye. I have never had a more horrible experience than this that I want to rip my eyelashes out. TL;DR: In comparison of my previous eye lash experience vs this one... I would say hands down, I would not come back. Or maybe this particular person. I'm sorry, the $30 up charge is not worth it. She needs to go back to her master class and take it again. read more

I have been getting lash extensions for over 6yrs now and I recently moved back to the dfw area and wanted to try amazing lash studio but will not be continuing because of the horrible job they do and the inconsistency of workers! In the 3 months I've been a member I've had 5 different techs because of schedule changes or cancellations on their behalf. Also their glue just flat out SUCKS! I've never had such bad adhesion before with NovaLash salon but here at amazing lash studio I see sooooo many eyelashes fall within a week it's ridiculous! No I don't use mascara or oils on my face, like I've said, I've been getting lashes for years!!! Also, I've never had so many issues of having to go back because my lashes were NOT COMPLETELY FILLED! They are restricted by time and they cannot completely fill a 2 week refill in the time given so I leave with several lashes not refilled and this last time it was worse than normal where the whole inner portion of an eye is missing and this is AFTER going in due to the outer corners on both eyes missing lashes! Just horrible horrible horrible service and the entire setup of time restraints, horrible glue, and inconsistent scheduling is why I will definitely be quitting my membership this month and finding a lash salon with consistent results and one that uses quality glue so I won't waste more of my time having to go back in for fixes! Amazing Lash studio is the best place to get your lashes done. The people are nice and really know what they are doing. I frequent the Hollywood location and the lash artists there are amazing. I always use a Master Technician, so that may make a difference. The only con about this company is that they consistently increase their prices frequently. When I first begin going it was $99 for a full set. It is now up to almost $200. That's kind of ridiculous for a set of lashes. Does a good job, but for a pretty Penny. read more

First of all I was charged a extra 10$ I was not made aware of for a "master stylist" my second visit, and they refused to refund my money but instead gave me a credit towards my membership. Then the next morning i woke up with a pile of lashes on my pillow, had to go back for a "correction" appointment, and over all was a hassle so OF COURSE I wanted to cancel my membership and because I am relocating, then they have the audacity to tell me they will have to draft my account again and it is not refundable. Horrible Customer Service! I went in for an appointment on a Tuesday and had a lot of fall out the next day, Wednesday, so I called on Thursday to see if I can come in and get my lashes touched up because I just had an appointment on Tuesday and there was no way I should have had that much fallout yet. When I called in for my touch up and told the front desk what was wrong she failed to inform me that I would be charged or that I needed to go with a new stylist. To my surprise I spoke to the rude and illogical store manager and although one of her workers failed to do their job properly by asking the list of questions regarding "adjustments/fallout lashes" I still got charged an adjustment fee even though I had no idea what the rules were. 1st appointment for a full set of lashes on February 27th for 4:30 with Lexie. My appointment began one hour late at 5:30. My lashes were glued together in clumps, and I was late to my event that night. 2nd appointment for a fill on March 11th with Earnest for noon. This was going to happen on my lunch hour. At 12:20, they said he hadn't gotten there yet and offered to cancel. I rescheduled - it was raining, and I had left my umbrella, so I walked back in, and there he was. So I said I wanted my lashes filled, but they said they wouldn't have time to do mine before the next person's appointment. I insisted. When we got into the room, he asked about the length of my lashes - I said they were the longest, he said they were not. Turns out, they gave him someone else's file. Earnest dud do a great job, but he said he had to do a "correction" from my initial set of lashes. 3rd appointment for a fill is today at 4:30 with Earnest. I got a text confirmation on Wednesday to confirm my 4:30 appointment by replying with a "C". I replied with a "C", and got a return thank you. I also got a confirmation email Wednesday confirming my 4:30 appointment. Yet today at 2pm, I received a text confirming my 4pm appointment. I called and talked to Taylor, and I told her that my appointment was made for 4:30 and that I worked until 4. She said if I couldn't do 4 that I could just cancel. I said no, I didn't want to cancel, I had booked 4:30, and I've already paid this month and I'm due for a fill, and I expect my appointment to be when it was booked for. She said sorry, couldn't do 4:30. After I said I was writing a Yelp review, she agreed to "let" me come at 4:15 since I work until 4. I have yet to have a positive customer experience at this location. I called back and asked to have April refunded and the membership cancelled, and she said no way would they do a refund. Wanted my lashes done for my wedding... One eye was completely crooked and was told it would correct itself. It left my eyelashes shorter & thinner than ever when I got them taken off. She listens to what I want, makes recommendations and all you have to do is lay back and let her work her magic. My lashes look so natural and they last a long my time! GPS location for this studio had me in the wrong direction. I arrived late due to navigation - luckily my Lyft driver knew the town layout we were in and helped get me there. I flew in from out of state for a wedding. The studio was unable to take me in and asked me to reschedule at a later time that day. I let them know I was there for a wedding and literally just payed my original studio over $100 for a full set. (I am a member but will be canceling after the service from the company) she was kind of enough to waive the mini fill - bc literally my lashes on one eye were falling out as I went about my day. Unfortunately, they weren't able to schedule me - but it also turned out they scheduled a stylist that wasn't even on schedule for the day so not just myself but other clients had to change their schedule. Sadly, one lady showed up to have to change her appointment. This was my last straw. Their customer service is very poor. I feel like they understaff, communication is not clear with clients and their franchise across the board could work together better to support membership owners. I give the girl who assisted me kuddos for trying to work with me but I feel this company has a long way to go with their customer experience. Canceling membership today. read more

I have tried to refrain from posting negative comments; however the customer service at the Las Colinas location in terrible and it continues to decline. I have been a member for over 5 years and l have cancelled my membership. The manager, Lynette is horrible and has a nasty, dismissive attitude. I tried to cancel my membership on 3 different occasions to only have this unprofessional, untrained manager call and ask me "why". We finally have the conversation on why I am cancelling my membership and a month later my account is still drafted. I proceed to call and she basically asked me what did I need because she's showing my account is terminated. I am assuming she was able to determine this from my phone number and If you able to determine a terminated account and apologize why are you still drafting a terminated account? I digress, she went on about computer oversight and would credit my account as if she was doing me a favor. I am not sure what is going on with this location. Just know that this is not the only lash service in town and poor customer service will not be tolerated! read more

Worst experience ever. Appointment was at 9:30, I showed up early and was immediately taken back to my room before 9:20. It's now 11:30 and I'm just leaving. I have gotten my lashes done here multiple times and this time the girl taped my eye lids up which caused so much discomfort especially when the lights and power went out in the middle of my session! Then I get up and my lashes look nothing like they usually do when I have had them done in the passed at the same location. At this point I just want to pay and leave. My boyfriend got me a gift card because he knows that I used to like this place but then they "couldn't find my gift card" on there system and told me I would have to pay out of pocket??????? Are you kidding me? Worst customer service only to stand there for 10 minutes to them finally "finding" it in there system after I showed his bank statement. This is literally the worst place I have gone to get my lashes done. I got the membership thinking it would be great. Lashes are supposed to last 2 to 3 weeks. Mine started falling out 2 days after every single time to the point where I was there literally every week. I had 3 different stylist do my lashes. All of them were just okay. They also try to push all of their extra products on you as if you're not already spending enough getting your lashes done. Every time I tried booking with a master stylist they either called me saying they double booked or tried to move my appointment so they could get another customer in. I am fed up at this point. I am expecting a refund on what's left of my membership. Worst experience as of yet. I will not be returning. read more

Not a professional studio at all. This studio would cancel my appointments the same day, and this last time only have me 10% discount for my time being wasted . They do not have the up to date lashes like other studios. I honestly would come to this studio due to it being 5 min from my house. I had the membership that was $119 but if you wanted volume it was an extra $25 and if you used a master stylist it was another $10. Which I do not think it was worth it. My lashes would always fall out in CLUMPS and I would walk around looking stupid and the lash extensions are not full especially when I would compare them to my sister who gets hers done in New York, and does not spend all the money like I do. Plus the front staff did not know how to do a lot of things, but they were nice. Alway having to consult the manager to do basic things like make returns. When I tried to bring up an issue about a stylist, the stylist raised her voice and tried to embarrass me in front of everyone which I thought was very unprofessional. All in all I am CANCELLING my membership and will NEVER be back and will NEVER recommend this place. Now I see why this place has bad reviews they literally have consistent customers just due it being the only lash extensions in Las Colinas. I am going back to strip lashes. Pro tip: they have a $79 discount for first timers! And with the Yelp discount it was $69! Aimee was super helpful in picking my lash style and so nice! So glad I decided to give this place a try! A few weeks ago I got a really bad full set from a girl I found on Instagram. I hated them so much. I thought the girl understood what I wanted. But she did not. I'm so glad when I went for my appt at amazing lash I got put with Heidi! She is so great! She sat down with me before & explained everything to me in detail. I showed her the pics I had of my previous lashes that I did not want. Heidi actually understood what I was wanting & explained the different sizings to me. If someone needs a full set and schedules a refill then just do the refill! They charge you for a full set if you have 30% or less lashes. How do they know what 30% looks like? I had went in for an appt at 3 and there was a small mishap with one of their techs and the girls at the front went above and beyond to make room for my appointment still. The customer service is amazing and the girls at the front are soo nice!!! My lash tech was Camila. Not only was she incredibly friendly but she did my lashes EXACTLY how I had envisioned them!! Like exactly!!! She did my full set in about an hour and half. I am so glad she was the one who did my lashes and will be sticking with her for all my continuing services. This was my first experience getting lash extensions and it was an amazing one! I joined the lash membership for $59 a month and I am beyond in love with my lashes.
