Go somewhere else. Went in for a lash lift & tint. The stylist was very gentle but the lashes looked wonky. I had never had a lash lift before and the angle I was in when she showed me the lashes looked ok but once I got home and really got a look I noticed what a bad job it was. The lashes were pointing in all different ways and some were curled so much they looked more like an L and were flat on my eyelid. I did some research and the reasons they would look like that is because of over processing and the wrong size pad. Basically she burnt my lashes. They said there is nothing they could do. I called another place and they are able to relax them but I have to wait a week. The tint also did nothing, I do have dark hair so that could be why, but regardless the lift itself looked terrible. read more

it sure what is going on at this shop however its not the same- the place appears to be empty the 3 times I've gone; each time a different person even after scheduling for the same person. i got the lashes Wednesday; they was gone Friday. I will not go back; $89 a first is too much for something gone in a few days. i dont want a call back trying to correct this; I've done that before with management; the manager is. not doing the lashes the unconcerned stylist is; my eyes are important so this was a lesson learn. will not be back at all. read more

I got a full set of lashes here for the first time. I wasn't sure what style or length to go with and the lash artist was incredibly helpful. I wanted a look that will let me avoid wearing mascara but not look like I have tarantulas attached to my eyes. I love the suggestion she made and how full my lashes look. If I could give this place no stars I would just because of the disrespect from the manager they have at this location, I work in the medical industry and have worked in customer service for 10+ years. And this place by far beats it. I would never recommend someone to come her I never leave reviews but this was a must . And I would love to be contact my someone higher than the store manager at this location due to the sorry and lack of communication from the employees and the very rude manager . So where do I need to email and or what manager do I need to speak with because the manager that you have at this location is very rude disrespectful and basically called a customer a liar to their face. read more

Got lashes 2 days before my wedding. They fell off after ONE day. My hairdresser put fake lashes on so I could get by for the wedding. I was heart broken. Went back next business day and they did a lash test. Lashes stayed on but they wanted me to pay over $100 to redo lashes. They would not own mistake. They would not fix my lashes after I had already paid $150 for my wedding set. Can not recommend a business that treats customers this way. Waiting for owner to contact me resolve this. Come here if you want to take a a nap they can put you to sleep without getting the actual service you paid for. I came for a lash lift and my lashes didn't lift , I had to call 3x then go up in person to get a manager to call me!! Not only when" supposedly manager" Veronica called me she was not speaking on the phone she sounded asleep and when she finally did speak she said they provided a service and would not refund me ! The newly open Casa Linda location of Amazing Lash is more than I had hoped for. The studio is beautiful and the staff friendly and excited to be there. Melissa, owner, welcomes each client with open arms and makes you feel so appreciated. My extensions, by Nia, are the best ever and I was pleased at not only her expertise, but her obvious desire to make my experience totally perfect in every way. According to the manager "it was a miscommunication between me and her employee". It was surprising how important is a client here. The idea of "a client is always is right" does not apply here. The manager will fight you until the end to call you a liar. I called 3 days before to cancel my appointment or to find other options because I could not make it to the one scheduled. The person that answered the phone canceled the appointment and offered another time/same day. I make arrangements left work early and rush there on-time for them to tell me I was not in the system. (by the way, this is the second time this is happening). Bummer! The "manager" wanted to know the exact time I spoke with her employee to listen to the phone call that she never let me listen to it but came up with the decision that it was a miscommunication from me and her employee. I would never come back to this place. The manager and the staff needs intense training in customer service.
