I recently relocated to Dallas and needed a new lash tech...so I tried Vienna's. My first appointment was with Rebecca. She took a long time but my lashes were gorgeous so I didn't mind. A few lashes fell out immediately, but I didn't mind (I believed this was normal). Little did I know this was the beginning of a tragedy...over the next few day my lashes continued to fall out. By day 7, I only had a few left and scheduled another appointment. My next appointment was with Jocelyn (the owner). When I walked in she exclaimed "dang girl, your lashes are struggling". I let her know about my experience..she proceeded to tell me "there may be something wrong with your pH" (btw, I'm a doctor. This is complete BS). Jocelyn applied my lashes, and again, they were gorgeous! However, within 72hrs my lashes were completely gone. They would fall out mid-conversation. One day, I gave my boyfriend a hug and when he stepped back...he had multiple lashes on shirt...HOW EMBARRASSING?! Their Instagram posts are terribly misleading because: yes, they look good when you first get them done, but, they don't last longer than 5 days (so what's the point?) I showed them my Inspo pic with glitter around the edges, several staff said they could do it, as it's a simple design. I asked the lady to trim down my toes some but that I like them longer, she cut them very short and didn't even paint the full nail, leaving lots of the nails without polish. The color on my fingers does not match my toes like I asked, and the lady was unable to do the design, a simple glitter outline around the nail. My nails are thick, clumpy and lumpy. I have done my own dip and gel X at home with better results. The nails are uneven and spotty. My little one asked for hearts and bows on her nails, they looked awful! I could have done a better job myself. They did not look professionally done, even the lady behind the counter during checkout asked what the design was supposed to be because they looked that bad. She even asked me why the nail tech was unable to outline my nails with glitter, saying that it's simple to do and she wasn't sure why it wasn't done. I kept going back. Thanh asked me if I wanted to try Tiffany (her daughter) & I agreed. I'm glad I did! It seems like this whole family is quite talented at this. I feel confident that if I had to use the other girl there (Tanya?) she'd likely be great too since all her clients seem to love her as well. They use the NovaLash technique which is my favorite (you don't even feel the lashes!) Parking /Time tip: try arriving at least 5-10 minutes early so that you can find parking, it's pretty busy there & you may need the few extra minutes. Sometimes the techs may run over a few minutes but its usually minimal & they are basically making sure the clients look good before finishing (which they will do for you too!) it's always worth it! Appointments: Tiffany is great at communication so any appt. setting is probably a non-issue by now. I do recommend setting up your next appt. before you leave anyway, it saves time and hassle for both parties. I refer everyone I know to them & they always love them. I've never heard a complaint. My sister & I are regulars and will continue to be! I've tried several places and this is easily one of the best lash salons in Dallas, it's #1 for me.

I've gotten my lashes done multiple times at the Hillcrest location and now today for the first time had then done at Thanh's house. I'm sure a lot of people are hesitant to get this service done in someone's home, but she has everything set up professionally.. Just like at the shop. She even has a privacy screen blocking the table from the rest of the house, I felt very comfortable and relaxed. In fact, it's even better because there's no trouble parking! As always, I will continue to highly recommend Thanh and her daughters.. They never disappoint!
