It took about an hour and forty minutes for my full set. Her attention to detail, precision, and dedication to her craft were truly impressive. She worked diligently and professionally, and the results exceeded my expectations. Without question, she is one of the most talented lash artists I have ever had the pleasure of visiting and I've been to many over the years. One thing I especially appreciated was the simplicity of her salon. It wasn't filled with unnecessary flash or hype. Instead, it reflected what truly matters, her focus is on performance, skill, and delivering exceptional results. To me, that speaks volumes about her professionalism and confidence in her craft. I wholeheartedly recommend Labella Lash Beauty Bar. I have nothing but rave reviews for this business and will absolutely be returning! G

I moved to the Dallas area a month ago and therefore had to find new everything -- new places to do…read moremy hair, lashes, nails, etc -- which has lowkey been a nightmare because I'm so picky. I have always kind of struggled with retention when it came to lash extensions even though I do my due diligence with following care instructions: wash the lashes every day, brush them out, no oil products, etc etc, and would still need to fill my lashes every two weeks or less or else they would look raggedy. I found Tammy on Yelp and have gotten two volume fills with her so far and, oh my god, the retention on her lashes is absolutely insane!! I'm currently two weeks out and my lashes still are SO full. She also really takes her time and makes sure that you leave with full, full lashes! The first time I saw her, I got a foreign fill and my lashes were pretty much depleted after two weeks, and Tammy spent DOUBLE the amount of time filling my lashes and making sure I left with a full set. On top of that, Tammy is an absolute joy to talk to and it's clear that she knows her stuff. I will admit, when I read the part of her description that said "once you try us, this will be the last time you do a search for lash extensions," I was like that's very ambitious, but she 100% stands by that. In the two years or so that I've had lash extensions, she's easily one of the best lash techs that have worked on me if not the best. I am definitely not the type to be tied down to one establishment when it comes to beauty services, but I will definitely be a loyal client to Tammy for as long as I'm in Dallas. The only way she could improve her business is a more streamlined system for booking appointments, but her work is second to none. Seriously, once you go to her, you're done looking.

Cocoa is a lovely person and I really enjoyed talking to her while getting my lashes done, but as for the work itself, it was definitely not good. As a transplant, I have gotten my lashes done many many times before in NYC, LA, and SF so I've been looking for my new go-to place in Dallas... and this place is not it. Here are my gripes: 1) The room is dark and it is hard to see the true quality of the work until you step outside in broad daylight. 2) The first question a lash tech should ask is about the desired eye shape and lash length. She did not ask any of this. 3) Even though she did not ask about the desired look, she also didn't adhere to a standard look of any kind... it was not any of the following looks: natural, doll eyes, or cat eye. They were all just a bunch of long and heavy lashes glued mostly along the center of my eyelid. 4) The lash technician I went to today said the lashes applied by Cocoa were way too thick and heavy for Asian eyelashes, since we have very sparse and thin hairs. She also said the lashes used were too coarse for my eyes, and hard to remove. Overall, I would say that if you have gotten your lashes done many times before, then I would skip scheduling an appt here as you likely won't be satisfied with the end result.

Oh my god girls! You must come here. There is no place can be better than this. Amazing. Kinda not related but I love her customer service. Such a disappointment, I agree with Kathy D. I too was somewhat tricked by the 1 5 star yelp…read morereview. I am always sort of hesitant to buy Groupons for services like these because I feel like maybe you aren't getting the best possible treatment (whether it be a hair cut, lashes, wax...etc). I purchased the Groupon and called immediately as I had been waiting to get lashes for FOREVER!!! The woman was super nice when I made the appointment and asked me to come in a few minutes early to fill out some paperwork. I showed up and the place is like a salon with a few private rooms for lash extensions. I filled out the paperwork and was quickly escorted to a back room by a eyelash tech. She never asked me what kind of lashes I wanted, or how long I wanted them or anything -- I know now those should have been asked. I was totally new at this, so I didn't know what to expect (shame on me for not researching!). I laid down on a waxing bed for almost two hours, stiff paper under my eyes, closed with tweezers poking around (kind of nerve wracking!). After about the hour and a half mark, I got incredibly uncomfortable. I think that goes for anyplace you go....two hours is a long time to lay still on a table. Anylashes, she did ok....pricked me only a few times (which is amazing, do you see how small those tweezers are!??). When it was done, my lashes looked good, but they didn't look real. They totally looked fake - really long and too many lashes. She gave me some tips to keep them up, which would have been nice if the lashes held up like she said they would. My lashes constantly got tangled, pricked my eyes, sometimes when I closed my eyes, they would tangle and I would have to get in front of a mirror to untangle. I called about a week after dealing with this to see if this was normal, they said no and to come and they would fix. The woman who fixed them was really nice and did a great job fixing them, however, they were still incredibly long and just to much! I really wanted these to work, but after my second fill and my eye lids now starting to swell from all the constant untangling and brushing, I went to another lash place and had them taken off. I never got any complements on my lashes either, if anything sometimes I got funny looks like "who is this girl kidding with those lashes!". I dunno what to tell you, there were lots of people getting lashes done the times I was there, but maybe they were Groupon-ers too?! After getting my lashes fixed twice, I just couldn't pony up the $65 (every 3 weeks) for a mediocre fill any longer....part of me thinks I might have had a better experience had I been asked what kind of lashes I wanted in the beginning....

I should've known when I saw this place on Groupon and there was an opening on the same day. I went for a full set eyelash extension (I've had them about a year back). I thought to myself, "How bad could this realllllly get? One place couldn't be that much worse than another right???" Oh, how definitely wrong! Please DO NOT pay full price to go here. Don't go here at all in general. Upon completion I could tell there was a lot of glue straggling as a lot of my upper lashes were glued to my bottom ones when I tried to open my eyes. She spent a significant part of my session just trying to cut my top lashes from my bottom to get my eyes open. I was worried that I had gone to one of those places that would make you blind from the glue application!!! The worst part of all however, are my lashes. My lashes are in all sorts of directions, some are curled up, some are pointing down, some are just curly. They are not in the natural lash growing path. I can tell the grow-out process is going to be horrible. Time to find a new salon to fix this horrible job. Highly disappointed.
