I had a lash lift with Serenity at The Lash Lounge for $109 (which is a great price in Dallas) and she truly killed it. From the moment I walked in, the ambience was so relaxing with soft instrumental music was playing, not loud or annoying at all, which made the whole experience super calming. The check-in process was easy and smooth. I've been here once before, and my lash lift lasted over six weeks, which is why I came back and rebooked with Serenity again. My lashes never looked damaged, even after the lift grew out, which says a lot about the quality of their work. Serenity is excellent, she's professional, thorough, and clearly knows what she's doing. You leave with your lashes looking amazing and feeling healthy. I cannot say enough amazing things about The Lash Lounge on Lovers Lane in Dallas. The entire staff is absolutely amazing -- everyone is so kind, welcoming, and professional, and they make every appointment feel comfortable, relaxing, and special. I especially have to shout out Sarah, who is an incredible master stylist. I get the volume fill, and she always does such a beautiful job. She is so talented, detail-oriented, and really takes the time to work with you to make sure you get the exact look you want. They will give away your appointment and blame you for it. I booked an 11 am appointment weeks ago. 2 days before, I received a text to confirm that time and date (see photo below). 30 minutes before my appointment, a manager calls me to inform me they've given my appointment away, and that I was now booked at 2 pm, even though I could not do that, ever, as it conflicted with school pickup. She told me she had to contact the other client to whom they had given my appointment to see if she was okay with me getting my appointment back (?!?) which was absolutely insane to me. She was not very apologetic, at all. Then I received a call back stating that "oops there were two women with my name at 2 pm, including me" meaning she did not listen at all, because I would have never booked at 2 pm-- I can't do it! Hilariously enough, I went through prior text messages from this business, and found they had done this to me before. I had made a 1 pm appointment, and they again moved it to 2 pm without consulting me (see another photo below). This is truly hideous customer service. I can't believe I let these morons do this to me again. Don't go there, they don't care about your time. They just want your money. They weren't very apologetic at all. They clearly have people with a zero IQ working there, who have no respect for your time or schedule. There are plenty of other lash businesses in Dallas-- go check out those! read more

Before I start giving compliments and criticizing a couple of places, let me give you a bit of a backstory. It all started when I moved to Texas, unfortunately, it was around covid so there were hardly any lash salons open at that time. Not only had I been going to the same girl and friend for 5 years in California that always did an amazing job but I would never pay the full price. I was very spoiled, got a beautiful set of lashes, the salon was beautiful and clean and I got to spend time with my dear friend. Well, it certainly wasn't like that here, I first found Amazing Lash Studios, well let me tell you it certainly was not Amazing, they should change their name and drop the amazing part because that is false advertising.... Not only was the studio dirty but they did not offer you contact lens cleaner or contact holder. If you forgot any of those things they would suggest for you to leave your contacts on.... Who does that?? Anyhow, after trying a few girls there and being extremely unhappy with their work, again let me remind you there weren't any options of other salons near the downtown area that I could go to as they were the only option near me in 2021, so after trying a few girls I had finally found a gem her name is Cindy she did my eyelashes for a year. I was ecstatic that she did an amazing job she also did tell me that the salon had switched owners and that they were providing cheaper materials like cheaper eyelashes, and cheaper glues but that they would deny when confronted about the changes, which I was able to tell right away as they wanted to keep it hush hush... My eyes felt heavier and would constantly burn from the bad glue. Cindy was nice enough that she started using her own lashes purchased by herself to keep her customers happy. Unfortunately, a girl at the salon started stealing her materials including lashes, when Cindy confronted the girl she was written up and eventually fired for so-called bullying a co-worker... Are you serious instead of firing the ratchet thief?? Well, that's the kind of place this is, that's when I decided to just let my eyelashes grow and part ways with so-called Amazing Lash Studios "again not so Amazing... However, after having my own eyelashes beautifully grown for about 8 months, a trip to Vegas was coming up so I decided to find someone else since I wanted to have ready-set eyelashes for the upcoming pool parties and I found Pamela Tate through my esthetician I went to her 2 times the first time I went to her I thought wow I found a great stylist well, her work was good "only the first time" she charged me an arm and a leg wow prices I had never heard of but I thought maybe it's because it was my first time, well no that was not the case the second time I went in for a fill, I mean a fill and she still charged me 275.00 and she did not fill anything, I was livid but thought well it cost me 275 to be aware not to ever come back to her again. At that time I was so disappointed but decided to give ALS another chance as they were so close to me I wanted this salon to be the one but nooo when I went back to them it was the biggest mistake I would get my eyelashes done and go home and they would all fall off, literally all fall of I would have to call them and get them re-touched only to face the same problem, they kept accusing me of doing something to keep them from staying, they kept telling me every excuse in the book saying maybe because I didn't have eyelashes of my own to hold the fake ones, are you serious I had long beautiful eyelashes of my own especially because I had let them grow for months even they complimented me on my eyelashes when I came back but a few weeks later they said I had no eyelashes??? That's when I said enough is enough, I sat by little tush and started a thorough research of salons. After reading reviews of multiple salons I came across The Lash Lounge, the place looked beautiful and it was also on a membership-fee basis which I love, the reviews were all good. Once there I met with the reception desk who were all so nice and welcoming. The Salon itself was so clean, posh, elegant, and so inviting. I mean to the point that my stylist explained that if I had had botox before my appointment I had to let them know since they at times use our forehead to rest their hands and it could move the botox around... Not even my friend in California explained that to me. I was so impressed and pleased. So far I have been coming here for a couple of months now, and always leave with a beautiful set of eyelashes, no hidden fees, which is a plus, I get reminder texts and calls before my appointment which is always nice since I might forget with how busy my schedule can be, it is much further out than I wanted to drive but it's worth the uber trip because this salon is worth it, I am extremely happy I found this AMAZING Lash Lounge, now this is a truly AMAZING salon that deserves that name... read more

Had the pleasure of having my lashes done at @thelashloungedallasparkcities . It was my first time getting my lashes done in a long time, and it was a lovely experience. The ladies at the reception desk were so warm and welcoming. They explained the process and offer me refreshments before my appointment. My Lash technician was Kerrie and she did an amazing job on my hybrid set. I was a little nervous, but she explained every step easing my nerves a bit. Today was my first visit to Dallas Lash Lounge and I can assure you I will not be back. I have to preface this review with I never write reviews but I had to this time, and I have gotten lash lifts and eyebrow tints on a regular basis for the past 4 years. I just moved from Fort Worth to Dallas and I had been looking for a place to get lash lifts/tints and eyebrow tints. I paid over $170 for these services which is appalling in itself. I've been to salons in Beverly Hills that charged $50 less than that for these services. Forgetting the price, I am really disappointed on how my lashes and tint came out. My eyebrows look the same as they did when I walked into the Lash Lounge. My lashes aren't as lifted as I'm used to. I also have glue stuck to my eyelids still. One thing I found really odd was that they take the plastic barrier between your eyelid and eyelashes off to tint your lashes. I'm not sure what the reasoning is behind that, every salon I've been to keeps that plastic part on your eye so you don't get burned by the dye. That was very uncomfortable as well. After they took the tint off, they rinsed my eyes by holding them open with their fingers and spraying water into my eyes. Not sure why they can't just keep the plastic barrier on to avoid all of that. I have attached a photo of what my lashes/brows looked like after leaving the Lash Lounge and a second photo showing what the same services make my eyebrows/lashes look like at literally every other salon I've ever been to. I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking to receive these services. The staff was nice, I'm just really disappointed in the quality of the service. And the price didn't help! read more
