It seems that most customers were there for lash extensions or fills, which I cannot speak to but as far as tinting solid service. As a natural blonde who has been tinting her lashes for over 30 years, I know a good job when I see one. I will likely get my lashes done at The Lash Lounge every time I'm in Dallas.

The tech said that my lashes were too sparsh and I must sleep on my left side because the lashes would not stay straight..Ummm no I sleep on my right side regularly..I may have slept on my left side the night before but that shouldn't affect how my lashes lay based on all my previous experiences. My lashes looked like random tree branches growing from my eyelids and they felt plasticky...didn't feel or look natural at all! There was no lash cleavage whatsoever. I gave 2 stars cause everyone was nice. I even left a $16 tip cause I wasn't coming back...I would never in my life pay the full price of $225!

First and last time.......... They didn't know what they…read morewere doing and the lady who did my lift and tint admitted she wasn't very experienced with what she did AFTER THE FACT! This is something that a person has a right to know in advance when dealing with someone's eyes! My eyes burned for several minutes, I couldn't even open them. They expected that I should pay again to have someone else do what wasn't done right the first time while trying to make me feel bad saying the lady who would supposedly do the job correctly would get the money from the girl who didn't do the job correctly and not entirely kind about it, instilling a complete lack of confidence and trust for me to allow them to touch my eyes ever again. The customer should never be made to know that and just be offered a resolve in a respectful manner. Needless to say I canceled the so-called fix appointment. Complete waste of money. I did not get what I paid for and it is concerning when someone isn't experienced. Go somewhere else!

I kept going back. Thanh asked me if I wanted to try Tiffany (her daughter) & I agreed. I'm glad I did! It seems like this whole family is quite talented at this. I feel confident that if I had to use the other girl there (Tanya?) she'd likely be great too since all her clients seem to love her as well. They use the NovaLash technique which is my favorite (you don't even feel the lashes!) Parking /Time tip: try arriving at least 5-10 minutes early so that you can find parking, it's pretty busy there & you may need the few extra minutes. Sometimes the techs may run over a few minutes but its usually minimal & they are basically making sure the clients look good before finishing (which they will do for you too!) it's always worth it! Appointments: Tiffany is great at communication so any appt. setting is probably a non-issue by now. I do recommend setting up your next appt. before you leave anyway, it saves time and hassle for both parties. I refer everyone I know to them & they always love them. I've never heard a complaint. My sister & I are regulars and will continue to be! I've tried several places and this is easily one of the best lash salons in Dallas, it's #1 for me.

She even has a privacy screen blocking the table from the rest of the house, I felt very comfortable and relaxed. In fact, it's even better because there's no trouble parking! As always, I will continue to highly recommend Thanh and her daughters.. They never disappoint!

I get so many compliments on my lashes now, and it's really all thanks to Janet. Seriously if you're in the DFW area request her, you will not be disappointed!!!

I know this is a lengthy review but if you're thinking of getting your hair cut here i recommend…read moregiving it a read. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this salon. I received a haircut as a Mother's Day gift, and it was the worst salon experience I have ever had. During the haircut with Annette, over three inches of my hair was cut off, despite my explicit request to maintain the length. I asked for fluffy, face-framing with lots of layers, but the result was nothing like the inspiration photos I provided. As this was my first haircut in eight years at an actual salon, I was very upset. I cried on the way home and spent my Mother's Day extremely upset about all the length that was cut off after I had spent over a year regrowing it since cutting it postpartum and had finally got it back to a length where i felt like myself again. When I contacted the salon to request a refund, I was met with resistance. I contacted their salon through their Business Instagram and got ZERO response. Their website lacks a clear refund policy, only stating a 50% cancellation fee (which i asked if they could honor so i could get some money back but they refused) there was NOTHING discussing any return policy through services provided. Initially, they didn't offer any refund at all and just for me to come in and "fix" it, when the damage was already done. Then offered barely a refund of the tip and blowout cost, totaling $34, which they confirmed multiple times over the phone after me asking . However, I only received $23 back. Upon calling to inquire about the discrepancy, the staff was incredibly rude. Throughout all our interactions, including when I initially messaged their Instagram page (which received no response), the customer service was consistently poor. There was no apology offered at any point. On the phone they told me it was my fault because I did the math wrong on the amount to be refunded even though I clarified the amount on the original call and they agreed. After this I told them I would be leaving a review and to which the manager Jamie replied "okay see you on google" and hung up the phone. Overall, this was an awful experience marked by a drastic, unwanted haircut and appalling customer service. I cannot recommend this salon to anyone and I will NEVER be coming here again. I wish I could leave a zero star review because I don't even feel as though they deserve one. The photo evidence below consists of my hair before the appointment, the inspiration photos I shared with Annette, and lastly the hair cut that was nothing like I asked for.
