Just got my nails done TODAY. First off let me say poor customer service, I had to switch nail technicians because the first one I had(name starts with a K) had an attitude from the start. I simply asked for him to trim my edges for an oval look instead of square, he got so unbelievably mad I thought he was going to choke me next. Then had the audacity to try to charge me $90! The next nail technician was so sweet but he trimmed my nails so low, it's literally ugly, I shouldn't see my real nail. But their technique is to trim low so you can come back sooner. Mindy, was horrible. She messed up my skin. I went in to get my brows waxed, hair around my lip removed. My chin is messed up. My lip is messed up. My eyebrows have a dented like mark left on them. Never go to a place like this where no license is present for the person working on your skin. read more

I absolutely love this place! I've had my nails done at this place 4 times , each with different techs and they have all been great . This is my latest set and I've gotten so many compliments on them since I first got them done. It's been 3 weeks and the compliments are still coming in and the nails are still super strong ! No lifting and no chipping . Definitely recommend this place . My nails costed me $85 w tip ! My pedicure and new nails were rushed and subpar on a Tuesday! They struggled following my directions for how I like my nails and toes. She continued to try to up sale add-on that I wasn't interested in. The icing on the cake is that my finger was filed to the point of bleeding. By far the worst experience. The lady who did my pedi clipped my cuticles way too low. I couldn't wear closed toed shoes for about four days, and she couldn't polish for nothing, my toes looked like trash. Not sure if she could see what she was doing or if she even cared. I got dip on my nails and the product used was super cheap Nails chipped and cracked in less than 1wk the girl who did my nails was rushing, she ran and did someone's brows while my cuticles soaked then took the bowl and let my cuticles practically dry when she returned and cutting them. Don't waste your money or time. If you want good work you have to drive up to McKinney clearly!!!!!!! They don't care about the service. They just want your money! Never again! read more

DO NOT GO FOR AN EYEBROW WAX I came around 10a on 4/28 in my whole 25 years on earth no one has EVER mentioned my birth mark on my eyebrow where hair is missing mind you it's not even half an inch, my eyebrow are thick so it makes up for it. I told her to keep them thick after she was done and she gave me that MIRROR she did what she wanted to do and took 45% of my eyebrow OFF!! My experience at this "Nail Bar" was HORRIBLE!!! I was there for 4 hours because the "nail tech(I am using this title very loosely) did not know how to provide the service that I requested, but instead of saying that he didn't know how to do it he attempted to do it anyway. After me correcting him several times another nail tech came and pulled me to her station, she ended up having to pretty much undo EVERYTHING THAT HE DID and START ALL OVER!! I'm looking for a new nail salon closer too my house and I saw this one from on the highway and decided to try it out. The appearance Innside is very nice and has a modern appeal. I signed in the book and sat down. The manager walked and asked who is next and completely ignored the sign-in sheet. What was the point of the book? When I saw the prices I decided to get a pedicure. They gave me an older gentleman, he was very nice, he brought me a margarita, but was distracted the entire time looking around at everything else. I did not get a massage like I was expecting, the only pedicure in my life I have received that was not included. I was soaking my nails off for a while because I had acrylic nails. When he done with my feet a girl asked what I want in my nails. I showed her a picture the and she went to get the colors. That's what I thought !!! She started and I asked about the other other colors and then acted like she didn't know what I was talking about. She did not know how to provide the service so she went to ask someone else. He said he would do it for $15 more dollars. I didn't mind the price so I said ok. He came and worked on one hand while she worked on the other. She filed the fake nail down too low I it started to burn, i moved my hand she still tried to file it more ‍. Then she added more dip that was needed, so my nails look bulky and she didn't evenly distribute the polish so it look bumpy, nor did she try to evenly file it down. After they were done my bill was $100, I left a tip of $2. I went home disappointed, then the next day I picked up my purse and my nail cracked across the top. What a waste!!!! And I will not be going back to Wheatland nails again. I do not recommend this place, wish I knew the techs name because she was horrible. read more

Then today the lady said I needed the superior pedi bec my feet were bad. I told her because they don't know how to do good pedis and she said I hurt her feelings.
